Well he gave them to me and to be honest I hated them so I went back to Samuels on Saturday and told the sales associate I wanted to return them. She told me that since my husband paid cash for the earrings I would give them back the earrings and the receipt and the corporate office in Texas would send me a check in 21 days. Now maybe I'm not getting their way of doing business but who in their right mind is going to give them the earrings, the receipt and be told the check is in the mail no one I know. The most interesting part is the sales associate that sold my husband the earrings was the same one I was speaking to in the store so when my husband asked her why she did not tell him of their return policy she had no answer. I can not believe that a business would penalize a customer for paying with cash by making them wait for 21 days to receive a refund. Also when the sales associate called the manager who was in the food court having lunch and explained that we wanted to speak to her she told the sales associate who did explain the situation to her, she told her to get our phone number and name and she would call me after her lunch break. Well it's now been 2 1/2 hours later and still no call. Who's kidding who the business is a rip off and just does not want to refund our money. Well I'm not through yet I will show up at the store until I receive my refund. So if your a shopper looking for Jewelry I would ABSOLUTELY STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORE when they do not tell their customers that pay in cash at the time of purchase that their store policy is that they would have to wait 21 days to get a refund I'm sure they would think twice about dealing with a shady business such as this one.

My phone carrier suggested I call Batteries Plus Bulbs. Nick and Mike could not have been more helpful. I described my problem and they looked up the battery I needed. Because of the current situation they didn't think they could get the battery before Friday. I went to the store and they helped me find a wall charger, tested it on my phone and I'm now up and running again. Two professional, compassionate young men who are there to serve.

Smaller pistol selection than SW, but most of the hunting rifles are where you can easily try them out for fit. Reloading components are slightly higher than SW, but tend to have more in stock in what I need. (Bullseye, Red Dot, W209 and Large Pistol primers) FFL transfer fee is $30 per gun. Not the cheapest, but not highway robbery. The plus side, is if you are like me and work an unpredictable schedule, they will hold what has been shipped to you until you get back.. Other places in town will only hold for 14 days, which sucks if you work in the oil field, and your gun came in the day you left town for a month. They also did not gouge prices post Newtown, which gets them a 4 to 5 star upgrade in my book.

The guns are usually a good value with an awesome in house warranty, last time I was in I bought 2 guns and was told "second hand goods are second hand goods but we will take them back for any reason for the next 14 days and for any defective for 30 days". The tools section is also another example of why I frequent this pawn shop. Last week they had a gently used Milwaukee impact set it was a 1/2 inch and a 3/8inch with 2 batteries and a charger for $500. Both new gen, from Home Depo it's a $750 kit for just the tools and one battery. If you have things you need to sell and don't like the price they offer you then you should sell it on your own for "top dollar" instead of complaining that the pawn shop of all places isn't going to give you what your item is worth. They have bills to pay and take a lot of risks!

Got back home scheduled online in Casper to replace the other 2 with matching tires as sidewalls were weather checked beyond safe driving. Took the two tires in for the scheduled install that was pre paid online and was told my order would be refunded 5-10 business days since I didn't drive the vehicle and I would need to pay separately for the tires and wait for the refund. I said no and the 3 guys at the counter got someone else to help them check me in without refunding the order and that associate asked me if I wanted light truck tires as ordered and I said yes please. He finishes checking me in and I wait. 35 minutes later they roll the tires into the shop, still waiting 45 minutes later they finally update me service is starting. 10 more minutes and a tech walks out and asks me if I am ok with the passenger rated tires they set out for me and I said no they need to be light truck tires. He says thought so and says wait one minute comes back and says sorry we need to cancel your order and refund your money 5-10 business days and you ll need to go ahead and pay separately for the tires. Now been there for over 2 hours and I said no please cancel the service and return my tires. They did but when I checked my app only the install was cancelled and it said I needed to pick my purchased tires up by sept. 14th. I asked the associate at the counter and he said oh nothing to worry about we cancelled it for you. Got home and followed up only to discover they refunded $41 for the install and did not cancel the tires. Had to involve wal mart corporate help desk to get the tires cancelled, after watching the way others were treated as well I would avoid this service center

I am a Walmart Plus member and everything you do reflects in your Walmart app, down to purchases (receipts). Once I payed. I was offered different way to receive a receipt from: no receipt, print receipt, or digital receipt via Walmart Plus membership. I tried explaining and showing her, but to no avail. She refused to take a look at my receipt... She says: you don't have to show me anything... Apparently, I do, because I was accused of robbery. To what she's says. I didn't accuse you of stealing, "I just said, you didn't pay'.... Walmart, please relocate your associate to door greater away from causing any danger.
