One look at the crowd told us the food had to be good. Even though you order at a kiosk, the staff are incredibly hospitable. Everything looked so good that we had a hard time choosing. We knew we wanted lamb chops, and they offer two styles: Australian and New Zealand. We went with the Australian, and it did not disappoint. The order came with two thick-cut chops, so flavorful they didn't even need the sauce. The wings were a generous portion with a nice sweet-and-spicy kick, and the paratha roll was just as good and full of flavor. I honestly can't wait to go back and try more!

I came here to pick up a food order, and unfortunately the customer service during the pickup…read moreprocess was very disappointing. When I approached the register, the employee asked who I was picking up for. I showed her the order information on my phone, and she checked it before walking away. The problem was that she never came back or gave me any update. I was left standing there waiting, assuming the order was still being prepared. After waiting longer than necessary, I had to approach another employee to find out what was happening. I was then told that my food had actually been ready for several minutes. That was frustrating because a simple update or acknowledgment would have avoided the entire situation. What bothered me most was that when I finally brought up the issue, instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, I felt like I was being brushed off with a quick "have a good night." I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I'm not expecting perfect service every time. However, basic communication, attentiveness, and respect go a long way especially when someone is simply trying to pick up an order. I'm leaving this review because the pickup process needs improvement. Management should make sure employees are communicating with customers and following through after asking them for their order information. A little better customer service would make a big difference.

I keep kosher I have worked as a cook…read more I tried to talk to the proprietor but it was clear he was not open to feedback. The food is awful. It is all pre-cooked, overcooked, overly sweet. I ordered a Pu-Pu platter for fun and nostalgia. The meat was dry and leathery in a very sweet sauce. The "meat " egg rolls were all cabbage and tasted like a tin can. I pulled one apart looking for the meat. The server said it was there. Well, my vision is pretty good but the tiny specks of something must have been the meat. My dinner companions had over cooked noodles and school cafeteria dishes. The proprietor said I could have sent my food back. After showing the inside of an egg roll to a server and not being offered a replacement I didn't see that happening. There was also ambiguity about the servers keeping tips. We made sure to leave tips in cash.

We tried the falafel with hummus and the veggie grill, and both were really good and fresh. We also had the Turkish coffee and kunafa -- such a great combination! The only downside is parking can be a little tricky since it's downtown, but overall we had a great experience and would definitely come back!

Greek Salad with cubechicken - 4/5…read more The Greek salad with grilled chicken was absolutely delicious. The lettuce was fresh and crisp, and the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta cheese were all fresh and flavorful. The grilled chicken cubes were juicy, tender, and seasoned perfectly. The salad was beautifully presented, and the olive oil and lemon dressing brought everything together. My only complaint is that the grilled chicken portion was extremely small, especially considering the price. I would also have liked a slightly larger overall salad. Despite that, the quality and flavor were excellent, and I would definitely order it again. Hummus - 5/5 The hummus was smooth, creamy, and full of fresh flavor. It paired perfectly with the bread and was one of our favorite appetizers. Beautiful presentation, excellent taste, and very fresh. I just wish the serving size had been a bit larger. Calamari - 3/5 The calamari was served as tiny strips instead of rings, but it was crispy and cooked well. The homemade dipping sauce was absolutely amazing--the best calamari sauce I've ever had! The only disappointment was the portion size, which was very small for the price. Even so, the incredible sauce made this appetizer memorable, and I'd order it again just for that. Chicken Chops - 5/5 The grilled chicken was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The rice and vegetables were fresh and complemented the meal well. Everything looked beautiful on the plate. The only drawback was that the portion was smaller than expected for the price. Baklava - 4/5 The baklava was fresh, flaky, and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. The pistachios tasted fresh, and it was a wonderful way to end the meal. Delicious dessert! But super small Overall Restaurant Review - 4/5 We had a wonderful dining experience at Namli Mediterranean & Turkish Cuisine. The restaurant was spotless, the staff was friendly and attentive, and every dish arrived beautifully presented. Everything we ordered was fresh and absolutely delicious. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect experience is that the portions are quite small for the price. If they offered slightly larger portions, it would be outstanding. Despite that, we would definitely return and highly recommend it for the quality of the food, excellent service, and clean, welcoming atmosphere.
