These Luxury apartments are incredible, from the high ceilings to the underground parking. I loved all the modern appliances, the layouts are very spacious and appealing to the eye. The underground parking was secure and easily accessible, I toured a 2-story, top floor apartment and fell in love, the view from the balcony was amazing, and the privacy provided was wonderful. The Leasing agent was very friendly and answered every question. It was a very professional experience and this is a property I would recommend to anyone, considering moving to the Gilroy area.

It has a lot to do with real estate market and corporate greed, management of property has no say in that. This property has many units I can only imagine how often they hear complaints from disgruntled tenants over nitpicking, remember they run multi unit property with many apartments. 2) We were always treated with respect and repairs in our apartment were always handled quickly and professionally. Nice flooring in apts. Negatives: Weekly reminder emails about stupid things like parking nose in vs nose out . Not enough parking for residents. You are expected to have all documents and be timely with turning things in/take down decor within 7 days, but they will take 3 weeks to solve a problem that takes 30 seconds. I had another friend who applied, was more than qualified, had time to wait, and still ended up going somewhere else because they literally took a month to reply. Pool/hot tub constantly closed for repairs. Gym not open early enough in AM to workout. Why not just make it 24 hours?? We use our own key to get in anyways. 3 story building, no elevators. Mailboxes the size of your hand but they DONT ALLOW USPS to deliver packages - you have to go to the post office on your own time, despite having a mailbox and living inside a locked building. Large dogs not welcome but the neighbor's little yappy dogs who bark and whine constantly are just fine. Meh, if you need an apartment in gilroy it's not the worst, but there will be annoyances.

The facilities, staff, and residents are all warm and welcoming. What sets this facility apart is the incredible spirit shared by both the staff and the residents; they throw the best holiday parties with great engagement on all sides. Let me start off by saying the only thing nice about these…read moreapartments was the interior of the actual apartment and the amount of rent we paid, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS HORRIBLE. We moved in February 2020 right before Covid hit and the complex went downhill so fast! Poop and pee in the hallways, staircases and elevators probably human and animal. Trash and broken glass bottles all through the hallways, the actual trash room was always so full that people would throw their trash just in the doorway and it smelled so bad. Elevators constantly broken and constantly covered in pee on the floor or trash inside and wreaking of feces. Key fob entry was constantly broken so anyone could get into the building. No security, homeless people wandering around the area and in and out of the buildings. Assigned parking issues, they had assigned multiple people the same parking spot and then had to reassign everyone eventually because it was such an issue. Fire alarm going off at least twice a week for no reason, if there is ever a real emergency everyone is fucked cause not one person evacuates when the alarms go off cause it happens so often. We never allowed our kids to play in the open area where the playground and grass was cause dogs peed and pooped all over the turf and no one ever sanitized any of the play structures, even during Covid! I have lived in other apartments and not once have we ever had as big of an ant issue than what we had at this place, no matter how clean we kept our place or how much we sprayed they were literally inside the walls and would find anywhere to come out of! Light sockets, water faucets, our bathtub faucet and even in our washing machine! Our neighbors above us from the day we moved in continuously dropped trash, glass bottles, random stuff, dirty water and so much more onto our balcony to the point where we stopped cleaning it and decided to complain. We went into the office, we emailed and we spoke to the manager and were told that they would get back to us, a few weeks later still never heard anything and then they changed managers. This issue was brought up again to the new manager during an inspection and we were told to put a complaint in the complaint box in the office and they would get to it when they could, I'm sorry????? I am sure there were other issues going on that were more pressing but for her to see what our balcony looked like in person and for me to tell her we were trying to figure this out with the old manager and had been dealing with it for so long and to then get told that was such BS! You were never able to get ahold of the front office and when you did nothing was ever done about anything. We moved about a month ago and still nothing had been done about our balcony! Honestly this place is not worth the stress and headache! I would rather pay more in rent at a clean place that takes care of there complex and tenants than a place that only cares about the money you give them monthly and could care less about the cleanliness and health of its tenants because breathing in pee and poop daily is not sanitary whatsoever! BEWARE OF THESE APARTMENTS! The rent is not worth it!

The management team--Georgina, Hope, and Ty--are very professional and personable, often taking a moment to check in with residents. They are also highly responsive, answering our emailed questions within 24 hours. The property is well-maintained, with no concerning incidents during our residency. We were especially impressed when Hope quickly coordinated the installation of a 220v outlet for our electric vehicle, a process completed within a week. Some units come with this convenient feature already installed from a previous resident. The location itself is close to a variety of great restaurants and convenient for those who love an early morning jog. The community amenities are clean and well-kept, including the pool, spa, gym, and community room. Each unit also has a full-size washer and dryer. We appreciate the convenient pet washing station and the secure, coded Luxor package delivery system. For those who commute south to Gilroy or Salinas, the 101 is not congested, but northbound traffic is less predictable.

The super of the complex, Bartolo, fixed any problems we had, large or small, immediately. The manager of the complex, Catherine, is absolutely amazing. She is warm, friendly, and professional. She keeps the buildings secure, and she always has a smile and a kind word for her tenants. She knows them by name, despite the fact that there are so many people living there. She even implemented a system of recycling! Every time I have gone out of town, she makes sure my apartment is safe, and on more than one occasion, she has held packages for me rather than leaving them on my doorstep. Apartments seem to be a dime a dozen, but having a person like Catherine at the helm certainly sets this complex apart! The only reason I left the complex is because I left the state. If I return to Gilroy, I shall definitely seek residency at Bellagio Villas.
