Cristina was absolutely outstanding throughout our entire home-buying journey. From day one, she was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home--not just making a sale. She guided us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions promptly, and always made us feel like we were her top priority. Her expertise, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills gave us confidence during what could have been a very stressful experience. What really sets Cristina apart is how much she truly cares about her clients. She took the time to understand our needs, provided honest advice, and was always available whenever we needed her. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, the entire process went smoothly, and we couldn't be happier with our new home. If you're looking for a Realtor who is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond for her clients, I can't recommend Cristina highly enough. It was a pleasure working with her, and I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. read more

Where do I begin? Start to finish, Cristina is amazing. No hidden agenda, trustworthy service, always available for a million questions, absolute shark when need be, and the kindest soul. Even with a few minor catastrophes with the HOA, Cristina never lost her cool and Got. It. Done. Got more than I wanted for my property and Cristina helped me navigate the entire process, patiently holding my hand the whole way. We worked with Cristina to sell our condo during a challenging time in the market. She helped us to be able to put our property in the best light. Also when we had an unexpected need for a contractor she helped us find someone who quickly did an excellent job. Working with Cristina and Julie was THE BEST experience! They took care of every single detail with regards from pre-market prep to closing. They really know how to navigate the changing Bay Area market, and with their talents and advice, I was able to sell at the price I was hoping AND after only one weekend of showing the home. They made a stressful life transition feel smooth and manageable. I cannot thank them enough! read more

Cristina was amazing to work with during the sale of our home. From the moment she joined the process, she was organized, proactive, and incredibly helpful. She helped coordinate inspection-related repairs and managed all of the contractors, which was a huge relief since we work far from home. Once we moved out, Cristina jumped into action handling final fixes, cleaning, staging, and photos. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, and our house was listed within about a week. She helped coordinate multiple private showings and open houses, and we ended up with multiple offers, ultimately accepting one over asking. Cristina was professional, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. She made a potentially stressful process feel easy, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. read more

Cristina and Julie were flat-out amazing to work with. She is responsive, knowledgable, and listens to her clients' needs. She is as invested as you are in finding the right home for you - in fact, they are the ones that recommended the neighborhood in which I ended up purchasing a home...and that neighborhood wasn't even on my radar! It couldn't be more perfect. They know the market, trends, neighborhoods, what to look for, what red flags to watch out for - and they have a host of connections to help you get set up in your new home post-close. Cristina expertly navigated the offer on the home I really wanted (and it was a nail biter!) - and we landed it in this crazy competitive market! Cristina and Julie guided me through a lightning fast closing (my loan officer said it was the fastest close he's ever done) and even stayed in touch post-close to ensure I was getting settled. Really cannot recommend highly enough - personalized, thoughtful, and knowledgable. read more

Cristina is great to work with! She knows the market well and she has lots of knowledge to share prior to purchasing a home or selling a home. She can walk you through either process to help you make the right choice when buying or selling. I highly recommend her! read more

Cristina is clearly a top quality Realtor with a high energy and can-do attitude. Based on positive reviews from her previous customers, I called to ask for help selling my older home that had been in rental service in recent years. Cristina met me at the house later that same day. After showing her through the house and yard, I asked her how she would market the property if I selected her to represent me. Cristina was spot on in her recommendations. It was apparent that she had done her homework on the house specifically and combined with her market knowledge she outlined the profiles of who our potential buyers might be and suggested we do some simple things like interior paint and carpets to increase interest in the property. From looking at her previous listings I see she has sold a vast number of homes from large estates to simple single family houses like mine. Nevertheless she put the same interest and energy into our listing as though it was top of market. As soon as I signed with her, Cristina got right to work arranging contractors, obtaining inspections and preparing to go to market. She is an excellent communicator, always available by phone and/or email. We went with Cristina's recommended listing price and fortunately we had three interested parties right from the start. Cristina is an experienced negotiator resulting in a sale that was 10% over asking. I am thrilled and Cristina is my go to Realtor from now on! read more

