Nicki has helped purchase multiple properties within our extended family. She is super friendly, straightforward and an excellent guide for your real estate transactions. Nicki turned out to be super lucky for us as we ended up purchasing the first house we bid. She was super patient, never pressured us in anyway and gave her honest feedback. Her timely advice to us about purchase vs sale and timing worked in our favor. She is always there to answer questions any time of day. Nicki is an excellent resource on san jose neighborhoods and she knows a lot about specific sub areas and their characteristics. She would even knock doors and talk to neighbors to get a sense of the community around. With Nicki, you will honestly feel she is giving you her 100%. We are so grateful to Nicki and her team for helping us purchase our beautiful house. read more

NICKI is the BEST!!! So many great attributes, she deserves 10 stars. She is professional, knowledgeable, and high-energy. She was responsive to our needs and actively pursued our best interests. Listing our condo in a crowded market, she knew how to expertly navigate the situation. Nicki personally showcased our unique features that buyers may overlook. She was hands-on and kept us up to date. Even though our condo was lower priced than her more expensive listings, we never felt like she short-changed her service in any way. On a personal level, she is very friendly, patient, and understanding. We even shared a few laughs along the way. Selling our condo was complicated, we are so grateful that Nicki was there to make it happen. Her team was efficient and effective in delivering results. She runs a tight ship. We would hire Nicki again in a heartbeat. read more

Nicki and her team are absolutely the best!! She is incredibly organized and always has everything under control, which made the whole home buying process feel smooth. What really stood out to us was her patience--she never pressured us to make a decision and made sure we found our dream home! She is extremely meticulous, flexible in her schedules and generally responds within minutes to our queries. She's also just a genuinely friendly and thoughtful person. My kids love Aunt Nicki, which says a lot about her warmth and approachability. Plus, her team is amazing--everyone is knowledgeable and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. If you want a realtor who truly cares about you and your family, I can't recommend her enough! read more

Nicki is absolutely THE BEST. We interviewed 3 different agents/teams as we got ready to sell our home (~$4M). While all three were great, Nicki stood out above the rest and we couldn't be happier we worked with her. There's a reason she has so many glowing reviews! While we'd like to feel special, I can tell that Nicki goes above and beyond for all her clients and it's no wonder she's SO loved. If you get the chance to work with Nicki, definitely do it. Firstly, results! We felt confident in the pricing strategy and go-to-market plan Nicki presented for the house, which was well-placed confidence -- the house sold before we even hit the market officially and at our target price (way above asking!) Nicki is smooth and savvy during the negotiation process and always straightforward with her advice and guidance as we navigated decisions. Nicki was a true partner in selling our home. When little random snags came up as we readied the house (as they always do) -- Nicki was right there with us. She has a wonderful network of contractors who helped us ensure the house was in tip-top shape for the buyers and for a good value for us, and were all ready to get to work for Nicki on a short timeline. Nicki has a ton of expertise and resources in her field -- and sure impressed my husband when she decided to just jump down into our crawl space during the initial consultation. She went the extra mile at every step. While selling a house and moving can be a stressful time, Nicki was a total highlight of positive energy, helpfulness and fun; we will definitely miss our Nicki visits! read more

Nicki Banucci - COMPASS - team nicki! - Real Estate Agents Near Me - San Jose, California

We had such a great experience working with Nicki! We first started looking for a house in late 2023, and made 5+ offers over the next year with no luck. It was just a tough market and we were still new to the area. We then took a break for a while, and ended up reaching out to her again late this year when we saw a house we liked on Zillow. She responded right away despite our message being out of the blue, got in touch with the listing agent, and helped us move quickly--and we ended up getting the house! We absolutely couldn't be happier with it. Over the course of so many open houses and so many offers over literally two full years, Nicki was patient, always honest about her opinions, and never pressured us to offer more than we were comfortable. Also worth mentioning that what other reviewers are saying is true - we were worried going in that we'd feel like a lower priority because of our lower price point, but that was never the case at all; pre-sale or post-sale. Even after closing, she continues to support us with excellent vendor contacts for small upgrades we need to make before moving in. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent in Santa Clara County. read more

