Found Demitry on Yelp when my Whirlpool washer stopped running mid cycle. He came out quickly. $45 flat rate estimate that can be applied to service. Said it was the drain pump and quoted $335. Said he would come back in 40 min with the part. When he returned and replaced the part, he said it needed additional parts and would be back in another 40 min. He initially came at 11am and finished the job at 4pm. Long process but he got it done. Great communication via Yelp messanger. Great clean up. Also said work is guaranteed for 90 days. read more

Estimated work $60-$160. Showed up, didn't listen to what I had to say. Simply defrosted my refrigerator, which I have done before and told me $240. He didn't even completely defrost it. I asked him to tell me what's wrong with it and he said it was fixed. Never told me why it keeps freezing over. He left. I took the back panel off and the drain hole was still frozen shut and my panel was also now cracked. Sent him a message explaining that he didn't repair anything. He never responded. Don't hire this guy. He will rip you off. read more

Mister Di Repair answered my request for a quote right away. By giving me the quote, I was able to decide to buy a new W/D, but it helped because I was able to better use my time shopping for a new one since I understand the basics of the problem because of Mister Di Repair's help. I appreciate their help! read more

This is my 2nd time using Dimitri. I had a very good experience with him the first time, so when my Gaggneau refrigerator and freezer were emitting heat I called him to come take a look. He showed me that that there was a lot of dust and fuzzy lint looking stuff near or on the coils. He checked everything and he cleaned those out. While he was there I had him check my washer machine since it was really old. He cleaned that out too. I want to prevent breakdown of the appliances that are in my house. Dimitri works fast and is focused. His english is not perfect but it is GOOD enough for me to understand. More importantly, he is professional, nice, smart, and trust worthy. He responded immediately, then came within 2-3 hours of my initial contact. He charged me $150. Do not hesitate to call him. read more

I purchased a brand new fridge about a year and a half ago when I moved into my house, and suddenly the water filter began leaking. They were able to come in on a Sunday and diagnose the problem and as soon as the part came in, they were able to come to my house AFTER I got off work (around 6pm) in order to fix it. Now my fridge works great, and they have a warranty for parts and labor. They work with YOUR schedule and make things happen at a fair price. I highly recommend. read more

Quick and efficient and fairly priced. Came same day as inquiry fixed our issue in a little over an hour. One great thing is he showed up with the part to fix our washer as well. Sigh of relief for us since a new washer would run us over $1000 so glad we were able to find him. If you have an error code just let him know and he will be able to try and address the issue. read more

So happy! We needed to replace the door seal on our Samsung washer and I bought the replacement part thinking this would be an easy fix! I got the part and watched a YouTube video and realized I was wrong. I messaged on Yelp yesterday to get quotes and heard back in just a few minutes with a reasonable quote and availability. It was perfect, Dmitry came on time and finished so quickly. I would highly recommend! read more

Mr Di was prompt in coming to our home. He said we needed a new ice maker . I paid him $140. We made the appointment for Sunday at 4. It is now Monday at 1:30. He hasn't called or shown up to install the ice maker. His phone has been busy all day. Solo Appliance repair sent him out. I talked to someone there this morning and they said they would get back to me. That was 3 hours ago. Will I get my ice maker? ? Is this a reputable business? ? read more

I asked Dmitriy to come out to fix a broken ice maker. Another technician told me I needed all of these other services that I didn't. Dmitriy came to my house and told me I did need all those services. He charged me $450 and left. The ice maker is STILL broken. I have tried to get him to come back multiple times and he is a NO SHOW! I've been trying to contact him for the last week and he won't answer my calls or texts. We were scammed! Please stay away from him. read more

Mister Di Repair - Ignoring my texts - Appliances & Repair Near Me - Poway, California

Dimitri did a great job and ordered the right part, drained my washing machine and installed a new pump. I think some of the negative reviews are "Karen's" who don't know how to treat employees. We were happy with the job. read more

WATCH OUT!! Mister Di replaced dryer belt for $275. Dryer broke an hour later. Now won't answer contacts. A third party got his agreement to return 3 days later & he skipped the appt. NO CONTACT, NO DRYER & NO REFUND. Choose someone else! Don't let this happen to you! read more

Set up and confirmed appointment, and then got ghosted the day of. Never heard from them again.

