I pulled one apart looking for the meat. The server said it was there. Well, my vision is pretty good but the tiny specks of something must have been the meat. My dinner companions had over cooked noodles and school cafeteria dishes. The proprietor said I could have sent my food back. After showing the inside of an egg roll to a server and not being offered a replacement I didn't see that happening. There was also ambiguity about the servers keeping tips.