I loved working with Nicki, she was so knowledgeable and professional start to finish. It gave me complete confidence that she was going to be able to help me and deliver on her service because of her knowledge of the area and professionalism. First-time homebuyer here! Actually, pardon me: first-time *homeowner* here ;D I decided to work with Nicki because I was impressed by her strategic angle. Where other agents might inflate expectations and talk about how I'm going to find my "dream home", which frankly felt patronizing, Nicki was immediately aligned with my situation. Starter home with some hard requirements offset by the concessions I was willing to give up in order to get some skin in the game. Our first phone call can be summed up with "Here's what you can afford, and here's how we're going to get it." Combined with her glowing reputation, this was an easy choice. There was no notion that a small condo would ever be what I would call my "dream home". Rather, closing this deal was simply the beginning of an ongoing professional relationship in this business. No lie though, it's a pretty sweet condo. And that was the point. A starter home that I can be proud of. It met every single one of my needs, and as time goes on I keep finding more to love about this spot. Nicki won't admit it but she's among the best agents in the valley. Multiple people, during this process, their faces lit up when I mentioned who I was working with. They treat her like a celebrity! Serious! And then just like that: she closes the very first property I put a bid on. Under asking. In a hot market. Where other properties get fought over, I picked this one off the shelf like I was shopping at Wal-Mart. With a coupon. This is what sets Nicki apart. I'm sure the agents your friends and family recommend are perfectly nice, sweet, and pick up the phone after hours. That's par for the course. But does the rest of the industry quiver a little bit when you name-drop? Nicki, I'll call you when it's time to trade up ;) read more

Nicki deserves more than just 5 stars! We have been working with Nicki since we bought our first home in 2014. She has helped us purchased and sell all of our homes. We have sold 2 homes and purchased 2! And she has helped us in every way possible. For any real estate including questions regarding title, etc...she always has an answer and if she doesn't have an answer she will find a source or find out the answer for us. We recently purchased a home in Vegas. We didn't know where to start so we looked to Nicki for help and guidance. She knew exactly where we should start, provided guidance and feedback, and she even went out of her way to research and referred us to a realtor. We closed contract within 48 hours! Nicki followed up through every step. She really did not have to do anything for us, but because she cares so much about her clients she will always help in any real estate needs. We've known Nicki for 8 years now, and because of her caringness to help others in the real estate business, we will continue to work with Nicki! And to top it off she is extremely fun realtor to work with! Buying and purchasing a home is not easy and it can be a stressful process, she will guide and support you every step of the way! read more

We selected Nicki after interviewing several local realtors and were extremely satisfied. As a remote owner operating from a foreign country in a different time zone, Nicki's over-the-top support and constant engagement from beginning to a successful end was vital. She introduced us to a spot-on full remodel agency as well as a short-term lender, brought fast, quality service staff on to prep the house, and frequently visited the property to ensure everything went according to plan. She also networked with many local realtors to gauge the market and help us strategize for a desirable outcome. When open-house came, Nicki drew-in prospective buyers with a low-pressure and inviting atmosphere that really complemented the amazing staging and ambience. If you value transparency, trust, and commitment, it's hard to imagine a better realtor. read more

We had great experience working with Nicki, everything was well orchestrated, and were were well informed throughout the process Nicki made it possible to list out home on the market during your vacation to make showings convenient, on very short notice. We were very happy with the designer who did the staging and gave us useful tips to present our home in it's best light. Nicki helped up negotiate good price and free rent back so that we could have time to find and move into our new home. read more

