I also had to use their packing service. They truly were morons doing that. They wrapped a very small square piece of plexiglass, which looked like trash and wrapped it like it was priceless fine crystal. Any normal person would see it was trash. Sadly I couldn't physically pack anymore of the house. I knew that would be a different additional charge. I feel they took advantage of a woman in mourning, who didn't know any better and was easily taken advantage due to my state of mind. I did mention that I had no clue how to move. The communication wasn't there during a very trying time. I felt unseen,unheard and taken advantage of in the end. It took 2 years for me to write this review bc I am still dealing with grief and knew the company wouldn't take any responsibility on their part. As for how long it took to get to my residence after being told a window 9-11AM they finally got here at 4:45PM. Only to be told that we can run and do errands and they will go into my backyard on their own to give me a quote. Who would let someone do that? Someone you don't know just go into ur yard and walk around is wild! As for the price of the charges they have is even crazier! 150 dollars by itself for labor which would take not even twenty mins to get rid of is the same for something that would take 2 hours. Doesnt make sense. I just rented a ten yard dumpster for the same price it would have been for a 1/4 yard of their dumpster. The whole experience was a giant waste of time in which i would have just went to another company. I will never call this company for anything i need dumpsters for. If i didnt have surgery and was able to walk i would do it myself.