We needed to sell a couple of our family homes and we did not know the first thing about where to start or how to go about it. To make things more complex, we had to go through a whole probate process with the courts for both properties to be able to sell them. Luckily we have a good friend that is an agent out of the area, and she highly recommended Cristina. Even with the many, many additional steps that we had to take with the probate process, Cristina remained fully confident and assured us that she would get us through everything and get our homes sold, which she did in a very timely manner! She was so great with communicating with us every step of the way, and also worked so well with our probate lawyer throughout the process. She made things run as smoothly as possible, and we feel so relieved that everything has been taken care of! We may end up needing to sell more properties in the future, and we already know exactly who to call :-) read more

Purchasing a new home is by far the most important purchase I have ever made . I started working with Cristina approximately one year ago . I was not ready to purchase , but she immediately began providing informative real estate listings daily . Although I was not ready to purchase ,she did not lose interest, she did not force to do anything I did not want to do and she understood financial situation. It took approximately one year to decide I wanted to purchase a new home . Cristina guided me guided me . She made sure the builder gave me the best purchase price , lot location and purchase incentives/upgrades that I did not know about . I purchased my dream home with her assistance. The earring potential in the real estate industry lucrative and unlimited. I have encountered real estate agents that have presented an arrogant , entitled and life style of the rich and famous attitude . I did not get that feeling while working with Cristina . She is humble, hard working , patient, professional, attentive and she has integrity . She returned every text, email and phone call in a timely manner . All in all , she provided excellent customer service . She is not only my real estate agent , but I honestly consider her my friend . If you're looking for a knowledgeable and a "get-things-done" realtor, Cristina is your woman! Not only did Cristina help me navigate my first home purchase back in 2008, she was my go-to for selling that home in 2020. Each transaction brought its layers of complexity and Cristina helped me with every process, or obstacle and guided me thru every step of the way...including connecting me with a realtor in my new home State. She was tremendous with my accelerated timeline to get my house listed in record time, all while in the middle of a pandemic! Christina is an ultimate professional who has a special touch that meets the needs of her clients and their families. After searching for a home in the Bay Area for over 14 years, we had nearly given up. A perfect home came on the market, and we reached out to Cristina to see if we had a chance to get it. Within 24 hours, she had scheduled a walk-through for us at the property, and within 48 hours, she submitted an offer on our behalf. She connected us with a lender for a pre-approval and helped us add special touches to our offer. Once our offer was accepted, we faced an uphill battle getting a conventional loan due to several unseen circumstances. Just when we had thought we lost the house, Cristina found us alternate opportunities and loan options for the home purchase. When the loan options were a little higher than our family was comfortable with, Cristina stood strong in making sure that we did not get into a commitment we did not feel comfortable with. She cared about us and our family's long-term success, not just a quick deal. After escrow closed, she secured all of the necessary contracts we needed for our move and next steps. She really has been by our side the entire time, and we could not be more grateful. I would highly recommend Cristina as a real estate agent as she has an incredible ability to meet her clients where they are, and how they like to do business. Having her in this profession is a gift to families or individuals looking to purchase a home. I hope you choose to use her! read more

Cristina was referred by a co-worker after disappointing experiences from several buyer agents. Real estate dynamic in California is certainly different from other state. Cristina is a brilliant agent. We worked with her to buy our first home and we couldn't be happier with our experience . She understood all our requirements very well and found just the right home for us and that too off -market ! That was a great deal for us as it gave us the time to do all due diligence. She followed up with the seller's agent in a timely manner and helped us get all the information that we needed to write an offer. As a first time home buyer , we had a plethora of questions and Cristina patiently answered all of them. Not only that, she also connected us to all the people that we would need for any remodeling / repair/ maintenance work at our home which was a great help . Two of the things that we greatly admire about her are her ability to give an honest opinion and her responsiveness. Overall, Cristina is an excellent agent who made the stressful process of buying a home feel so easy and we are very fortunate that we found her. We would highly recommend her! read more

