I had a great experience on December 3rd a couple of weeks ago with Tina and Brandon at this particular location and my car was done very, very well to the point where I actually bought my wife's car back here the next week! I am just getting to this review because of the Christmas holidays but I wanted to be sure that these two people got the accolades that they are deserved and I look forward to coming back to this location in the very, very near future! Quality was poor. I got the "Titanium" package which was the most expensive one. The person who was checking me in, Sam, was very sweet and she explained everything after I said it was my first time there. I was told my car was ready after 15 mins, I drove away thinking it was "done" as they said but then drove right back after noticing dust and debris still in the car. I pointed out to Sam the dust/dirt on the dash board and the center console, she reported this on the radio and I was helped right away.. after 3 mins of them "touching up what they missed", they apologized and said they were all done. My car was still found with the debris on the dash board. Needless to say I am disappointed and will not be back. read more

This is my third time at this location and it will probably be my very last. I paid $28 for an inside and outside wash and they did an okay job on the outside. But to be honest the machine does all the outside washing. I asked for my floor mats to be cleaned as I exited my vehicle (which I shouldn't have to say) since it was supposedly a part of the wash package I purchased. I then went to the restroom and when I came back out my vehicle was done. I was like "wow" that was quick. As I got to my vehicle all my doors were open and when I looked inside the first thing I noticed was a french fry under the back seat. And that all of my mats were still dirty (dirt and particles) like nothing had been done. The employee said that I thought you just wanted us to remove the water that had gotten in during the wash, because of my rear window being slightly cracked open. My doors looked like they hadn't even been touched. I am very disappointed with my visit here today and I'm tempted to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. I would not patronize this business unless you are only getting the basic outside wash which is $8. I could have done better by going to the drive thru car was for $5 and vacuum it out myself. I've been a customer for at least 5 years and service has gotten progressively worse. I signed up to be a Platinum member several years ago when the unlimited monthly program first began. At the time Platinum was the highest level at $29.99. I signed up my wife too at $29.99. Last year, they introduced a higher level at $39.99 which adds their proprietary solutions...whatever. The problem however is the quality of service, they have stop applying tire shine manually. I was told their new policy is to put it on during the wash process which makes no sense. Interior windows are streaky because they don't change clothes from wiping the dash and seats. The corporate office needs to pay attention to what customers are saying. read more

I was in desperate need of a car wash and decided to try out Mister Car Wash. I arrived at 9:30am on a Thursday and there were several people already there. I didn't expect a detailed car wash but they did a decent job considering my car was full of sand from the beach. It was a bit of a wait but I'm glad I went. I paid $38 for the premium wash and got to choose my scent (new car smell). The waiting area is comfortable and there are chairs, tables, and benches for you to hang out and wait. The staff was super friendly and nice. This is not the place to go if you're looking for a detailed, spotless car wash. I had a medical appointment, on the way there i noticed that not only was the seat adjusted but the air was on then I turned on the radio and the screen started with electrical spasms. DO NOT EXPECT A CLEAN CAR IF YOU WASH IT HERE. Paid $22 for an "express" wash (didn't need an interior vacuum or a detail). Most car wash facilities here will scrub the front of your car with a bug solution before you drive through. That doesn't happen here. So we went through the wash once and astonishingly there were still dead bugs on the grill. They then scrubbed the grill a bit and sent us through again. Still bugs. When we brought it to their attention the General Manager, James, came to the car and informed us that he would graciously approve a third go through the wash BUT that there was no guarantee on the level of wash we bought AND he would NOT approve of any additional passes through the wash in the future. We advised that we have 4 cars we bring regularly with no previous problems and he didn't care. Only wanted to continue arguing. Seemed as if he just kept repeating what he wouldn't do rather than what he would. In today's economy a luxury service such as this is not a need but a want. Hope they learned a lesson today. Visited late morning on a Saturday. Busy. Not sure I'd go that time again. They need to rethink their points of entry. The entry from Sadie puts you by the Cara that are being finished. It's very tight. When you try to exit this same finishing area the route onto 60 is usually blocked with cars coming in. Again, they need to rethink all points of entry. Hate they only take credit cards. There's usually an issue when I get to finishing. Car mats aren't in. They didn't vac my cargo. Once I point it out the staff gladly fix it. First time going and LAST! I spent $40 for an interior and exterior cleaning. This was what they called the "premium" package, so forgive me for expecting premium service. The pictures attached will say it all, but clearly the interior was not cleaned very thoroughly at all. They did a great job vacuuming the foot mats, but it appears that was about it. The exterior was done by the usual automated brushes, but you would think they would spend a minute trying to get the love bugs off the front considering this was supposed to be a premium job. I just spent 25 minutes cleaning the interior of my car after having paid for someone else to do it. Not a great feeling. Don't waste your money. The cheaper car washes do just as good, or maybe even better, job on the outside and I certainly did a better job than them on the inside. Could've saved a lot of money! read more

