Did not connect the dots that Mother's Day was THIS Sunday until Friday. Fortunately B&B Floral was able to save me. I looked at their web page and found what I was hoping for. When I called the phone was answered promptly by a real person-unusual but True!! After a few quick questions, would they be able to deliver in time for Mother's Day? As of Friday they could and a couple of quick holds while they took care of in store clients-loved that they were not ignoring the people in the store. I had no trouble waiting while they were quickly taken care of. Brad or Brandon-sorry I should have written their name down-that was my mistake, was very patient while helping me decide on an arrangement. There were lots of arrangements to choose from and the one I wanted was available. They gave helpful feedback when asked questions about the size of the arrangement even though they were obviously busy, The entire call took less than 5 min and at the very end I asked if they could send me a pic so I could see what was being sent. I am really pleased with the arrangement because I know how excited my Aunty will be when she gets it. Well worth the price for last minute plus delivery. Well done B&B Floral! Many Thanks!!
We absolutely love how helpful everyone was. We originally called in to ensure that we would have enough time to order a casket spray and 2 standing sprays and the worker not only told us when to have order in, but to check the website for more options. When we went in store, the workers were kind in listening to our request and even told us we could change the color of our standing sprays (which we did!) Everything was effortlessly easy and the delivery was right on time!
Wonderful flower shop, amazing customer service. I called and wanted something a little more custom for a funeral. The entire team was so helpful from start to finish. Deenah was amazing texting me photos back and forth. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a flower shop near Vallejo.
I've never been to their store. I only call in my order once a year to send birthday flowers for my aunt. They have my info on file so they know my set amount and where to send the flowers. The only thing they ask me is what color of flowers I want to send. This time around I chose the color green and to my surprise, they texted me a pic of the arrangements that was delivered to her front doorsteps. I appreciate the confirmation! My aunt has loved every arrangement! It keeps her guessing every year and she has yet to be disappointed. I can't wait for her to receive this year's! Cheers to local businesses.
Oct 4, 2024 - I ordered flowers for my friend at the last minute (1 day before delivery) from B&B Floral via website . Someone from the flower shop contacted me to confirm the order and ask me for my friend's number (the one they are delivering to). I mentioned to him that he can just leave it in front of her door (in Benicia) since she has some shade in the front. He said, oh no, it's pretty hot out there (indian summer) and I can't leave it out. So he must've coordinated with my friend as it was delivered timely. The great surprise I have is that the flowers look exactly what was the picture on the website. It's a bit smaller, but they did have different sizes but I love that they look so beautifiul. I've ordered from websites before, and they don't seem to look the same as what they have pictured. For some reason, my photos wouldn't upload :(
B&B Floral provided the florals my clients wedding last month. The florals for Erica's and Michael's wedding were stunning. Linda perfectly captured the clients vision of mixed color. B&B arrived early with the delivery. Each personal items was perfectly labeled for my team to easily distribute. Thank you B&B team!
I went in today to get flowers for my mothers grave for Mother's day. Her favorite color flowers were yellow, it didn't matter what kind of flower it was as long as it was yellow and I went in only expecting to get the yellow daisy's but the sweet lady who was working there today went and found some more flowers to put in the little bouquet and it turned out so beautiful. She discounted the price of the bouquet too and right after I paid she gave me a hug and it just about broke me and I walked out the store crying from the sheer emotion. It's been 17 mother's days without my mother now and they never get easier but the kindness of that lady today made it a little easier and I wish I had gotten her name but if there's a chance she's reading this, thank you for being kind on a hard day like this. I normally deal with these emotions on my own but that hug was just what I needed today.

I saw a decent priced red Rose bouquet that was ready to go but I opted for the blue roses that were in the fridge. The man told me it would be 5 minutes to put the arrangement together (vase included) & it took just that. I told them please make it "manly". They did a beautiful job. I will definitely be back.
My husband ordered a premium arrangement for delivery. First photo is what he saw online. Second photo is what was delivered. It looks like they shoved a bouquet from Safeway into a vase and called it a day. Very disappointed.
Unfortunately I expected more :/ the last picture is what I chose from their website. Which shows a basket that is full, compared to what was delivered seem kind of empty. I chose this place in great hopes to send my mother in law a basket full of variety of plants I know she'd love for her 60th birthday. When I asked them to send me a picture I was quite disappointed that it looks nowhere near the plants shown on their website. To be honest it looks like one of their baskets that were cheaper. I bought the emerald garden basket $59.99 (but somehow it says on the tag dish garden $49.99).
Outstanding Customer Service and amazing efforts when there are mix-ups. Jackie at B&B Floral did an amazing arrangement for my daughter's anniversary. There was a slight mix up due to my daughter's allergy to lily blooms and the delivery driver. Jackie was very thorough and professional to resolve the issues and her responses to us were above anything I have ever seen from a florist before. Highly recommend B&B Floral, their staff and owner are way above the usual florists' customer service.
My mom recently passed away and the original florist recommended to me (a sole proprietor) was not as responsive as I hoped for, causing more added stress in organizing her services for the following week, not to mention a few limitations to my floral requests. Someone then recommended B&B Floral and I stopped by their shop right away. I met with Jay, showed him pictures what wreaths the family wanted, including personalized ribbons, with no issues. I even entrusted Jay to make a corsage for Mom, which was beautifully made with a pink rose. I also referred B&B Floral to my friends and colleagues who wanted to send flowers to the service and they delivered! Even the succulent garden my coworkers ordered was beautifully made. After placing my order, I looked at their website and saw a wreath that I loved. Since it was the same price, Jay had no issues exchanging one of the wreaths with their design. My only regret was not ordering the casket spray from them which was more cost effective than what was ordered at the time we finalized Mom's services at the Funeral Home. Moral lesson, just go to B&B Floral you all your floral needs. Great local business, great value, with exception customer service! read more