Expert repair, quick and professional. Had a washer issue and he diagnosed and fixed in moments. Highly recommend.

Dmitriy was great. He responded to my quote request within 10 minutes and was able to book a time to come next day (there was an option for same day but I wasn't free). I had a noise in my refrigerator and he did a full check up of the fridge and freezer to diagnose. Inspection was on Saturday and work was completed Monday afternoon. He was very respectful when he came into the house. He wore a mask the whole time and gave space when he could. I was also able to pay quickly through phone transfer. I would highly recommend Dmitriy!! read more

Mr Di came out to diagnose our refrigerator, he found that the starter was burned out so he replaced it. Unfortunately the starter failed after a few hours, it turns out the compressor was the issue. Mr Di gave us the option of a refund for the repair or use the repair money towards a new compressor. He was fair and honest the entire time. We'll be sure to call him in the future when we need a repair done. read more

My Samsung Dishwasher gave me the LC error code, which meant it had a leak, or the sensor had too much moisture near it. My daughter and I attempted to fix the problem ourselves through YouTube videos diagnosis assistance. Well, after we did all that, we still had an error code. So I got in touch with Dimitry, and he came out to do a real diagnosis. He determined that the other contractor who said it was leaking was incorrect and that by us leaving the dishwasher unplugged long enough, the error code reset. He ran a full cycle with no issues! I was on the verge of buying a new dishwasher when my barely 3 yrs old Samsung was perfectly okay. He saved me so much money and prevented me from being scammed by a different contractor. This is the 2nd time using this company, the first time was to repair my fridge. read more

He was quick to respond came out when he said he would and fixes the washer quickly. Would definitely call them again.

Paid to repair a microwave. Microwave stopped working a few days after repair. He came back to repair again. Stopped working a few weeks later. During this time this vendor was respectful and trying hard but was unable to properly address what was wrong w my microwave. So I asked him to install a new one. He agreed to do it and at a reduced price. Then I was ghosted. My messages were read but he no showed and ignored them. I would steer clear. read more

Very quick to respond. Didn't mention he was driving from out of my market. $240 for oven broiler repair. Called twice to request invoice but his voicemail full and can't leave a message. Sent 5 text messages over several days requesting invoice but NO RESPONSE. Over priced but perhaps due to charging me a travel fee. Would have hired locally if he would have told me this was the case. Very disappointed. Told him I own several rental properties but that was not motivation enough. read more

Mister Di Repair was very responsive, kind and reliable. They fixed my freezer and replaced my ice maker- now my fridge is working good as new. Definitely recommend! read more

Dimitri was quick to respond the same day - our fridge stopped working due to a power cut - he quickly diagnosed a faulty starter relay - his diagnosis fee was very reasonable - most other companies were charging much more which is why we avoided them! He showed up right on time - completed the work very promptly and got everything repaired at a reasonable cost. Thank you. We will work with again for sure. read more

So, my dryer went out, and I NEED my dryer. Laundry is never ending. I reached out to several appliance repair companies and Mister Di Repair, was the quickest to respond and had the lowest diagnostic rate. Turns out my dryer needed a new belt and a pulley. He was very quick, arrived on time, and my dryer works now. BUT I quickly searched for the cost of the parts, and for the belt and pulley, it would have been $45 if anything and I'm included shipping. For the 30 minutes he was at my place, I ended up paying $200. I let it go for convenience. But I'm just saying. $49 diagnostic, waived with repair, on cheap parts and 30minutes labor, equated to $200 bucks. Convenience is costly. Do the numbers. He was quick, I'll give him that & my dryer does work again. read more

