Wow! I don't know anyone more deserving of so many 5 star reviews than Daunielle. I have had the pleasure of having Daunielle as a friend for several years. That in itself was awesome, but this year we also had the pleasure of working with her when we bought our house. We were served a letter from our landlords telling us they needed use of their house again and we were given 3 month notice to move out. We had already talked with Daunielle as we were planning to buy a house by the end of 2017, however, receiving that letter in February really put our house buying plans into high gear. I called Daunielle in a panic, and from the get go she was wonderful to work with. She really put my mind at ease in what was understandably a pretty stressful situation! This is long overdue! We have worked with Daunielle on both an acquisition and sale of residential property. As I'm sure you already know, buying and selling in the Bay Area is extremely different than almost any market in the USA. I met Daunielle at an open house very early in my home search; she was incredibly patient and helpful even as I was asking about general home buying advice at her open house. We met again at my request for a buyer's agent meeting and during this meeting, she was again very helpful and explained each step of the home buying process clearly and carefully. Throughout the entire process, Daunielle has been unsurpassable. As a first-time homebuyer, she was able to give me great advice on which home to buy, whether the pricing was good, and what neighborhoods I should be looking in. When I found my new place, I had not yet gotten a pre-approval letter but with her help, we were able to get that letter and an offer in within 48 hours. There were multiple bids on the table at that point but through her communications with the sellers' agent, we were put forth a very competitive offer and secure the home. We encountered several issues during the close but she communicated with the sellers' agents and my mortgage officer frequently and always made sure that I was up to date with any new developments. When my original loan fell through due to an unforeseen circumstance, she worked to make sure there was a safety net and any losses would be mitigated. Daunielle also suggested a different loan officer, who was incredibly diligent and worked very quickly to get me into my new home before my lease expired, for my second mortgage approval. She just helped me to purchase my first home through a short sale that was extremely difficult to secure, and managed to be on top of it despite the long waiting times and the rush to close it out.