Their chemicals ruined my Range Rover ! And I clearly said no prior to entering the wash tunnel. It's amazing how they don't follow through and manager didn't compensate nothing due to damage. CAUTION*** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I got back from a road trip and decided to get my car looking nice again. I paid $80 to get the premium cleaning. After taking two hours they returned my car to me. Please look at the photos I have posted. In general they did a great job. However, when I have water leaking from my visor light and every side wall in my car as well as all around the sunroof I am a little upset. Please have an executive that can rectify this issue contact me at once. I am beyond livid with this business. Over the last months, I have sat back and watched this place become impersonal with its changes and it has finally lead up to this past Sunday. My 2017 Krypton Green Camaro is a store favorite here and even featured on this website. But, this past Sunday the person responsible for waxing my car decided to scratch the paint in the driver door, the plastic on top of the rear spoiler and than scratched my passenger window tint on the inside. All of those marks were not there previously and it is obvious that they were recent. I have paid for the monthly premium service for a long time and today I am no longer coming here. The damage to my vehicle is unforgivable and it was hidden by the person who waxed my car and never said anything. I will never come back and now I have to pay literally a large amount of money to correct these screw ups!! Not cool!! read more

I used to love this place. But since they have "upgraded " they got rid of the coffee and popcorn. I feel like that was the one thing that set them apart from all the other car wash places. Of course being love bug season, I will take my cars through the express wash several times in a week. My usual choice for a simple exterior car wash was closed (Jules) so I went to the Mister car wash down the block from them. What a disappointment! At Jules, even with the basic exterior wash they will apply special soap and pressure wash the love bugs off of your car before it enters the tunnel. At Mister, they just waved me to the tunnel, the attendant sprayed a little soap on the front and waved me through, When I returned home, I notices most of the love bugs still on the car, so I had to remove them myself. At Jules they make sure they are all off before you enter the tunnel. And even better, they're a dollar cheaper. Will not return. My truck went though the wash. As it came to the end, no one got to my truck until after it rolled into the curb. Fortunately no damage since it was a truck. They gave me a free platinum full serve coupon an 2 express washes for their negligence. I try to give the benefit of the doubt to to better. So.went back today with my Jeep. They did not prove it is worth going back. I had to come home and clean the back of part of my Jeep. No one even mad an effort to attempt cleaning it. Save yourself time and a headache. Go to the Tampa locations. It took 50 minutes for a carwash. I have a car that gets washed every two weeks so I am used to the service in tampa. I thought after 50 minutes the car would be spotless. Nope. Terrible. The manager was standing around while everyone else was working. Working SUPER slow. Never again. However, I had a few bugs on the car and that didn't get a 100% cleaned off. They were also very quick with the drying so have a fair number of water spots. So that takes us to 4 stars. Im a believer in second chances so I will update. If they have the same quality next time it's a 3 star. Have gone a second time and it's worse. Have blue spots all over my car. The "manager" would rather argue than make the customer happy. Paid for the full package (sand still on rubber floor mats) could have been sprayed out. Also, splotchy tire shine as well as dirty rims that I asked for them to clean twice in which they stated (the water spots won't come off) I took a rag and showed him they would come off and left. They get your vehicle through fast but they don't really take the time to dry off all the water on the outside or clean up what they track in your vehicle while they are wiping the inside down. The employee that was nice enough to dry them off cleaned up the mess all down the passenger side of my car that was left from someone not doing their job. This was after one or of the employees was too busy on his phone to move out of other way for me to get to my car after the employee walking me to my car told him to clear the way. As a member for many years I canceled my membership today!! My bad customer service originally began when an attendant hit my car door against the brick wall chipping my paint. I didn't notice the missing paint until I got home. I did think this was an accident and would touch up the door myself. When I went back I asked to have my car go through the middle bay, to be vacuumed, I explained to her why I didn't want to go through the first bay. She said that it wasn't them who chipped my paint! She was very rude!! I wanted to leave, but I had a car behind me so I went through. After speaking to a manager that day in person, he apologized. I still I felt uncomfortable going back when this attendant was checking me in. She obviously knew I spoke with the manager. I have had spotty wash jobs from time to time and just thought, well I will come back and have it redone . Never a reason to complain especially since I had a membership. I recently purchased a newer car. The last time I was in the attendant put a new sticker on my windshield. Today, I asked if the sticker could be moved down and was told it was their policy to have it that high (above the black on the windshield) I told the manager it wasn't that high on my last car, again he stated it was their policy. I asked if there was anything that could be done and was told no. Yes it's a sticker, but I do not pay a monthly fee of $70 to be a driving advertisement for Mister! Huge plus they stay open in the rain. We were unexpectedly heading out of town and we wanted to get the interior cleaned before we left. There were two spills that we had not successfully cleaned to our liking. I passed two car washes that were closed because of rain and presumed they would be also. I was thrilled to see they were open and pulled in. I explained I had about 30 minutes and would like to carpets cleaned. They informed me that takes much longer. Ter-ri-ble. For $32 you would expect to see a clean car. Only half the dash was dusted, radio/navigation touchscreen still dirty, backseat floor area not vacuumed, and there was a partial footprint on my leather seat.
