As a matter of fact, the owner of the store said that he did not make this item, but that it was made by a local crafts person. I was shocked to find that this item was indeed available elsewhere and that it was not as the owner indicated made by a local crafts person. It is a factory made item available on numerous sites on the internet including Walmart. And to make it worse, while Rustic Works was charging $800 for this allegedly hand crafted item, it was available again on numerous web sites for as little as $400. First, I was appalled that the owner of Rustic Works lied about the origins of this item and that on top of that he is charging double what the item sells for elsewhere.

There are two signs on the door state that the shop is open from 10-5. It's unfortunate for all as they lost the sale of five potential customers.