Pros: Got same day service from a really nice and friendly technician - Dmitriy. Quick and efficient. Fixed our GE Profile dishwasher in about 45 minutes. Con: I get that money has to be made by small business and i don't begrudge that in any way. But, I selected Mister Di Repair based on the email he sent me where its stated the estimate was $50-$160. Ok, cool - come on out. Work was completed and i was charged $240. I challenged Dmitriy on the price and he say the part was expensive. Hmmm...$25 per Google - huh? Again I get that money has to be made but that means i ended up paying $215 for one hour's worth of labor. You make your own decision but i know what i'll do next time. Maybe i'm looking at it wrong and not placing enough value on the same day service he provided. So... read more

came out on a last minute Saturday appointment. My dryer was not working and he fixed it same day!

Mi Di properly diagnosed my washer problem in a short time, ordered parts efficiently and had it fixed in no time the next day. Command of the English language may not be the best, but his technical skills are great. read more

Dimitry was nice. But, very unprofessional. We had him come do a quote. He diagnosed the problem (we later learned, incorrectly) and told us he was ordering a part and it would be a couple of days. 5 days later -- no part and he is no longer responding to my messages asking him about the issue. We have 5 small children and are completely out of a refrigerator. We had someone else come to look and it's a different part that needs to be replaced. So we waited an entire week longer than needed to fix this necessary appliance. Though he is kind....would not recommend based on professionalism and our problem not being resolved in the least. read more

We didn't end up using him as he couldn't get parts. They had been very responsive and may work for your repairs. Rating based on responses and timing read more

I wish I would have called him sooner. I was waiting for reliable appliance to come at their scheduled time. After 2 days I called Dimitri. Dimitri came the following day to repair our fridge. It was pricey but he was able to fix it on the spot. After research compressors tend to be a lot of money! He prefers texting instead of calling. I will use him again for sure. read more

Thx for the professionalism and follow through.Owner was responsive and reasonable in price. Much appreciated!

I was happy with my service on my washer. He came out, was professional, and honest. There ended up being nothing wrong with my machine after he stayed for over two hours trying to diagnose the problem. He could have made something up and charged me more money. Looks like I must of had some residue on the clothes or something in my pockets causing stains on the last wash. Seems to be working now. I would recommend him. read more

Been having trouble with my rockstar fridge for few months, had the Freon refilled with a different company and worked through some problems but I could tell they weren't doing the best job, they got it workin but then not even 2 days later the fridge died again and they wouldn't respond to my messages.. Contacted Mister Di's company yesterday and he came this morning and got it fixed for me and it's been workin great ever since. Will definitely contact him again for any other issues I come across with my home appliances. Thanks again! read more

We had a great experience with Mister Di Repair! We discovered our dishwasher water valve needed to be replaced before we could install a new dishwasher. We were told by the Home Depot delivery team that it would likely require a separate visit from a plumber and an appliance installer. Luckily Mister Di Repair was able to do both quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. We appreciate their professionalism, especially during a pandemic. They were fast, courteous and wore a mask the entire time. We love our new dishwasher and wouldn't hesitate to hire Mister Di Repair again. read more

I worked AC & R in the NAVY so I have a better than average understanding of the subject. He complimented me on diagnosing the problem correctly. He didn't have the correct part on his truck, but it was because the refrigerator was older. Definitely good at his job. read more

I wrote a review about Mr. Di's repair on my gas dryer. Meanwhile i DID get a corrected invoice. Thanks Mr. Di.

We highly recommend Mister Di! He was responsive and efficient! Our front load GE dryer was making an odd noise. I contacted various vendors on Yelp. Mister Di is such a pro. He quickly responded to my request for a double oven install and was able to come the same day! I couldn't be happier with Dmitriy's work. He had the old oven removed and the new oven installed in less than an hour, and it looks perfect. Thanks again, Dmitriy! read more
