I happened to talk to my neighbors to get a referral since they just had their property trimmed and when I mentioned City Trees they had a bad experience last year where they flaked on them. I will be using their referral as they were very pleased with the response and the work that was done. This company is very unprofessional so I would avoid them.

When I complained, he kept asserting that it had, and that there's only so much they can do for the health of the tree. I know the tree as not cut down that much. We did need to reschedule my job because of conflict, but Efran gave me a good heads up. I was not in a hurry with my trim also. Then when his crew came, lead by Victor, they trim to exactly what I wanted. They trimmed/cut away more than 50% of the 3 trees and a tall hedge foliage/branches that some were touching the wires. They also did a good cleaning up. I would recommend them and go with them again next time I need a trim. My trim is in San Mateo.
