After getting service at Gene Langan, they send a video to you in your email of the underside of your car and the service technician shows all the things they check - all 4 tires for wear, brakes, rotors, boots, etc. It's fascinating, and I really appreciate it. They also give you a little report on your car of what's good (green), what will need service in the future (yellow) and what needs immediate attention (red).
