Found this company online when a flaky security company I had previously booked was failing in the professionalism department. Karas, on the other hand, far surpassed my expectations. Alex promptly responded to my online quote request and regularly communicated with me up until my event and even after. He had a contract turned around to me within hours of speaking and gave me his personal mobile number in case I needed anything during the event. The rate was very competitive and we weren't burdened with hour restrictions that most other companies wanted to impose. The two security guards monitoring our event arrived early, were very nice and professional and left us feeling confident we'd be well taken care of while in compliance of LA County (we had to hire security in order to serve alcohol in a city park). I work with Monem Corporation (Property Management) and we recently just finished a tent fumigation project where Karas provided the security for us. I spoke to the Owner, Alex and he was extremely helpful and genuine. He made sure he was accessible by cell at all times and responded quickly when I did text him during services for a question. His rate was a few dollars higher than the lowest quote I got, however he spent the time to learn more about our project, our needs/concerns and showed he was really the best for the job. The guards were very professional, punctual and did a great job. They took direction well and showed confidence in what they were doing. There was a lot to navigate between the 15 to 20 person fumigation crew, maintenance tech's, tenants coming and going, and nosy neighbors. Karas did a great job.