With only one day's notice, I placed a last-minute big order for a cross spray and a casket arrangement. I let the florist design how she felt was best. I was not able to snag a photo of the cross, but both arrangements were absolutely stunning. Thank you for creating something so beautiful to honor our friend. read more

We came here to get a corsage and boutonniere for my son's prom and both pieces turned out nice. Ordering over the phone was very easy and they had my order ready and on time. I did ask to add extra flowers which cost extra but I think it turned out nice. I will come back next year for his senior prom. read more

I was not home when this beautiful arrangement was delivered. Received as a present and a beautiful surprise. The delivery staff rang my doorbell and left it out of sight (discretely hidden) from the public so I can safely receive them. Just gorgeous. It made my day. Now I know where to order flowers in the future and support a local business. read more

I ordered online for delivery a bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday. I got a confirmation of the order but no estimated delivery time so I called and they assured me it would be delivered before noon, which it was. The bouquet turned out beautiful. read more

I highly recommend this florist! Great customer service and an excellent selection of flowers, gifts, and cards. I came in with a small vase and asked if they could make a small arrangement that I could bring to someone who was in the hospital. They did a great job (see pic) and only charged me around $20. They also do weddings, funerals, etc. I will be back! read more

Incredibly happy with how the Mother's Day flowers I ordered came out with the price I paid. I don't reside in California, so I had to make several phone calls to determine which floral shops are currently operating. After about 6 phone calls, I found out that B & B were still operating with curbside pick-up or contactless delivery options. The only downside I'd say is that they weren't able to deliver on Mother's day so I had flowers shipped a day before. The arrangements were beautiful, vibrant and fresh. Please continue to support your local businesses like B & B who continue to do a wonderful job even during difficult times. read more

My beautiful wife started a new job after being laid off and going through the COVID shutdown and today she completed her probationary period. So proud of her.. Ok enough of that... so I decided to order her some flowers to mark the occasion. I found B&B floral on yelp to help me get her some beautiful flowers. Called them early in the morning and they were very friendly and helpful in my flower selection and were able to deliver it to her on the same day. Will definitely use them as my 1st choice for my floral needs. read more

Finding a good florist can be a task, especially if it is for an out of state delivery. When I decided on a floral arrangement, I called and spoke with Jay. The Always a Lady bouquet caught my eye, and although the dimensions in the description were good. I wanted a taller and fuller arrangement. Jay worked with me in customizing this bouquet. I upgraded to a taller vase than the premium standard one and questioned the flower fullness in the arrangement. Jay assured me there were plenty of Lilly's on each stem, and he guaranteed the arrangement would be beautiful and full. Another important detail for me was scent. The scent had to match the vision, I was assured the Lilly's would give off a wonderful scent. Jay completely understood the assignment, and the man knocked it out of the park!! Highly recommend getting your floral arrangements designed here. You'll definitely get your monies worth. Your receiver will be "WOW'd" read more

I'm in Sacramento and I wanted to support a local business, so I ordered flowers for my mom's 70th birthday. Opt'd for "florist choice" and disappointed... I guess that's the gamble you take... so, lesson learned. Not quite my taste and expecting something more spring/ or roses. Looks like left overs from Mother's Day or even a funeral. Probably won't order again. Such a bummer. read more

OMG! This is the most fabulous florist I have ever used. My Aunt's 91st birthday was a few days after Christmas. I called B&B Florists randomly from Texas to deliver flowers to my aunt in Benetia. I wanted it to be colorful and special for this monumental birthday and preferably less than $100. Here is a picture of what arrived right on time. My aunt was blown away! She couldn't even lift it off the floor to put it on the table. Thank you B&B for making my aunt's birthday very, very special. read more

B&B has been around for years. They offer many beautiful arrangement options in store . It was hard for me to choose . I would call just to ensure they are open. The shop is located right off the main road so just turn into the farmers Insurence parking lot or else you will pass it. This particular arrangement cost me about $64. read more
