I took my LS430 to Mitch to let him work his magic on the car. I'm pretty particular about the car and had a clear vision of where I wanted it to be when it was done. Mitch patiently explained several options and was very enthusiastic about tackling this project. We settled on a two step correction followed by ceramic coating. I later dropped off the car and was told it would be several days which was fine as I was in no hurry for the car. During the process, Mitch kept me apprised of the progress with text updates and pictures. When the car was finished, he was flexible with the pickup due to rain and poor weather that week. It was a few days after I picked it up that I was able to get it in the sun and really appreciate the attention to detail that Mitch gave my car. I'm thrilled with how my car turned out and it looks better than new. Really can't believe it is 14 years old. It's very clear that Mitch has a passion for cars, and his knowledge and his expert advice was much appreciated by me, someone who doesn't know jack about cars nor the detail process. I did the full exterior detail that includes the decontamination, paint correction, and sealant. I bought a used Infiniti G37 back in June 2016 and there were a few hairline scratches on the side as well as under the passenger mirror was a spot that it looked like the previous owner scrubbed with a sponge, thus leaving a mark...which drove me insane. The door cup on both sides was scratched quite a bit because of my rings (you can pry my jewelry from my cold, dead hands!) and that was a concern of mine. I had it detailed at a local place out of state where I bought it and thought it was a great price and then later realized that it wasn't all that great and the detail didn't "last". Anyway, I dropped my car off and Mitch had me walk around the car and show me what he could do and which scratches could come out of the paint and what were my top concerns. He asked me what I wanted out of this detail and my expectations. This struck me as he did legit care about his customer and that the package I chose wouldn't be too hard for me to keep up with. With this particular detail, he had my car for about 2 days and I picked it up on a Saturday. I was blown away at how amazing it looked. He took out all the scratches he earlier told me as well as the spot under the mirror. It looks super shiny and the car to the touch is really smooth. He again, showed my around the entire car pointing out where previous flaws and scratches and swirls had been that are now gone. Amazing. I'm really impressed and would not hesitate to get it done again. It makes me excited to drive my car again. Not only do I have a nice looking car but I know it was done correctly and with care. New car detail job. Mitch did a great job of detailing my new 2017.5 Nissan Murano. It looked pretty good from the dealer but there was grit embedded in the paint. Mitch clayed and sealed the paint. My Murano feels so smooth ... just as a new car should feel. He also applied some sealant to the white leather seats to help keep them new looking. I plan to try to maintain the shine myself, but I know there will be a point where I'll want Mitch to work his wonders again. read more

My 1974 Alfa Romeo Spider needed a full top to bottom cleaning and detailing. Remove paint oxidation, detail/clean engine compartment, clean underside of 43 years of oil/dirt. detail inside and clean/seal soft top. Mitch met me where I store the car and fully evaluated paint thickness, and we got the car up on a lift to see the underside. After this we talked options. What I like about this discussion was he explained what he would do and the results. He didn't push me to the highest level of paint treatment since in realty the paint-job from 25 years ago was not the best and best solution was to give it a 1-stage clean/polish. It came out looking good as did the engine compartment and underside. The other nice touch was Mitch takes pictures so I have a nice before and after history.