If you are currently searching for a realtor to help you in your home buying journey, look no further - you've found her! From the beginning, Cristina has been patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive (not to mention super friendly and funny too!). My husband and I have been in the market for a home in the bay area since 2021 - it's been a long, complex journey and there were times when we had to put the home search on extended pause. Cristina was ALWAYS understanding and accommodating to every bump in the road. We never once felt rushed throughout the process. As first-time home buyers, we had many questions and concerns with everything that comes with purchasing your first home. Cristina took the time to explain and demystify everything during meetings that accommodated our busy schedules. She spoke to us in a way that made realtor concepts easy to grasp and she always made sure we understood the topic before moving on to the next. If the pre-buying experience was smooth sailing, she blew us out of the water with her skills navigating through the bidding process. Cristina was able to make our bid stand out among 18 other offers. During the bid phase, there was continuous contact with the seller's agent, she informed us of all the updates every step of the way, and she even worked on managing our offer while on personal vacation! It was a WILD and exhilarating ride, but we came out on top and the seller's chose our offer. THIS WAS OUR FIRST OFFER EVER ON A HOME and we were chosen... Cristina, what kind of magic did you pull to make this happen?? Furthermore - Cristina supported us through escrow, 2nd home inspection, and appraisal. Everything was smooth sailing because of her! 100% recommend and will be reaching out for future home-buying endeavors! Thank you Cristina! We became aware of Cristina When she sold our neighbors' house a year earlier. We asked our prior neighbors what they thought of Cristina after everything was done and they raved about how great she was. We reached out to Cristina when it was time to sell our house. Cristina came to our house and sat down with us to discuss our plans. At no time did we feel pressured, but instead we very quickly felt at ease and confident she was the right person. As soon as we engaged with Cristina, she jumped into action; arranging inspections, stager, a painter and much more. She even helped us arrange a moving company! Cristina was there for us every step of the way. As we went thru the process of showing our home, open house, and taking offers at every stage we felt Cristina was always looking out for what was best for us. Our house sold in 7 days with multiple offers over our asking price. If we ever had a question Cristina was ready to help us. I am a Top Producing Realtor from an upscale beach area in Los Angeles. My Clients reached out to me to refer them to a Top Notch Realtor in Silicon Valley. Needless to say, Cristina performed with flying colors. She got them over asking for the sale of their home. Then, won them the bid on their next property. Not an easy feat in this Seller's market. My husband and I recently sold our first home with Cristina in San Jose. Cristina is professional, honest, hardworking, and a pleasure to work with. At first the home selling process was extremely overwhelming, however Cristina broke it in down into an easily digestible timeline and coordinated all inspections, cleaning, staging, etc and even helped us set up movers. She truly went above and beyond to make sure the process was as easy as possible for us. In addition, her marketing is superior to other other realtors. She included 3D tour, drone footage, and ensured impeccable staging. Lastly, her knowledge and negotiation experience as a realtor helped us secure multiple competitive offers. We loved working with Cristina and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the South Bay. read more

As first-time home buyers we loved working with Cristina!! Even though we know Cristina is very busy and sought after, she made us feel as if we were her only clients and her top priority. We presented her with a challenging list of home needs/wants including: baby friendly, mother-in-law/wheelchair accommodating, & pool - just to name a few. Yet, she managed to find us our perfect home that we are in love with. Our home search journey was long, but she was always patient. At times we would get desperate and would willing to settle for less (baby on the way), but instead of just taking the commission and moving on she would actually encourage us to keep searching for our perfect home. She was always honest with us and provided clever insight of homes we walked through. Thank you Cristina!!! read more

Words cannot express the depth of our gratitude for having chosen Cristina to both sell our former Bay Area home and to now work with to purchase our next. Not only did we benefit from her many years of professional real estate expertise during the substantially involved processes associated with the challenging sale of a co-owned inherited former home, but what gives us the ability to say that she personally raises the bar for ALL Bay Area realtors is the genuineness of her care and her calmingly soft-spoken yet dedicatedly tenacious steadfastness towards seeking to fulfill the checklist of our most indispensable real-estate goals. Even though I've worked with several motivated and competent realtors in the past (e.g. when my mother sold her 5 bedroom home in San Jose's Willow Glen neighborhood 4 years ago and when I moved from one locality to another 10 years earlier, among others) there is NOTHING that can make up for the exceptional level of savvy experience, inter-professional reputation, and personally-focused candid communication that Cristina brings to the table. It's a rare person that can inspire such a trusted degree of both comfort and confidence from others, but Cristina truly embodies that cherished rarity. read more

