I was in there for my shoulder going into the office the office smelled bad meaning bacteria was already there it was disgusting not a happy experience. It was very busy took forever for my physical therapy to take place I came out at 8:20. I told them that I had to be out of there by 8:40 to get to work . Very disrespectful and she took her time just to see me. I do not I do not recommend anyone going there find another place. Unfortunately I have had to have physical therapy a few times over the years so have been to Mission Therapy a few times. They have always been excellent. Having treatment recently for a knee replacement. Hard to believe I am up and dancing after 10 weeks. I KNOW PT helped and all the great people there. read more

Called today to find out about help for my bad back the girl was so friendly I believe her name is Odela? but she went out of her way to look up the numbers I needed even though I could not go to their facility as I have a HMO. Switched to this PT from going to another local PT for the reason of this PT also has an office in SLO and I could toggle back and forth and do PT in both locations if needed. I only needed to do that once after all, but switching was the best thing I could have done. Andie is the therapist who worked with me. She is competent, knows her stuff, and worked with getting my shoulder (after rotator cuff surgery) almost back to normal. My other PT was not doing strengthening exercises, and after 48 sessions at the other PT, my progress was way behind. After switching, I was put on a great range + strength (not the proper words) program and my progress accelerated almost immediately. I was in a progress rut before because I was doing the same exercises over and over with no results. And no strength training. Range only. So glad I switched. Professional therapists! My first impression on the phone was that they need to brush up on their customer service (I almost didn't call back) and they can be very hard to get into, scheduling wise, not as flexible, but from a results standpoint, I am home now with at home exercises to complete my healing and I feel confident that it is finally going to happen. Andie is first rate. Great attitude, a super multi tasker, focused and gives great varied things to do at home so you won't be in a rut. I'm about 90% there! read more

I have treatment from this facility on occasion over the past ten years. ..primarily for lower back pain and then for rotator cuff post op rehab. The therapists are all very professional and caring. I was always treated with utmost respect and felt as though my care was high priority. After each visit, I not only felt stronger, but I received lifelong information for maintaining my physical health. Mary Ann Burke is a hands on supervisor of care and provides her expert supervision I all my therapy. Her staff is equally attentive, and I would recommend this facility to anyone. read more

I received treatment from a wonderful therapist and team, and would give them a 3 or 4 star for the therapist if their billing department wasn't a NIGHTMARE, and I have dealt with my fair share of billing departments. I received treatment in 2015 for an injury, and set up a payment plan to cover the cost, and then stopped going once I realized they were charging me $75 dollars to walk through the door, be treated remotely nice, and do the exact exercises that I do at home, where I can get my own chilled water, and they were only spending a total of 5 minutes with me a session, after the first 2 or 3. In Jan of 2016 my credit card was stolen, and I called that month to pay the remaining balance on my account, reading my new card to accountant on the phone. The billing department assured me that my account would be paid in full, and I would be sent a receipt for the final payment.... Feb rolls around, and I once again get a notice that I have an "outstanding balance" of 25$. No worries, the payment must not have gone into records and been cleared all the way yet. March is the same, this time with a hand written note saying they tried to reach me ( My phone is always on, I was not left voicemail) and they NEED me to pay them. I ignored, figured they would figure it out soon enough. APRIL I get a notice that I STILL owe 25$ and you want to send me to collection agency over it. Im sorry you CHOSE not to run my card when I gave you the infomation before, but fine. I fill out the form and send it in, and have VERIFIED that the transaction has gone through during the beginning of May. Now MAY rolls around and you are sending me a "FINAL NOTICE" to pay or you will hand me over to a collection agency ? ARE YOU SERIOUS ? I have tried to pay you TWICE now, and I have the RECORDS AND STATEMENTS to prove that the charge last month went through. You better figure out who is messing up in your billing department, because no way in hell are you going to get my billing information for a THIRD time. If you are considering going to this PT, and it was based only on the therapists knowledge, I would recommend. But their absolute unprofessionalism and disaster of a billing department makes me say STAY AWAY. read more

Mission Physical Therapy has a very knowledgeable and professional staff. I have been seen by every therapist in the Paso office one time or another for my shoulder surgery or ankle injury. After rotator cuff and labrum tears I am shocked at the strength and mobility I have in my shoulder. Especially compared to others I know with the same surgery who went to other clinics. They were very caring and had my best interest at heart. I have been to other clinics in the past and gotten poor results for recovery but that is not the case with the therapists here. You're in good hands at Mission Physical Therapy and I recommend coming here over any other clinic around. read more

Maryanne and mission physical therapy are completely incompetent. I went in after they had my referral for over a week and Maryanne,the owner never looked at my paperwork before I arrived! She didn't know what to do with me and she told me she couldn't start therapy with me because my doctor hadn't given her specific enough instructions, but I ask you whose job is it to review the clients information before they are in your office? Maryanne told me "well it happens". I will never return to this place and if you have an appointment here in the future make sure you call and check that the therapists will know what to do with you before you arrive and waste 2 hours of your day! She was rude and didn't care or offer any solutions. Overall a horrible experience!!!!! read more

I highly recommend going here for physical therapy! I am currently going for an automobile accident and have nothing but praise for all the physical therapists and how much they've helped me. When I first started going I was in a wheelchair, then I progressed to a walker, and now I'm using a cane, and I owe a lot of that to them. I've been going for over a year now and all the staff has really become my second family. They go above and beyond to help and educate. You really can't ask for a better team to get you back on your feet. read more