We met Nicki over 10 years ago after hearing that she helped our close friends sell/buy their SJ downtown home. We heard such amazing things about her that we knew we had to reach out to her when it was our time. Nicki and Sandra with the Banucci Team were incredibly amazing to work with. Nicki's expertise in the field allowed us to be both aspirational and realistic about our buying/selling goals. We had to sell our townhouse in order to purchase a new single family home in the next town over but working with Nicki and team made the process become a reality for us. Nicki went the extra mile to help us navigate our loan lending options and address complicated questions with our lender. She knew exactly what questions we needed to be asking and did not hold back on ensuring we received clear answers in a timely manner. The Banucci Team's strong communication lines helped us be at ease during the most stressful times. They responded to our sea of questions ( via email, text, and over the phone) with such promptness and urgency. With so many documents to review and sign, they ensured we did not skip a beat a long the way. Our timing to ensure we sold our townhouse just in time to close escrow on our single family property was tight, but the Banucci Team made it happen. They were highly motivated to make this dream a reality for us and they did not stop until that goal was met. We appreciated their kindness, direct and prompt communication, flexibility, and compassion. Nicki understood how stretched we were budget wise so she worked her magic by helping us negotiate additional credits and incentives with the builder of our new home. In addition to this, Nicki covered the cost of our property inspection report at our new place to ensure we had the peace of mind needed when investing in this new property. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend Nicki, Sandra, and the entire Banucci Team for your real estate needs. We are almost one month into our new house and we are grateful for having chosen a trustworthy, passionate, experienced, and joyful real estate team to help us get here. Thank you, Nicki and Sandra! read more

Nicki is the best Real estate agent out there. We are so lucky to have worked with she and her team. We started our home search about a year ago and finally found our dream home. Nicki patiently worked with us and showed us homes for more than a year. She was always available and very responsive. She has a really strong network with other agents which helped in getting us our dream home. Her assistant Kiely is excellent too. Words can't express how awesome it was working with Nicki and her team. We chose Nicki since she was my brother-in-law's realtor and heard nothing but great things. Finding a home in these economic times felt challenging to us but Nicki was more than up to the task. She definitely knows the market and was readily available answer any of our many questions. Nicki patiently guided us step-by-step throughout the whole process. If we had any hesitation on deciding on a property she quickly pointed out its pros and cons and also to trust our gut. When it came time to submit our winning bid she knew the right number to come at. We can't wait to work with Nicki and the rest of her extraordinary Banucci Team again when finding our next home. read more

There are not possibly enough good things I can say about our experience buying a house with Nicki and her team. We had never bought a house before, had no real strong likes or dislikes, and weren't even completely sure where we wanted to buy. In fact, we had two possibly very different locations and living situations we were looking at. Through all of this, Nicki was friendly, efficient, and helped us narrow our search down. No matter how much we confused ourselves, she was endlessly patient and helped us figure out what we valued the most and where we needed to loosen our criteria. She has a way of asking all the right questions and helping sort out the root like/dislike behind it. On top of that, Nicki took the time to get to know each member of our family. She was always willing to help with one or both of the kids so we could have plenty of time to look and talk about the houses we saw. When we were making offers, Nicki was thoughtful and strategic. And she happily walked us through every step of the process-- no question was stupid or too basic. Even though she's very busy, we always felt that Nicki had time for us and was just as invested in our search as we were. With as quickly as the market is moving at the moment, she always seemed one step ahead and got us in to see houses fast enough to have a chance! And she always fought for us! In addition to Nicki, the rest of her team is also fantastic. They were great at keeping us up to date on tasks and timelines. And they, too, are wonderful at answering what I'm sure were extraordinarily basic questions. Nicki and her team had referrals for pretty much every type of person we could want to work with on the house after we made an offer, and every single one we talked to was wonderful. And they all love Nicki and were thrilled to help us because of their respect for her. We are absolutely thrilled with the house we purchased, and we ultimately feel like it was the perfect property for us. We're honestly a little sad to be done with the process purely because we will miss working with Nicki! Nicki and her team are a joy to work with, and we will happily recommend them to all. read more

