I made multiple attempts to contact him and even gave him the opportunity to return the deposit if he was unable to complete the job. He ignored all communication. Due to his lack of professionalism and failure to resolve the issue, I will be filing a formal consumer bureau complaint. Do not hire this company. Save yourself the time, money, and unnecessary frustration.
