For a $13 car wash they did a great job on my SUV. I didn't come here expecting much. I just wanted a basic car wash and vacuum and they did a great job at that. I didn't choose the higher options with wax, etc because i just wanted to get in and get out. It took a few min for them to see me when i pulled up. They really don't advertise their prices until you speak to someone with a price menu. The establishment is clean on the inside. The have ample seating on the inside and here are options to sit outside if you don't want to seat inside. The employees are fairly friendly. I can't complain. My main objective was to get in and get out and that's what i did. My only disappointment was that they said that they were going to spray my car with air freshener and they didn't. Oh well. Terrible experience. The guy charged me extra after promising they would take proper care of the car and clean the brake discs thoroughly--but they didn't even touch them. I left with the discs still dirty. When they said the car was ready, I had to remind them that they hadn't even cleaned the trunks (which I had already told them about earlier). I sat in the car and saw that the front and back seats were still dirty. Honestly, the main reason I went there was because the seats were dirty! Even if this had been the cheapest car wash in town, the service should have been done properly. I ended up asking the guy for some soap and a cloth to clean it myself. At one point I showed him a dirty spot--he just sprayed some product on it and walked away like the job was done. I had to wipe it down myself. They did not properly clean my windshield and there were still bugs on my front bumper. And they did not put in the scent in my car like they were supposed to. Wow, from a five star review to a one star. This place is a joke now. used to be the best place around to bring your car to be cleaned, not anymore. cost $36 to have the car cleaned. A bit pricey I believe. We went through the automated car wash (always fun) and then to the area where they would make sure the car was dry and clean the interior. When they said it was done, I inspected the care. For that price it better be perfect. 1: Bugs still stuck to the front of the car 2: Black "goo" in the wheel wells 3: Didn't vacuum the back of the car 4: Tires were not shiny I showed these things to one of the workers and he wiped some of the bugs off. I had to have them vacuum the back, which they did, but not very well. When I showed him the tires and said they are not shiny, he said that was done during the wash. Well it must have washed it right off because there was no shine to them at all. so I asked him again " Do you see any shine on them?". I mean it takes seconds to spread whatever is used to make the tires shine, and he looked at me and said "You've been here long enough. You have to go, the people behind you want to leave. We've spent too much time on you". I couldn't believe my ears. we're talking about 10 minutes. I'm throughly disgusted and disappointed, and very insulted. I paid for platinum car wash, which turned out to be $43. I have a Nissan rogue and they didn't vacuum out the back and they didn't even remove trash accumulated in the door pockets. The employees here do not care about doing a good job I payed $50 for a wash in hopes the quality of service was up to par and could sign up to be a member. Chase the "manager" is rude and unprofessional. I went through the car wash twice to have black oil smeared all over the side of my car. When I stopped to clean it, he told me to move or go back through. I said I'm not going through for the 3rd time to have more black smeared on my white car. I then had to clean it off myself and discovered a chip on the side of my car. He walked away and refused to help with the situation. I've been to this location a few times but it has changed names. A positive thing is that they off military discount! The negative was that I waited the longest that I've ever had to from start to finish to have my car washed and vacuumed! The staff were friendly however one of the gentleman taking our car wash orders took over 10 minutes talking to one customer while other customers waited to be served. This is the third time that I have been here since the new ownership and this business had gone down hill. Let's start with the sales team, they are desperate to upsell me on everything. I wondered if I was buying used car or a car wash. These aggressive sales tactics are not pleasant and they make it seem as if the higher price was the only option. He wanted to sell me a $16 dollar exterior wash and when I refused he literally fought me on the advantages of the $16 dollar option. I purchased the $12 dollar option to include the wheels, I learned after purchasing this option there is no hand drying at all and the staff will not be cleaning my wheels by hand either. The full service still includes hand drying and hand detailing on the wheels, but I was told it was $30 dollars!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!! I am a retired law enforcement officer,in the field of law enforcement for nearly 35 years,and am appalled by what took place at this car wash on 07/18/2023. My daughter's fiance drove his Tesla through this car wash and mid wash,the mechanisms in the wash tore off two valve stems from his tires rendering him two flat tires instantly. We had to contact AAA and the car had to be towed directly from the scene.There were numerous witnesses to this incident,and he filed a report with the car wash employee who stated that "corporate" would need to be the one to make a decision about damage reimbursement. Well,needless to say,they called him today and told him they were not taking responsibility for his damages, which are in the hundreds of dollars. This is the most unscrupulous decision ever. At 12:47 I bought the $35 package/most expensive. I asked the lady how long will it take. She said it will be ready in 15 minutes. 45MINUTES LATER a bunch of people had come and gone. They come inside the lobby to announce your car. I thought why is my car taking so long. Well I go outside and my car is pulled into the parking lot. NO ONE CAME TO GET ME. I asked the lady how long my car has been sitting there ready and she said I don't know (and didn't seem to care at all) just went back to what she was doing. So let me start at the top, you pull around to be greeted by the person who offers you service options, it appears that the staff is more engaged in the personal conversation they are having, over helping you get checked in... once the gentlemen approach the car, he is very transactional and sales oriented. He goes straight to handing us a booklet and asking what service we wanted, but before we could answer starts selling a specific package, and every time we would try to explain what we wanted he would just try and push "their common package" as we finally get to selecting just what we wanted, we are exited from the car. Alnd asked to wait. The pricing is comparable with other car washes in the area, the friendliness is questionable... we paid 21.00 for a car wash, window washing, vacuuming, and tire shine. They will promote a 35.00 package but I am not sure what else that one consists of... and I don't know the other packages because I wasn't given to opportunity to see them. Lastly, we get to the car, car appears to be very clean and pleasing... so ultimately we're happy, because at the end of the day, that what we came here for, a clean car. Stay clean my friends! First time here and likely won't return. I got the full service wash, which includes car wash and vacuum, for $12.99. The wash is basic and didn't remove all of the dirt, but if you do the express wash for $5 (no vaccum), then it might be worth the price. The service is pretty quick, even when their super busy (Friday afternoon). The vacuuming actually added "dirt" to my car, so I'm upset about that especially since my car didn't really need a vacuum to begin with. Over all they got the car nice and clean but the wait was outrageous and it seemed like they had lota of employees but no one on the front line knew what they were doing which held up the whole process. Also at the end when they were vacuuming the car there appeared to be a supervisor talking down to the employees screaming at them because it was taking longer than 30 seconds to dry the car and vaccuum it. The previous company is in this location was stellar. It was the only place I would take my car for detailing. This new place sucks!! When I pulled in there were 2-3 cars ahead of me . There was 1 car next to me and another car had just pulled into Express. After helping the car directly in front of me, the girl who "takes your order" passed me and i asked if she was skipping me to which she replied "no, I have to take Express, you're next". A few cars showed up behind me at this point. By now too, I have to drive my car up to through the "line".
