No manual tire shine...

I've been a customer for at least 5 years and service has gotten progressively worse. I signed up to be a Platinum member several years ago when the unlimited monthly program first began. At the time Platinum was the highest level at $29.99. I signed up my wife too at $29.99. Last year, they introduced a higher level at $39.99 which adds their proprietary solutions...whatever. The problem however is the quality of service, they have stop applying tire shine manually. I was told their new policy is to put it on during the wash process which makes no sense. Interior windows are streaky because they don't change clothes from wiping the dash and seats. The corporate office needs to pay attention to what customers are saying.

I was in desperate need of a car wash and decided to try out Mister Car Wash. I arrived at 9:30am on a Thursday and there were several people already there. I didn't expect a detailed car wash but they did a decent job considering my car was full of sand from the beach. It was a bit of a wait but I'm glad I went. I paid $38 for the premium wash and got to choose my scent (new car smell). The waiting area is comfortable and there are chairs, tables, and benches for you to hang out and wait. The staff was super friendly and nice. This is not the place to go if you're looking for a detailed, spotless car wash. It did the job so I could host family this weekend and I would go back.

DO NOT EXPECT A CLEAN CAR IF YOU WASH IT HERE. Paid $22 for an "express" wash (didn't need an interior vacuum or a detail). Most car wash facilities here will scrub the front of your car with a bug solution before you drive through. That doesn't happen here. So we went through the wash once and astonishingly there were still dead bugs on the grill. They then scrubbed the grill a bit and sent us through again. Still bugs. When we brought it to their attention the General Manager, James, came to the car and informed us that he would graciously approve a third go through the wash BUT that there was no guarantee on the level of wash we bought AND he would NOT approve of any additional passes through the wash in the future. We advised that we have 4 cars we bring regularly with no previous problems and he didn't care. Only wanted to continue arguing. Seemed as if he just kept repeating what he wouldn't do rather than what he would. In today's economy a luxury service such as this is not a need but a want. Hope they learned a lesson today. I sure did.

Mister Car Wash is that deal!!! Ladies and Gentlemen... I had visited this business previously and they told me about the membership, I thought about it and it made perfect sense to join. At a mere $20 Dollars a month you can drive through and have your Car washed everyday if you choose? Much needed now that we are entering Love Bug season. Don't sleep on this great deal peeps!!!

Interior

First time going and LAST! I spent $40 for an interior and exterior cleaning. This was what they called the "premium" package, so forgive me for expecting premium service. The pictures attached will say it all, but clearly the interior was not cleaned very thoroughly at all. They did a great job vacuuming the foot mats, but it appears that was about it. The exterior was done by the usual automated brushes, but you would think they would spend a minute trying to get the love bugs off the front considering this was supposed to be a premium job. I just spent 25 minutes cleaning the interior of my car after having paid for someone else to do it. Not a great feeling. Don't waste your money. The cheaper car washes do just as good, or maybe even better, job on the outside and I certainly did a better job than them on the inside. Could've saved a lot of money!

CAUTION*** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I got back from a road trip and decided to get my car looking nice again. I paid $80 to get the premium cleaning. After taking two hours they returned my car to me. Please look at the photos I have posted. In general they did a great job. However, when I have water leaking from my visor light and every side wall in my car as well as all around the sunroof I am a little upset. Please have an executive that can rectify this issue contact me at once. The company should pay to correct the damages and I would love for them to compensate me from the time I am taking away from my company that I own and run. This is costing me money in every respect.

Terrible. I spent 35 dollars and they didn't even touch the console, left trash, and even left more dirt and spots on the car. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I stopped going to Mister Car Wash. They would not allow me to open my hood and wipe the soap and wax off the interior of the hood.

I feel like I have a new car!…read more My poor 2015 Mini Cooper had been neglected for a while. Sure, I kept her mostly free of trash, but she needed some intense attention. After much research, I felt Auto Detailing Solutions was the right fit for my needs, the Diamond detail package in particular, since it had been a long, long time since my past detailing. Josh arrived and got right to work on my little beast. Mini coopers have lots of little crevices, knobs, and details and Josh paid full attention to each and every one of them. The plastic inside looks (dang near) new. The exterior trim, long ago faded by the harsh Florida sun, once again a beautiful deep black. Every surface is sparking and shining, and I am thrilled with the result. I look forward to future details, and perhaps add window tint and a bit of vinyl where I have some peeling. I totally did not expect that because it was later in the evening. I sent some pics and explained what had happened to my poor suv from the last hurricane then set up an appointment. Sof texted me the day of and said he was running early and asked if he could start earlier. Yes! He arrived and we went over in great detail what needed to be done. Basically my beautiful suv of 17 years had been scoured by thousands of roof shingles during the storm, every panel was scratched. The insurance wanted to total my car out and pay me peanuts but I refused, and dropped them. I was saving up to either repaint or wrap, but Sof said let's see what we can do. Oh my, he is brilliant! I came out a few hours later and could not believe how wonderful my suv looked! I was amazed. He is a genius! All my neighbors who knew what had happened have been commenting that my car looks brand new. Smith really does look better than I could have ever hoped for. No need to repaint or wrap now. No longer do I walk out to my car shaking my head in despair. Sof and Ethan are good honest guys who do great work and charge a fair price. You will not be disappointed. One of the best parts is they come to you.

