We texted, we sent e-mails. Nothing. It was not easy to hire a new company after all that time, but someone we know, who is very picky, said this company was the best. We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. But I guess you get what you paid form Glad we made the switch. Plan on staying with them for a very long time.

I gave them a call and they sent someone out the next morning. Jacob came to my home dressed professionally and was very well spoken. He gave me his opinion on my ant problem and we discussed options for resolution. Once I came to a decision, he went back out to his truck and immediately started to treatment on my home. He was extremely thorough, respectful of my belongings, and mindful of my small children. We'll see what happens with the ants (haven't seen any since he left this morning) but for the company, itself, I have nothing but good things to say.

The technicians identified the problem within a matter of minutes & set about doing the treatment in a very thorough and detailed manner. They stand behind their work and followed up each treatment with excellent communication. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I definitely will recommend them to friends and neighbors. I'm so pleased with my pest service. Every time they come to spray my lawn or my interior, they are so kind and respectful. In addition if I ever have any problems, a quick call to the office is always answered by a very kind lady Marcy who is a true gem. For example, I called to mention that I saw some small pests indoors, and they were there within the week for an extra spray. Also, I am incredibly displeased with another service I bought prior to knowing royal pest, I'm sure everyone is familiar with Terminix. I already paid the initiation fee for termite control with Terminix, which was around $6000 for doing bait traps, but that is kind of where their service ended. Despite multiple calls to them, I haven't had any luck with having them come out a second time. I was thinking about switching to Royal pest for my termite control however, I already paid the initiation fee with Terminix and it doesn't really make sense to switch back over since I'm only paying a small continuation fee. I've…read morerecommended this company to friends, families & neighbors for normal bug & ant exterminating stuff, but then I had a new roof put on & the roofers did not seal it properly & rats moved into the attic. I called John & Janine Murray once again! John came right over, went on the roof in the dead heat, sealed the holes, and then went up & set the traps in the attic. All the time, assuring me it was not a problem & we would get them out of there. He then told me to call if I heard anything & he would come right over. John continued to come back just about every 3 days or so & check the traps. Janine would text & let me know he would be there the next day-so far, we have caught 3! Hopefully, the end is in sight!
