After a brief,…read moreunpleasant encounter with the other security company P--t, we realized that we needed a security company that would "not just send a sales person " but a company that would do the job. After all, we are talking about home protection, not selling shoes here. The alarm installers showed up on time, introduced themselves, and were very easy to work with. Thank you, Ulysses, Marlin, and Edison. Then we had San Marino replace our old camera system. They did a fantastic job of getting all the cameras to cover the strategic areas. I was impressed! Thank you Dennis, Victor, and Chris. I will soon replace my alarm system and cameras at my business, and recommend San Marino Security Systems to anyone who may be serious about protecting their home with an alarm and camera system. They are the best in the business!

Phil (owner) is super knowledgeable and patient, explaining all the functions and different details of the system to my wife and me. The technicians, Dave & Ulysses, were very professional and respectful during the whole installation. They arrived on time, wore shoe covers inside the house, and cleaned up after themselves at the conclusion of the install. They answered all of our questions and finished in a timely manner. Everything with this process was seamless working with SMSS. From administrator Jenny, technicians Dave and Ulysses, to owner Phil, everyone showed why this company has been around for decades and will be around for decades more!

As someone who was new to firearms, I really appreciated how Edwin took the time to explain firearm safety, walk me through the hands-on portion, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. The range portion was my first time ever at a range, and Edwin made it a very positive and educational experience. I've been in the security industry for over 13 years, and obtaining my exposed license was an important next step in my career. Edwin provided the knowledge and confidence I needed to take that step responsibly. I highly recommend Meridian Security Group to anyone looking to obtain a security license. They are professional, thorough, patient, and truly invested in helping their students succeed. I'll definitely be returning for future qualifications and licenses!

I put a positive review on here almost three years ago when my system was new and I am just as…read moresatisfied with it as I was then. There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.
