Not only are the flowers and arrangements gorgeous and incredibly fresh, but the customer service was beyond outstanding. We came in because my son's prom corsage and boutonniere, which I had ordered elsewhere, had the wrong color ribbon. My son was so upset and thought there was no solution. Not only did they fix the set, but they made us an entirely new one that was beyond our expectations. We could not believe how beautiful it turned out! To say the least, my son was so happy and honestly in disbelief. We will definitely be coming here for ALL of our flower needs from now on. Thank you so much for making his prom so special!

Quality of flowers, design, and honesty. I ordered a funeral wreath with a picture I provided to…read morehow it should look. I willingly paid over $500. When it arrived at funeral home, it didn't looked like a $500 wreath. Wreath was smaller, white flowers were skimpy, old not fresh or firm, and falling off the foam block. Roses looked dry and old. Nowhere close to the picture and price I paid. Guests at funeral home were shocked I paid over $500 for a piece of thrash. I read other reviews. Those who gave them more than 1 star didn't look at the quality of the arrangement. I believe this store is using what they have in the store including their premade arrangement that were old to make a new order. They don't get fresh flowers for customers order. I don't think Stems have designer who knows quality of work, materials, and design. Stems should start rethinking their quality control. This is unfair business practices...cheating and selling cheap quality.

My mom recently passed away and the original florist recommended to me (a sole proprietor) was not…read moreas responsive as I hoped for, causing more added stress in organizing her services for the following week, not to mention a few limitations to my floral requests. Someone then recommended B&B Floral and I stopped by their shop right away. I met with Jay, showed him pictures what wreaths the family wanted, including personalized ribbons, with no issues. I even entrusted Jay to make a corsage for Mom, which was beautifully made with a pink rose. I also referred B&B Floral to my friends and colleagues who wanted to send flowers to the service and they delivered! Even the succulent garden my coworkers ordered was beautifully made. After placing my order, I looked at their website and saw a wreath that I loved. Since it was the same price, Jay had no issues exchanging one of the wreaths with their design. My only regret was not ordering the casket spray from them which was more cost effective than what was ordered at the time we finalized Mom's services at the Funeral Home. Moral lesson, just go to B&B Floral you all your floral needs. Great local business, great value, with exception customer service!
