The staff is always incredibly nice. You can't beat the oil change and car wash deal they have, a great value for the money. My one gripe is that sometimes the vacuums work, sometimes they don't- but they're also free as long as you need to use them, so overall, no big deal. Went today for my regular oil change, one of the employees brought donuts for his colleagues and even offered me one! I love this location and will be going to get my car serviced here as long as I'm a driver.

Still no acknowledgment and more chatting. Finally I slowly backed out of the drive since there was nobody behind me. Still no acknowledgment from the attendant. I had other things to do so I left. Today Fast Eddies was not fast.

First, I was told by Jakobe to expect a call by the end of the week. I visited the car wash again on May 2nd to ask why I hadn't been contacted yet. The manager verified my contact information was correct (it was), so she re-submitted the report. May 5th I received an email from Kenneth Sandoval saying they aren't accepting liability for damage caused by their car wash. Update May 13th: I'll never go back to a Tommy's car wash again. Subscription cancelled. Horrific customer service experience. Thought this subscription service was a good value, but turns out Kenneth Sandoval and Tommy's just run a scam!

In-between oil changes I have stopped there to have my fluids/tires checked, they have even changed a headlight for me free of charge. There was one incident where they made a big mistake during an oil change. The bottom line is they owned it, came out to my house to make it right and compensated me for the mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, but I think it is how you handle the mistake that tells the true story of a business. They also own a car wash and if you get your oil changed, they give you a deal on the car wash. Overall, Outshiner provides very friendly, efficient, professional service.

Stopped in for a good wash ($10, but they spend a decent amount of time washing it by hand), and gave the attendant my credit card to pay. After about five minutes he comes back to me with two recents and a scowl on his face. He informs me that he ran and charged my card twice because my name wasn't coming up on the receipt. After looking at the receipts it is plain to anyone with two brain cells to rub together that his printer is running out of ink. I tried to ask him why he ran my card twice, and he said I would have to place a stop charge with the credit card company and he wouldn't be doing a refund. I informed him that his machine was running out of ink and he turned downright belligerent on me, basically accusing me of trying to scam him somehow, and that id need to pay in cash or leave. So, I obviously left as I wasn't going to be paying $30 for a car wash to some rude and confused epsilon-minus semi moron who accused a paying customer of trying to commit fraud. Hope he felt stupid when the same thing inevitably happened to the next customer paying by credit. I'll be filing a chargeback for sure, and reaching out to try and contact management. Bizarre.

A couple of minor hiccups, but not enough to knock off any stars: I paid by credit card, and the amount on the receipt was different from what they charged--about $5.25 more. This was an extra fee for using a credit card that no one told me about. Had I known that, I would've brought cash. There was a sign that said window tinting is cash only but nothing about a credit card fee. They told me they would call me when the car was ready. Since it was about an hour and a half walk from my house to Spot-Les, I called to see if they had any idea when the car would be done. It had been done for fifteen or twenty minutes already. The guy on the phone thought someone else had called me. If I ever get my car detailed again, I will definitely go to them. It was well worth the money.
