I brought my engagement ring to Fagan's to get it resized after checking out all the other jewelers…read morein Casper, and I am SO GLAD that I did. Nora got my resizing done in ONE day!!! If I went anywhere else, it would've been at least two weeks or more. I was stunned when I got a call the very next day saying it was ready for pickup. Nora is so kind and went above and beyond making me feel comfortable leaving my engagement ring with her. She was the only jeweler in town who did not treat me like a dollar sign! Nora explained the whole process to me and even offered to fix a prong on the ring that was a little short for free. Not only that, but when I picked up my ring, she said that if I felt it was still a little big that she would resize it again for me for free. I am so impressed with the customer service at Fagan's and enjoyed all the employees who worked there. I have never left a review (good or bad) anywhere before, but Nora and Fagan's most definitely deserve a 5-star review for my experience with them!!

They do have cute items, but it is pricey. The young lady working there August 9th was not friendly. While my mother attempted to purchase a ring, I was standing to the side looking at the jewelry. The girl spent her time watching me as though I was stealing. I didn't touch the jewelry. My mother called her out and was able to make her purchase, which she regretted. While attempting to pay for the item I found, the salesperson was so distracted watching my daughter presumably to make sure she did not steal anything that she could barely check me out. About 15 minutes later when I attempted to return the purchase because of the salesperson's behavior, I was told she could ONLY issue in-store credit which would do me no outside of Casper. I was looking for supplies for handcrafting wands and this store did not disappoint. What a joke this is a seriously shady business if you ask me. My husband went on Tuesday this week…read moreand bought me a pair of diamond earrings for my birthday, he paid cash for the earrings. Well he gave them to me and to be honest I hated them so I went back to Samuels on Saturday and told the sales associate I wanted to return them. She told me that since my husband paid cash for the earrings I would give them back the earrings and the receipt and the corporate office in Texas would send me a check in 21 days. Now maybe I'm not getting their way of doing business but who in their right mind is going to give them the earrings, the receipt and be told the check is in the mail no one I know. The most interesting part is the sales associate that sold my husband the earrings was the same one I was speaking to in the store so when my husband asked her why she did not tell him of their return policy she had no answer. I can not believe that a business would penalize a customer for paying with cash by making them wait for 21 days to receive a refund. Also when the sales associate called the manager who was in the food court having lunch and explained that we wanted to speak to her she told the sales associate who did explain the situation to her, she told her to get our phone number and name and she would call me after her lunch break. Well it's now been 2 1/2 hours later and still no call. Who's kidding who the business is a rip off and just does not want to refund our money. Well I'm not through yet I will show up at the store until I receive my refund. So if your a shopper looking for Jewelry I would ABSOLUTELY STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORE when they do not tell their customers that pay in cash at the time of purchase that their store policy is that they would have to wait 21 days to get a refund I'm sure they would think twice about dealing with a shady business such as this one.
