Cleanings for my wife and two kids were routine, and while there were occasional billing issues, they were eventually resolved after follow-up (although they usually required multiple follow-ups). Things changed significantly during our most recent visits. At a routine appointment, my wife was told she had progressive gum disease and bone loss, needed a deep cleaning not fully covered by insurance (costing around $600), and would need to return every three months. She was also told she needed a crown replaced. A few weeks later, my 22-year-old son was told essentially the same thing--gum disease and bone loss requiring a deep cleaning--and was charged over $400. When I questioned how this could arise so suddenly given that nothing had been mentioned at his cleaning just six months earlier, I was told that the previous dentist was no longer with the practice because she had been "under-diagnosing." That explanation raised serious concerns. At my own appointment shortly after, I received the same diagnosis. When I declined treatment and said I would seek a second opinion, the office offered to reduce the price. We then sought independent evaluations from another dentist over the following weeks and months. Without being given much background, the new dentist found no gum disease, no need for deep cleanings, and no bone loss--for me, my son, or my wife. Follow-up visits and X-rays confirmed the same. While we are relieved by these results, the experience was concerning. Being told that multiple family members suddenly required costly procedures--only to learn from another provider that none were necessary--undermines trust. I don't write this lightly, but I would encourage others to consider seeking a second opinion before proceeding with significant dental treatment here.

I would reccomend her to anyone. She goes above and beyond for her patients, answering emergency calls on her day off, referring to top notch specialists when needed (in my case, an endodontist), and is conservative with her treatment plans which I appreciate. I have seen her for a routine exam, an urgent appointment for pain and now for a crown. She is just so kind and gentle and just has the best nlbedside manner. I always feel totally comfortable in her chair. 100% recommend to anyone.

She was very patient and made me feel at ease. I hate going to the dentist. But I was able to choose some Pandora music and Emily did a routine cleaning. Was actually a pleasant experience. Lucky to find a dentist I know I'll be comfortable with. The office is newly renovated and it looks really nice. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating for setting up my next appointment. Next was my kids turn. Dr. Emily explained to my kids that she has kids too and how everything was going to happen before. The kids did great and Dr. Emily had them laughing and my kids said they were happy with everything. Looks like i found a dentist to take care of us all. Thank goodness.

Weeks before a trip they're hurting again and I get referred to Dr. T and his team. When I told him about the trip he made it happen and I was able to get it done with ample time to heal. I was scared but everyone was so kind and honestly made me feel really assured. I've never gone under before but it truly felt like time travel. The ladies who prepped me were gentle and I fell right asleep and then it was done! I'm older so I was really scared about the recovery but they say if your surgeon is good you'll feel fine and twos days out I feel great! Barely any swelling and hardly any pain! I believe if I have any complications in the future I'll be taken care of here!

I had severe pain after the surgery, went back once to be dismissed with "yea it's going to hurt" and a second time a couple days later to find out I had an infection and dry socket (which I had to tell the doctor I had, rather than him asking me questions to figure out it was dry socket). I consistently felt like my concerns about my pain were being dismissed, I was not being treated with empathy or concern, and worst of all I felt like I had to fight to be heard. Maybe the infection and dry socket were just my own bad luck, but I do want to note I did everything by the book after the procedure during the healing period (did not use straws, did my washes, ate carefully, etc). Anyway I started a 7 day antibiotic treatment for the infection. After the 7 days, I expressed that I felt mostly better but still feel like there is an infection or that something is just not right and I'm still having pain, on my right upper tooth in particular, and he dismissed that saying "no it looks fine, yeah it'll hurt" and then just shrugged. Fast forward to today, I recently had a CT scan after a couple months of right-sided sinus pain and pressure (on the same side I expressed concern about) showing severe blockage and inflammation, likely due to that initial infection that had never cleared from the extraction. So it is frustrating to know I am now dealing with a longer term issue due to his dismissal of my concerns. An argument could be made that I should've came back when I started having sinus issues but in all honesty, he made me feel so dismissed, frustrated and uncomfortable I did not want to return to this clinic. Two stars however because the other staff who took care of me, such as on the day of my surgery and then to check me in during my post-op visits, were super super nice and friendly, and made me feel comfortable, and made sure I was informed. Unfortunately I forgot their names but I want to make sure to give credit where credit is due. I appreciated the transparency on how much everything would cost too.
