Plus, buying from the store supports local business which is important. I think the lady who waited on me the first time is Shelly, and she was patient in answering all my questions. Their online service is amazing, as well. For example, I emailed a question on a Sunday afternoon and received a response in less than 10 minutes. I was shocked (and grateful). This is why I keep buying from them. I love the Overland brand and highly recommend visiting their beautiful store in Napa.
