Not only is he personable, he went beyond the call of duty when he detoured to show us a couple of historic places which included a hotel from the 1600s and a castle. This was done at no extra charge! We loved everything he showed us and were so grateful we didn't have to spend a wonderful sunny afternoon sitting in an airport hotel bored to death. We will definitely call Tower Taxi when we return to Scotland! They are probably the best taxi company in the entire UK.

Don't forget the customers pay your wages which keeps you in a call centre job! The app is useless, they don't accept your booking until the time you have requested the cab for meaning it's never on time! It's now £4.90 just to open the door of the cab, prices are shocking a taxi is now a luxury! Also customers are not phsycic, we don't know you are *busy* (hopefully not for long) and they just shout down the phone and hang up & don't even let you speak! Rude, unprofessional and extortionate! Somebody please jump on this opportunity and start another cab company, I promise your business will be booming!
