I called 2 days in advance (Wednesday) for a "special" flower they had to order for me. I talked to Jay. He was very nice and helpful. Mr. Jay told me he would do his best to get it in for me. Well I called the day I needed it and they had it! I was so thrilled, thankful, and grateful he had got it for me. When I walked inside their floral shop it was clean, nice, and the flowers were of good quality. I wound-up purchasing even more flowers from them for my arrangements. The staff, including Mr. Jay was very nice, and friendly. In fact, I'm disabled, and Mr. Jay automatically told me he was going to help me to my car. Excellent flower shop! Came through for me. Someone then recommended B&B Floral and I stopped by their shop right away. I met with Jay, showed him pictures what wreaths the family wanted, including personalized ribbons, with no issues. I even entrusted Jay to make a corsage for Mom, which was beautifully made with a pink rose. I also referred B&B Floral to my friends and colleagues who wanted to send flowers to the service and they delivered! Even the succulent garden my coworkers ordered was beautifully made. After placing my order, I looked at their website and saw a wreath that I loved. Since it was the same price, Jay had no issues exchanging one of the wreaths with their design. My only regret was not ordering the casket spray from them which was more cost effective than what was ordered at the time we finalized Mom's services at the Funeral Home. Moral lesson, just go to B&B Floral you all your floral needs. Great local business, great value, with exception customer service!

After giving her a few details, including what types of flowers we wanted, she called me back the same day with a proposal for each of the arrangements, given what I mentioned and what she's created before, as well as a final cost, which was definitely reasonable and turned out to be less than what all the other florists were asking for when we called. She also made different recommendations for the arrangements based on our price range, assuring us that a slightly less expensive option would still be beautiful. We wanted calla lilies, which, after calling multiple other florists, were potentially out of season, but because the family requested them, Nina helped us find some for the arrangements. We had multiple last minute requests too, from adding boutonnières to getting hundreds of extra stems of flowers, to having everything delivered a day earlier, and Nina was extremely accommodating and made all of them happen! After we placed the initial order, Nina finished everything within 5 days, even with these new requests. Thank you so much Nina for all your help, the flowers turned out absolutely beautiful, beyond what I could imagine!! They really brightened up the space.