Nicki and her team made the process of selling our home very smooth and flawless. When we decided to list the house she brought in a designer to give us tips to upgrade the house to sell it faster. Sure enough our house sold in 3 days!! Her team used a shared calendar platform which allowed us to know who was in the house and how many showings we had. They was great especially during COVID. The process of buying a home can be overwhelming. Buying a home in the current bay area real estate market is at a whole other level. Thankfully, however, I had Nicki and her team along with me the whole way and I recommend her without hesitation. There are many qualities that make Nicki a great realtor and I'll highlight a few below. Honesty and Trustworthiness: Trust is earned when actions meet words. Some folks talk a lot and don't deliver. Nicki's actions stand behind her every word. I never felt like she was pressuring me to buy a home I didn't love. She respected me when I didn't want to pursue a home she thought I'd love and supported me when I'd change my search parameters. She doesn't mince words and will tell how it is. When you're spending the big bucks, you need someone who you can trust to honestly guide and support you. Passion and Commitment: Nicki is a high energy person and puts this energy into her work. She was always genuinely excited to meet me and show me a new listing. I'm glad I had someone this energetic during this process, as there were times that I didn't think I'd make it through the bay area real estate market. Nicki was there for me during the highs and the lows of this whole process and I always felt better after speaking with her. She is tenacious and will always go to bat for you. Availability: What can I say besides she is available during all her waking hours and will stretch those waking hours to work with you! Savviness: The home buying process will nearly always come with some twists and turns. Nicki was not only able to prevent 99% of them, but was also able to quickly pivot and navigate through a messy surprise in my transaction. Her ability to think creatively, speed of execution, and agility make her a great leader in this process. She stayed calm and steadfast, supporting me along the way. Relationships: Relationships matter and Nicki has some great ones. Whether it was lenders, inspectors, movers, or whatever, she knew someone and that someone was always quick to respond and support us. It says a lot when contacts are willing to work with you within 24 hours of contacting them. Her network is legit. These are but a few of the qualities that make Nicki a stand out realtor. I couldn't have asked for a better agent and think you'd be foolish to use someone else. read more

Working with Nicki was wonderful! We had very specific ideas for what we were looking for in a home, and Nicki did a fabulous job connecting us with exactly what we wanted! The whole process was smooth, and Nicki's promptness and attention to detail made everything move along as scheduled. We would gladly work with Nicki again and highly recommend Nicki for any future home buyers! read more

I chose Nicki and her team because she was one of the top rated realtors on Zillow and highly rated on Yelp. I really liked the personalized service and Nicki's heavy involvement rather than handing me off to her staff, although they were very nice to work with and very efficient. She is not only knowledgable and experienced, she is a lot of fun and made the selling experience much easier than I had expected. I think Nicki would be an excellent choice for anyone looking to sell or buy in the area because really listened to me, gave great advice, and negotiated an excellent price for my home. I highly recommend the Banucci Team. read more

We got acquainted with Nicki's team through a friend who had a great experience with her 2 years ago, and that turned out to be a stellar recommendation for us. Although we hit our choice home very early in our search, Nicki helped through making sure that the home was priced correctly, and everything was in order. She very easily came down to our wavelength and we were rolling as soon as we had our first phone meeting. She is extremely prompt, knowledgeable in the area and the process, and gave us the correct balance of space vs. push. She was very flexible with her schedule and accommodated our requests many times to be at the home for many appointments we had to setup with vendors. It also was not a deterrent that we got in to the market to buy in an odd time where inventory was quite low and interest rates were pretty high, she was still able to find properties that matched our checklist. I think the biggest bonus was getting her network of lenders, handymen, painters and home inspectors. She has a pretty wide network and we realized that her recommendations came out ahead in the list that we got by shopping on our own and we ended up using many of them. I would highly recommend Nicki to anyone who's buying their 1st or their nth home! Go team Nicki! read more

