The residents behind my commercial building were being woken up all hours of the night by the clients of the music studio that was being evicted. I wanted the guard to prevent this. Instead I have on camera the guard sleeping for hours and not ever going to make sure that the tenants clients weren't hanging in the alley talking loud and laughing loud waking the residents up. I was also clear I wanted notes and was told the guard would make notes nightly. I had requested the notes a few times until I was told the guard did not make notes. I paid my bill because I signed a contract and I stick to my word, however I would never use Allied Security again and do NOT recommend them. I never write negative reviews but I am disgusted that I paid for nothing!

There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers.
