I called 2 days in advance (Wednesday) for a "special" flower they had to order for me. I talked to Jay. He was very nice and helpful. Mr. Jay told me he would do his best to get it in for me. Well I called the day I needed it and they had it! I was so thrilled, thankful, and grateful he had got it for me. When I walked inside their floral shop it was clean, nice, and the flowers were of good quality. I wound-up purchasing even more flowers from them for my arrangements. The staff, including Mr. Jay was very nice, and friendly. In fact, I'm disabled, and Mr. Jay automatically told me he was going to help me to my car. Excellent flower shop! Came through for me. My mom recently passed away and the original florist recommended to me (a sole proprietor) was not as responsive as I hoped for, causing more added stress in organizing her services for the following week, not to mention a few limitations to my floral requests. Someone then recommended B&B Floral and I stopped by their shop right away. I met with Jay, showed him pictures what wreaths the family wanted, including personalized ribbons, with no issues. I even entrusted Jay to make a corsage for Mom, which was beautifully made with a pink rose. I also referred B&B Floral to my friends and colleagues who wanted to send flowers to the service and they delivered! Even the succulent garden my coworkers ordered was beautifully made. After placing my order, I looked at their website and saw a wreath that I loved. Since it was the same price, Jay had no issues exchanging one of the wreaths with their design. My only regret was not ordering the casket spray from them which was more cost effective than what was ordered at the time we finalized Mom's services at the Funeral Home. With only one day's notice, I placed a last-minute big order for a cross spray and a casket arrangement. I let the florist design how she felt was best. Did not connect the dots that Mother's Day was THIS Sunday until Friday. Fortunately B&B Floral was able to save me. I looked at their web page and found what I was hoping for. When I called the phone was answered promptly by a real person-unusual but True!! After a few quick questions, would they be able to deliver in time for Mother's Day? As of Friday they could and a couple of quick holds while they took care of in store clients-loved that they were not ignoring the people in the store. I had no trouble waiting while they were quickly taken care of. Brad or Brandon-sorry I should have written their name down-that was my mistake, was very patient while helping me decide on an arrangement. There were lots of arrangements to choose from and the one I wanted was available. They gave helpful feedback when asked questions about the size of the arrangement even though they were obviously busy, The entire call took less than 5 min and at the very end I asked if they could send me a pic so I could see what was being sent. Oct 4, 2024 - I ordered flowers for my friend at the last minute (1 day before delivery) from B&B Floral via website . Someone from the flower shop contacted me to confirm the order and ask me for my friend's number (the one they are delivering to). I mentioned to him that he can just leave it in front of her door (in Benicia) since she has some shade in the front. He said, oh no, it's pretty hot out there (indian summer) and I can't leave it out. So he must've coordinated with my friend as it was delivered timely. The great surprise I have is that the flowers look exactly what was the picture on the website. It's a bit smaller, but they did have different sizes but I love that they look so beautifiul. I've never been to their store. I only call in my order once a year to send birthday flowers for my aunt. They have my info on file so they know my set amount and where to send the flowers. The only thing they ask me is what color of flowers I want to send. This time around I chose the color green and to my surprise, they texted me a pic of the arrangements that was delivered to her front doorsteps. I appreciate the confirmation! Ordering flowers from afar is a tough situation. You basically have to go on the words of others and, if you're lucky, maybe pictures too. We had a close friend admitted to Kaiser Hospital in Vallejo. I did a Yelp search for florists who deliver and came across B&B Floral. I went in today to get flowers for my mothers grave for Mother's day. Her favorite color flowers were yellow, it didn't matter what kind of flower it was as long as it was yellow and I went in only expecting to get the yellow daisy's but the sweet lady who was working there today went and found some more flowers to put in the little bouquet and it turned out so beautiful. She discounted the price of the bouquet too and right after I paid she gave me a hug and it just about broke me and I walked out the store crying from the sheer emotion. I was in search of a last minute floral bouquet for my guy & I stumbled across this floral shop on Yelp. I walked in & the man behind the counter was very welcoming. I saw a decent priced red Rose bouquet that was ready to go but I opted for the blue roses that were in the fridge. The man told me it would be 5 minutes to put the arrangement together (vase included) & it took just that. I told them please make it "manly". They did a beautiful job. Unfortunately I expected more :/ the last picture is what I chose from their website. Which shows a basket that is full, compared to what was delivered seem kind of empty. I chose this place in great hopes to send my mother in law a basket full of variety of plants I know she'd love for her 60th birthday. When I asked them to send me a picture I was quite disappointed that it looks nowhere near the plants shown on their website. To be honest it looks like one of their baskets that were cheaper. Flowers nice -- totally tried to scam on the delivery fee. Ordering flowers for a funeral service in Vallejo at Colonial Chapel, which is very close to this flower shop so I'm sure they deliver there a lot. Anyway, Colonia Chapel advised that for the Sunday service, I should have the flowers delivered on Saturday. I clearly told Jackie that I wanted Saturday delivery, which Colonia Chapel suggested. Jackie said they could deliver on Sunday, and suggested doing that. It didn't matter to me, I assumed she knew best. She gave me my total and I gave her the credit card number. But then I got to thinking, and called back to ask, how did my total get so high so quickly? Flowers, tax and delivery, she said. I asked how much was delivery..... well, one tiny little detail: Saturday delivery is $15, and Sunday delivery is $30. That would have been nice to know in advance, Jackie. I did get a refund to my credit card but it was just a hassle that I didn't need. read more

Finding a good florist can be a task, especially if it is for an out of state delivery. When I decided on a floral arrangement, I called and spoke with Jay. The Always a Lady bouquet caught my eye, and although the dimensions in the description were good. I wanted a taller and fuller arrangement. Jay worked with me in customizing this bouquet. I upgraded to a taller vase than the premium standard one and questioned the flower fullness in the arrangement. Jay assured me there were plenty of Lilly's on each stem, and he guaranteed the arrangement would be beautiful and full. Another important detail for me was scent. The scent had to match the vision, I was assured the Lilly's would give off a wonderful scent. Jay completely understood the assignment, and the man knocked it out of the park!! Incredibly happy with how the Mother's Day flowers I ordered came out with the price I paid. I don't reside in California, so I had to make several phone calls to determine which floral shops are currently operating. After about 6 phone calls, I found out that B & B were still operating with curbside pick-up or contactless delivery options. The only downside I'd say is that they weren't able to deliver on Mother's day so I had flowers shipped a day before. The arrangements were beautiful, vibrant and fresh. I recently ordered some flowers for a loved one's birthday. The flowers were to be delivered to a local cemetery. When I placed the order, the only request I made was to receive a photo of the bouquet so I could show my wife. I was told the cemetery wouldn't be able to take a photo once the flowers were placed but that they would put a note on the order for the florist to take a photo and send it to me when the arrangement was made. I never received a photo. I called later that afternoon to ask if a photo had been taken, thinking maybe someone took one but forgot to send it. I was told by the person who answered the phone that they were probably too busy to take the photo. This is absurd! I tell you one thing they weren't to busy to take and that's my money. I will NEVER use this place again. It is hard enough being over 1500 miles away and not being able to visit a loved one's gravesite, but when you order something special for their birthday and someone is too busy to take 30 seconds to take a photo of the $50 arrangement, it's a real slap in the face. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. Somewhere they actually appreciate your business and aren't too busy. read more

The shop is located right off the main road so just turn into the farmers Insurence parking lot or else you will pass it. This particular arrangement cost me about $64. read more