Nicki, Kiely, Sidney and the associates were top notch, truly a dream team to work with! Kiely took my initial message throughly and sincerely. Nicki contacted me in a timely manner to discuss in details. She sounded professional knowledgable, and assertive on the phone. Very straight forward, no nonsense. I felt a good energy from her right away. Despite all the complications and a challenging listing time, they successfully sold my house a little over a month with a price I had in mind. What a relief after 11 months of struggle. It was hard work indeed, yet I mostly enjoyed collaborating with Nicki and Kiely. They have a good system to assist sellers/buyers. Their understanding and communication between each other made the entire process seamless. Organized, attention to detail, efficiency, mannerism, industry connections, and sense of humor...plus other memorable qualities are rare to find. I was informed after each open house, sometimes would receive messages from Nicki early in the morning. I love her passion and energy. Kiely did all the legwork, never delayed, never impatient. They walked me through every step of the way. While I understand my house is not the most fancy and profitable one on the market, I felt like "the only" customer of Banucci Team. It's a dream team you can trust! read more

Nicki and her team are the absolute best. She sold my first home in Silicon Valley in 2011. It was not a small feat! It was an awkward layout and a bad market. I returned to her again, in late spring 2022, to help me sell my property. Despite a looming housing market recession, she nailed it. I currently live far out of the county where my listing was, and like a smooth operator, she and her team managed the entire process. It was such a relief! AND, we sold it within a week! Nicki is an amazing person and exceptional realtor. I recommend her without hesitation. You would be fortunate to have the opportunity for her to manage the sale of your home. read more

As first time home sellers, we weren't exactly sure what to expect from the process, but Nicki and her team made the experience so easy and low-stress! We approached Nicki fairly early in our process, and she helped us create a plan to get our home on the market and sold in a way that respected our pace and (sometimes changing) timeline. Nicki is down to earth and easy to talk to, and was always accessible to answer our many questions. We really appreciated how realistic she was about the state of the housing market, and how to navigate that so we could get the best possible sales price, and we were so impressed with her professionalism, optimism, and thoroughness. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nicki and her team to anyone who was looking for a realtor, and Nicki will be the first person we call if we are looking for a realtor in the Bay Area again! read more

Nicki, Kylie, and the entire Bannuci team were amazing to work with! We were looking to sell our townhome and then purchase another home all in a short time frame. They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and really fun to work with. In my mind, we got so much more than an awesome real estate team. Because Nicki has been selling homes in the Bay Area for so long she has established so many incredible connections with people in and around the housing business. There were so many neat little touches that her team brought to the sale of our home. They found someone who was able to stage our home beautifully and quickly. Additionally, Nicki goes all out on describing and emphasizing the desirable aspects of your home to the potential buyers. She was always available and happily answered every little question we had. Our home sold quickly and the outcome better than we anticipated! When it came to purchasing our new home she had valuable insights and was able to spot things that we didn't even think of or pick up on, especially when touring homes. Nicki and team are so familiar with the home buying process that everything was streamlined and efficient. We would absolutely use the Banucci team again! read more

My wife and I were first time home-buyers, and we could not have found a better team to help us. We found Nicki Banucci from Yelp, and was initially impressed by the high online ratings. However, we contacted a number of similarly highly rated realtors in the area to shop around, and based on our initial phone call, we chose to work with Nicki. We were happy we did, as that call was a perfect summary of her style. First, both she and her team have endless energy and positivity (important in the hyper-competitive bay area market) . Second, she made sure to provide clear communication, instructions, and follow ups by both email and text. Third, and most importantly, she is knowledgeable, experienced, and confident in the home buying process. It is important to emphasize that your experience with Nicki also very much includes her team. Just about every question we sent got immediately answered first by one of her assistants (mostly Kiely), and then got a confirmation by Nicki after she had a chance. Everyone we worked with were kind and informative. As far as finding a home, Nicki has her website/email limited by search criteria which she helps you figure out. She is also happy to help you look at anything outside of that list too. It is up to you, the home-buyer, to pick through what is available. However, when you find a home you think is interesting, that is when the real magic starts. With her contacts and knowledge of what to look for, we were able to run a dozen houses by her in quick succession. For each she responded with the kind of extra information not easily available from MLS/Zillow/Redfin/etc. that helped us either keep looking or focus in. Many homes have hidden problems or perks, and having someone who can help look under the hood and make sure it is all working correctly is great to add to peace of mind for inexperienced home-buyers. When we had found a home that met all of our hopes, Nicki and her team then helped finalize the home-buying process smoothly. She helped us prepare a strategic offer that, not only got accepted, but was well under any appraisal we got on the property. They then had great referrals for needed vendors, and her team helped coordinate with the title and mortgage company throughout to ensure everyone did their part on time. Now having completed the home-buying process and started moving in, I can only look back at my experience with the Banucci Team as an amazing one. We could not recommend them more to anyone who is in need of a realtor! read more

