The service is dreadful. Ordered a taxi from them on multiple occasions and had to wait 2.5 hours each time. When rang to chase up we were just told they've put the call out and nobody had taken it. Clearly a poorly managed service. read more

paisley cabs are handy and usually very good value for money particularly when out on a night out in glasgow as the fare is cheaper than a glasgow taxi. as with any company sometimes the drivers can be a bit of a pain. i often visit my mum and dad at the other side of town and decide not to take the car if having a few drinks. as i live in the town centre (15min walk) the walk is not safe due to the area i have to pass, and on several occaisons when being picked up by a taxi they moan that its an inconvenience for them as the fare is too low. on one occaision one driver actually refused to drop me off at my house and took me to an area ten minutes away which was even roughr than the one i would have had to walk through. when i made a fuss he became aggressive and this complaint was never followed up by management at the taxi company. despite this, i personally know a few drivers who are very good at their job and are always very professional read more
