There meat and seafood counter is nice and lets me pick out the perfect cut of meat or seafood for my recipe. As for their prices I find the regular prices to be on par with most other grocery stores in town and often find sale prices to be very good. The best part of this store is their check-outs, as they proactively work to clear or prevent back-ups. I have had them take me to the self check-outs and ring up my order. This is just one example of them going out of their way to prevent back-ups. In conclusion I really do like this store and would shop their more often it were located on my side of town (live near the Hilltop Center).

We have shopped at Smith's for a couple of years now, mostly just because it is the closest…read morepharmacy to us. There have been MULTIPLE times we are missing groceries by the time we get home. STOP letting the cashiers bag, they NEVER give us the bags they fill. The last time I called them and explained that we were missing nearly $30 worth of items. They refused to door dash the items to us but told us we could come in and get them or they could leave a note at the customer service desk and we could get a refund next time we came in. A few days later we went back to get the refund. The customer service person thought we were trying to "swindle" her because I called the "cocktail weenies" "little smokies." She said "there are NO little smokies anywhere on this list." As if I were trying to steal. Also we were refused a refund and told we had to get the exact things we were missing and take them back to the customer service desk in order to replace the items. We were so frustrated and upset in the Service persons obvious mistrust over wording that we just left. I will NEVER go through a clerk operated check out there again. Normally I support not using the self check out so that people keep their jobs, not at Smith's though.

I suggested we reschedule once more and get it done by the end of January. She agreed and gave me a date and informed me she was using the boudoir theme (it was supposed to be my choice of theme). After several messages on Facebook back n forth she decided to go back on her word and charge me. She's done this to at least one other person I'm aware of. Extremely unprofessional and wishy washy. Don't do business with her unless you want to get duped!

This summer I found an audio cassette tape I wanted to preserve but the place I went to before was closed down. Last month, when a member of my neighborhood app posted an ad about this type of work, I was hesitant. He seemed young and I wondered if he would have enough experience and/or appreciate the importance of not losing this one copy existing. Should I trust him with it?? The old cassette was useless. Even if I had a player - I'd be afraid to try it. So, I responded to that ad for "Speer Productions" posted by owner/operator Dustin Jones. As I explained my need, I didn't think I conveyed my nerves - but Dusrin assured me that he recognized the personal value and that he would take good care of it. In a few short days - he actually delivered my order personally to my home. But, that wasn't all. I hadn't heard the tape since the mid 90s. It was home made, played many times (on junk equipment) and not cared for at all. My new media sounds more clear, rich and full than that cassette ever played even when new!! No change to the original content - just way way better sound!! Should I have trusted that young man with my precious memories?? I did. And I'm thrilled About it! For an extremely low price - I got the tape back AND the new disk the content was copied onto (now playable on my computer, copied into my iTunes and can be listened to anywhere!). Thanks Dustin!