Another wonderful and smooth Transanction with Nicki and her team ! Just a pleasure to work with You're the best read more

As you can see from all the amazing reviews, Nicki and her team are awesome. I don't even know where to start. Ill tell you a little about our situation. My husband and I were married in May 2017 and started our house search in late 2017. It was an overwhelming process. The bay area isn't cheap. In our first meeting, Nicki was honest with us about the market but she was ready and willing to take us on as clients (even with our limitations). Through the process, Nicki was honest and her input was meaningful. She is helpful and a good listener. Sometimes it wasn't what we wanted to hear, but she was right. Defer to her and you cant go wrong!!! She knows her stuff and has good intuition. We put in our first offer and unfortunately got beat by a cash buyer- but Nicki had presented our offer in person, which I think makes all the difference. It ended up working out because the home we purchased is wayyy better than the first one we put an offer in on. Our second offer on a property (although probably like the 50th property I viewed) was the home we got- Nicki again presented the offer in person. Because the market is moving faster than the comps are posting, we were worried about the property appraising...and this is where having a TALENTED agent means a lot. She met the appraiser and provided him with a list of upgrades and her own research. It all worked out because it appraised and we are now about to close! Its that extra effort that makes the difference, especially in such a seller's market. I really cannot say enough about Nicki and her team. There were times where my husband literally questioned if she had other clients because she was so attentive to us and made us feel important! Nicki is an agent who I am SURE is representing buyers and sellers in the million to multi-million dollar real estate realm... yet, she made us (millennial's with a budget under a million) feel just as important as the clients with bigger budgets. Nicki is also just a cool person. I've gotten to know her well through this process being in such close communication for months; she is super funny and endearing. We will be using Nicki in the future when we sell this house to upgrade :) Nicki hustles... and if you're looking for a real estate agent... especially as a buyer... go with her. read more

As a first time home buyer in the Bay area, we felt overwhelmed and under-informed about how to start. The reviews on Yelp helped me include the Banucci team when interviewing realtors. Nicki and Dolores Marquez were heads and shoulders above the others I interviewed. They walked us through getting pre-approved, how, when and what to do to succeed in this VERY competitive market (back rent, contingencies, quick sells, impound accounts, etc.). Nicki introduced us to Jeff Trevarthen of Academy Mortgage who was also stellar. Nicki only has amazing, professional, and personable people on her team and in her contact list. The communication and honesty was on point. Our offer was accepted with 7 other offers and was not the highest offer. We stated we wanted to buy a house within 1-3 months. Looking back I feel we were bold for that goal. We were pre-approved first week of Feb. closed April 3rd! Even after closing the deal they are supportive in our move and orientation to home ownership. We are already recommending them to our friends. read more

We met Nicki through a recommendation. My wife and I are thankful to both my friend and Nicki. There is no doubt in mind that we will recommend her, Kiely and rest of the team to my friends! We used her services as buyer's agent. Being first time homebuyers, she explained the whole process and answered all the questions we had. Some great things about her- she is very responsive no matter which communication medium - text, phone call, email. She would quickly get us the comparison price points, merits of the location, the house etc. We would mark few houses as interested and she would stop by with us and check on that house. In short, very good co-ordination through out the process. She is very open with her viewpoints. For instance, if something is bad and if that could affect resale few years down the lane, she would be upfront with it. This is something we really liked. Behind the scenes, her team was awesome too! Inspection reports, documents and other home related things were all well organized and communicated on time. In short, we were happy with this very systematic process. I am glad that we chose Nicki and her team. They are super cool to work with and well-informed about home buying process due to her numerous years of experience. Keep doing awesome work and hoping to use your services again! read more

