I had an idea of what I wanted but also left it up to her to fill in anything to complete the look. The end result was amazing and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Casey and the beauty of the flowers she put together for my weekend wedding celebration. I had three events over three days: a ceremony, luncheon, and party. Casey put together a bouquet for my ceremony, centerpieces for our luncheon, and tablescapes for our outdoor party. I had an entirely positive experience with Casey for my small wedding ceremony. She is very talented and created beautiful centerpieces and a beautiful bouquet. She accepted my request with only two weeks prior to the event. Casey is a great communicator and kept in close contact with me during the planning phase. She asked for photos to better understand my vision and didn't seem to mind when I bombarded her with countless photos. She captured my vision very well in the form of a contract which she and I both signed, with prices and services clearly described. I heard about Casey through one of my friends. I'm so glad we decided to go with The Singing Orchid for my November 3rd, 2014 wedding! I had no idea what I wanted at first but she walked me through it all and helped me figure it out. She created an awesome floral vision for my wedding; it was sort of a simple, natural, romantic theme. She came up with great ideas and even let me use my own vessels that I specifically wanted for the reception. She also fastened my late grandmother's childhood hair barettes to my bouquet as my "something blue." Everything came out perfect!!! I can't express enough what a joy working with Casey was. To start, I had a horrible experience with my first visit to a floral shop, to keep things short and simple the lady told me my choices for bouquet and maid of honor bouquets were tacky and unattainable, not only did I leave there crying and stressed, but also began doubting my dream wedding that I had been planning for months! When I got on the phone with Casey all my anxiety and fears diminished. She LOVED the idea of my bouquet and told me she could absolutely make it happen, and that she was here for me and me alone to make my dream wedding come to life.She had no problem adjusting my contract 3 or 4 times (sorry Casey lol) and she was great about keeping in contact and up to date with me with on how things were progressing. Her prices are affordable and if I felt something was a bit too expensive she helped me achieve the same type of look with another flower just as beautiful but in my price range. I was overjoyed to walk into the venue on my wedding day and see how gorgeous everything was. Seeing my bouquet for the first time brought tears to my eyes! It was meant for a queen! It was the belle of the ball! Weighed a lot but was sooo worth it lol. It was nicknamed my "tree" by the end of the night I've gotten more compliments on my bouquet then on my wedding dress haha!!! I was referred to Casey through my wedding coordinator, and I couldn't be happier with the flowers we had at our wedding. Casey is absolutely amazing to work with. She works with the ideas you have, while using her own creativity to develop themes. We didn't want a lot of flowers at our wedding and asked for the bare minimum, but the arrangements came out more beautiful and more elaborate than what we had asked for, and at such a reasonable price. I'm quite sure with all the sharing with your friends on social media sites and screen shotting that goes on now days there is not legal stand point on this but I think its quite distasteful for a business to post pictures of someones private event on their website for publicity without written or verbal consent from the paying customers. This is late but everyone should know how fantastic a florist you have with Casey and her team. Casey did the flowers for our daughter's wedding last October and she exceeded all my expectations! Of course we thought the flowers would be good - that's why we hired her. But she has an eye for just what works well together and holds up under the pressure of the "big day". Casey's tenacity and attention to detail didn't go unnoticed either. She often stepped back to assess the work and sometimes made multiple changes to make the arrangement just right!
