A lot of reviews are from the eyes of a seller, as a frequent buyer at this establishment it's always awesome! The guns are usually a good value with an awesome in house warranty, last time I was in I bought 2 guns and was told "second hand goods are second hand goods but we will take them back for any reason for the next 14 days and for any defective for 30 days". The tools section is also another example of why I frequent this pawn shop. Last week they had a gently used Milwaukee impact set it was a 1/2 inch and a 3/8inch with 2 batteries and a charger for $500. Both new gen, from Home Depo it's a $750 kit for just the tools and one battery. If you have things you need to sell and don't like the price they offer you then you should sell it on your own for "top dollar" instead of complaining that the pawn shop of all places isn't going to give you what your item is worth. Do not do business with these people. When in and they offered less then 10% of the market value of my item and the guy was rude. I would recommend first cash pawn much better business if your needing to pawn anything. read more

I bought a gold nugget ring it had no marking they sold it to me saying it was 14k so I took it to riddles to get it sized and stamped but riddles had to do a test and to stamp it and it came back 10k so I am very disappointed I feel like I got cheated they charged me more then what the ring is worth will never go back it puts a bad wrap on all the pawn shops in Casper wy but in my eye depend a pawned are scam artists it would get 0 stars if it would let me read more

I pawned a set of diamond earrings at this location cause something came up. I had been doing business with this company for three years. Upon going to get my earrings out it was taking forever. They said they are having a hard time finding them could I give them a couple of days. I said yes. 6 days the day before I am to move I go into the shop and was basically told by an employee that Randy said I was SOL and to read the back of the ticket. They are responsible if lost but hearing through the grapevine it is thought that my earrings along with another persons diamond earrings who is also missing, that an old employee might have stolen them. Now if this is the case he would file a report and then an insurance claim. After trying to talk to the owner yet again he came back with an offer of $50 for an I store credit. I walked out of the pawn shop in tears and without my earrings but as an owner of a business in a small town you could have had the respect to talk to your customers face to face instead of through the employees that had to break the news to me and see me busy down in tears read more

Been shopping there for YEARS, and one of the only times I really need help they try to rip me off. I needed a $300 loan and I took in 2 items that cost well over $700. They price the things you bring in the door based on what those items sell for on Ebay. This is a terrible way to price items as you never know what the hell you are buying on Ebay or what condition it is in. They tried to tell me that one like mine sold for $200 and that they would give me $140 for BOTH of my items. When I got home I checked on ebay myself and the item that sold for $200 actually sold for $289 and was BROKEN. So even though I think the owner Randy is a good dude, watch out for the chubby short long haired guy. He is a tool and just because I chose not to sell them my items for his super low offer he told me not to return to the pawn shop.
