She asked for the info and then said the orders were closed. I told her that couldn't be since it says ready for pick up. She said they're closed. Another customer walks up, she takes them without resolving my discrepancy. She shoos for me to move over. I'm looking at her like "i'm here, help me". She started to take a second customer when I asked her what's going on with my order. Then she said she had to get a manager. The manager comes and goes to check for the orders. She comes back and says one of the orders is from September. Idk where she got that order from. I showed her the number, she went to check. I was standing for a while waiting for answers. The original sales worker said they're packing your order and she left for the day. She never rung me up, never resolved my original issue. I continued to wait a while for my order. Another associate asked to help me and he checked and they weren't even packing it. I was in this store more nearly 30mins waiting for my order. I'm very disappointed at the customer service I received. The lady was not very friendly. She was even terrible to someone else who questioned the pricing. She has a very dismissive demeanor. I was not happy with my experience today.

I would say, though that we were very lucky to get this woman's help because it didn't seem that other representatives in the store were interested in helping customers. They specialize in selling Sealy's products, including Tempur-Pedic and Stearns & Foster. Being a traditional mattress store, they tend to sell higher end mattresses rather than pure foam, vacuum-sealed mattresses. You can also buy bedding furniture, such as mattress frames, drawers, night stands, and mirrored dressers. Delivery and assembly is covered as well, which is a huge plus!

Couldn't resist stopping and seeing the new store. The new store opened in May 2025, it's down the block at 444 Hillside Ave. it's in an H Mart shopping plaza with lots of free parking in front. There is so much in this new store from gourmet foods, artistic bags, scarves, and umbrellas. Jewelry, giftware, a Christmas corner and lots of beautiful furniture. There are many empty shelves; it looks like a lot more is to come. My Portmerion dishes are gone. I found pickle ball gifts; I never leave Peter Andrew's empty handed.
