He helped me work on strengthening some areas that he knew would be impacted by getting back into running again and helped prepare me for that. He recommended some new shoes and so far I've been very happy. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, and makes good conversation. He often bounces between several patients at once, which is typical for most PTs and while the office is small and fairly open he does a good job of focusing on each person when he is working with them and I never felt like an afterthought. I use the facility located in the Oak Hill shopping center up by Lake Nacimiento. From the very beginning Wendy, Amy, and Ryan have done their very best to help me regain use of my arm and shoulder after an accident I had this past summer. They are very in tune to their patient's needs, and are excellent at answering any questions you may have regarding your therapy. The team encourages you to step out of your comfort zone, but not in a way to where you would injure yourself. When I started my therapy over a month and a half ago, I had very serious doubts on what physical therapy could actually do to help me with my injury; I worried that my arm might not ever get better. Little by little Wendy and her team have worked to get my arm moving again and after every appointment I can see and feel the difference. If you're in the Heritage Ranch or Oak Shores area and require physical therapy, please give these folks a try. Their knowledge and positive vibes are amazing, and I have no doubt they can help you meet your therapy goals!