We discussed a time showed up promptly and delivered on his promise and finally I have a nice clean car! He was very apologetic and understood my frustration and he himself cleaned my car and made sure it was in tip top shape! I came in after booking an…read moreappointment and when I showed up 15 minutes early to make sure I was on time, there was one other car being detailed, the person working rudely told my my appointment wasn't for another 15 minutes. I know that, I came early to make sure I could get checked in and sorted out before my actual appointment time, I wasn't demanding to be seen... So I wait next to the location until he waves me in and tells me it's okay to drive into the space, which is all totally fine as I'd expected to wait. He finds my name and my requested package, and tells me it'll be a couple hours. I tell him that the duration is fine since I'd be going into the mall to wait, he lets me know that they'll call me when my car is finished. Fast forward almost three hours later and I don't have a call or text or anything. I had to go into work later that day so I walked out to their location and as I'm walking up I see the one guy working on another car and my car is parked off to the side, so I assume he was finished since there was no equipment staged next to my car. I approach and ask about my car and he lets me know he's done and that I can take my keys to look at the job that they did. One glance inside and I can tell the interior was not shampooed and dried, the windshield is smudged and dirty, there is still dust and debris all over the buttons and knobs. So I go back and ask if the interior has been shampooed and he says "No, was it supposed to be?" I bought the auto spa ultimate, which is their highest package, of course the interior is supposed to be shampooed and cleaned, there shouldn't be smudges on the windshield, and I shouldn't still be able to see debris on the interior. He's still not sure so he calls his manager who comes and speaks with me and tells me the interior DID get shampooed, and I tell him it certainly didn't because there was a surface stain that I could still see in the seat. He says "ohhh yeah, I guess he didn't do it then" if you don't KNOW that someone did something, don't tell the customer that they did. At this point I have to leave for work, they have no idea what is supposed to get done and what isn't, they call their boss on the phone who tells me that since I came early to retrieve my car they couldn't get it done. YOUR guy didn't call me, already had my car pulled off to the side, and gave me my keys to inspect my vehicle to see if it was to my liking, which it was not. Only after I tell him all these things does he tell me to come back another day to get the shampoo done, because he was only willing to give me a small discount on the price. So I say forget it, I pay for the whole thing and will come back for the shampoo, since that was the only service I really needed. The other thing is the tech was not able to set the price on his end, he had to call his boss who adjusted the price, and when I asked for the 15% check in discount he did not know how to do it, it already took 10 minutes to get the correct price pushed through from his boss, I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes. Give the people who are there the ability to adjust prices, it only makes sense since they are the one dealing with the customer. I come back the next day at the scheduled time to the same two guys working, they tell me to pull into a car port and I asked them to go over the windshield again since it was really smudged, same story, "We'll call you when it's done" so I go into the mall to wait again. To my surprise they actually call me when my car is finished about an hour and a half later. The interior is shampooed and the lighting is not right for me to fully see my windshield so I assume they went over it again. I drive off thinking that all is well, then I glance down at my gear shift, there are dots of liquid all over it as well as all over my radio buttons and knobs. Looks like whatever they used to spray down my seats was done carelessly and they got it all over the surfaces they detailed the previous day. The next morning on the way to work I see the windshield was not gone over again, the pictures are from the very next morning of the interior of my windshield and the view through it, not a $300 job. It's not worth it at this point for me to go back and fight for them to do it again, $300 down the drain for poor customer service, bad management, and a terrible job done. I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone unless they properly train their employees on the packages and on how to actually detail vehicles. TL;DR Bad job done, shady practices trying to blame customers for jobs not well done. Pay the price for a high quality job and get a subpar low quality job instead. Workers are not properly trained, you'll have to wait a long time to get any prices adjusted, and any requests you make, may or may not get done.