Nicki and her team are amazing! We were not looking to move, but an unexpected opportunity arose and we were looking to sell our house quickly. Since we hadn't planned on moving at all, we felt behind already on getting our house looking as good as it could for selling. Nicki quickly had her team come in, do some new painting, landscaping, and staging. Our house looked so great! The Banucci Team kept us in the loop every step of the way. We always knew what we needed to do as sellers to keep the process rolling. In addition, her team was always available to answer our questions or send us anything that we needed (big shout out to Kiely for this!). Hiring Nicki to sell our house was the right choice for us. Wow...where to begin... We recently were fortunate enough to engage Nicki and her amazing team to purchase our new home in Boulder Creek. From the first contact via Yelp when we we started looking for a incredibly broad range of homes and price ranges. Nicki was one of the few whom bothered to return my inquiry and we're so glad she did. Of all elements, actions and stages of the home purchase process The Banucci team were 2-3 steps ahead of our path to home ownership. Her great connections and recommendations with lenders, contractors and inspectors we had all our questions laid out in plain terms and everything thoroughly explained in detail. Nickis attention to detail and timeliness meant we were never surprised by stages of the the process and always had a clear path to the end goal and realistic expectations. Nicki was available 24/7 (at least thats how it seemed) and we also felt like her sole customer given the level of customer service we received. She demonstrated levels of realism, honesty and knowledge I've not experienced in real estate or many other professions for that matter. I strongly recommend Nicki and the Banucci team for anyone needing professional real estate services and a genuine customer service experience that would be very hard to beat. Thanks so much to you Nicki and your professional team ! You guys are now our only consideration for any and all future real estate needs ! read more

We hired Nicki after searching and bidding homes for six months without success. After initial conversations, we thought that the team has the right knowledge about the market, appraisals as well the location, taste of the home buyers. Interestingly, we won the bid in the first week of search with Nicki. The bid was competitive but pretty close with competing offers. The team helped negotiate terms of the deal when some issues were found in the additional inspections. They even helped us with contractor and landscaping quotes. Would definitely recommend this team for your home search. read more

The Banucci team are true professionals! Because we live out of the country, we thought selling may be complicated but the team Nicki assembled made the selling process amazingly easy; I felt like I was there. Attention was paid to every detail and recommendations for upgrades that would be essential for commanding the highest value for our home were absolutely on point. The sale price far exceeded our expectation for price and time to sell. Nicki left nothing to chance and anticipated issues before they became issues. If you want to sell, the Banucci team is the best in the business. I am not surprised this team are top producers in the Bay Area...well deserved indeed! read more

My husband and I interviewed 20 realtors before we decided to have Nicki represent us. When I first shook her hand I knew in my gut she could help get us into a home fast. Nicki knows the South Bay market. She helped us win our home against 16 offers, we didn't even make the highest offer! Nicki's negotiating and trust building convinced the listing realator and selling family to chose our offer. We met our contract close date, we closed escrow, and took ownership of title on our new home in 30 days. From the day we met Nicki, to the day we got our keys was only 45 days total! In this highly competitive and hot housing market you should be represented by the best, work with Nicki Banucci and you'll buy the home you've been looking for. She's the most professional, knowledgeable, and sharpest realator. read more

Nicki B. is A-Mazing! She was sooo fast, efficient & helpful, I can tell that she is absolutely great at her job! Although, the reason I messaged her was to ask her if her team handled property management placement of renters for a rental property. Even though her team does not do that type of work, she immediately put me in touch with Ruby @ the Forbes Group Property Management, Inc. and I'd say that Ruby has the same work ethic as Nicki, quick and on top of everything!!! Thanks So Much Nicki! I will definitely recommend you to anyone selling or buying a home!! read more