Having such a positive experience as a buyer, I asked for Cristina's services a second time to help us sell the same house she sold us 6 years prior. We couldn't have been happier with that decision! Not only did she marketed the property to attract the highest quality reach, she went above and beyond and these are just a few examples: 1) she referred us to contractors that did great work on improvements that increased the property value; 2) she took the lead in dealing with requirements by the HOA; 3) she helped meet workers at the house if we could not be there due to work; 4) she connected us to an experienced realtor in the city we moved to that landed us an awesome new place! In the final step of gathering offers, Cristina demonstrated her extensive knowledge and expertise by negotiating an offer that was well beyond our expectation while offering her honest guidance. To say Cristina exceeded our expectations does not do justice to her professionalism, profound knowledge of the area, dedication to her clients, and wide breadth of experience in real estate. We found Cristina on Yelp on a Friday. Met with her on Saturday morning, and were preparing to make an offer on Sunday. Buying our first house was a whirlwind and Cristina, who had known us less than 2 days, jumped in with both feet. She met us at the new house twice in as many days. She gave us absolutely spot-on advice about our offer price (side note: the house appraised for EXACTLY what she said it would), found us an incredible mortgage broker, and walked us through the process with unmatched expertise and unwavering patience. She helped us navigate the seller's counter offer and was, in our eyes, the main reason the sellers ended up accepting our original offer. She was there for every single step, including inspections, quotes from contractors, late-night questions, and everything in between. Every step that should have been stressful or scary was made safe, clear, and fun with Cristina by our side. I could not recommend Cristina any more highly. My husband and I just bought our first home with Cristina and she was a life saver. She patiently walked us through what to expect with our first offer, reviewed paperwork and contracts with us, and explained everything in laymen's terms so we understood what we were walking into! Cristina also takes the time to walk you through the negatives of a home so that you are well aware of what you are purchasing and aren't blinded by the pretty finishes. We were determined to buy a home fairly quickly as we were on a timeline (we had a baby coming!) and she was exceptionally responsive to email and text. She suggested a lender and I'm so glad we went with her suggestion -- the both of them worked together to get us closed on our home in what seems like record time. I can't recommend Cristina enough! It was a pleasure working with Cristina to buy my first home. Thanks to Cristina's knowledge and negotiation skills, plus a dash of luck, I became the proud owner of a condo with just one offer. As my buying agent, Cristina set me up for success and taught me the ropes. She pointed out red flags in properties, opened my eyes to options I wouldn't have otherwise considered, and took the time to learn my dealbreakers and non-negotiables. Her priority was helping me make the best possible decision, not a quick deal. She was honest, personable, and always professional. When it was time to make an offer, Cristina went the extra mile to advocate for me. She kept in close contact with the selling agent and helped me understand how the situation was playing out. She played a major role in ensuring that my offer stayed front and center to the seller, and ultimately, in mine being picked over another very tempting offer. For that reason, I would recommend Cristina to anyone looking for a home in the Bay Area. read more

Cristina Gonzalez is the reason full service real estate agents are here to stay. I hired Cristina at the last minute after I had a negative experience with the real estate agent I had originally selected to help me sell the home I grew up in. I immediately tasked her with finding a contractor to fix up the home--which hadn't had any upgrades in over four decades. Cristina recommended a contractor she had experience with and we got to work. Actually, I should say she got to work. I live out-of-town and I had just started a new job. I had to place the entire remodel project in her hands. Over the next month, Cristina operated within the budget I had to remodel two bathrooms, the kitchen, paint the exterior and interior, and replace the gutters and all windows and doors. I was very busy with my new job and rescheduled meeting after meeting with her, but Cristina always found a way to make things work. Because of my short timeframe, and because I kept adding to her tasks, I would expect an agent to start showing signs of stress or frustration; but Cristina was always professional and remarkably enjoyable to work with. At the end of the day, every prediction she made about market conditions, market timing, remodeling costs and final sale price were all right on target. I ended up getting a great price for my home-almost exactly to the dollar that Cristina had estimated two months prior. Cristina is a top-notch professional at the top of her game. She was thorough in every detail in our first meeting, and clearly an expert in the local market. She very effectively negotiated a somewhat tricky scenario involving uncertain timelines and a 2-month rentback from the buyer. Cristina Gonzalez and Kellie Kemp are top notch realtors! They are seasoned veterans and South Bay based experts which is really important in this market of multiple offers. We found and closed escrow on our home in 25 days which is almost unheard of. We didn't have an unlimited budget and Cristina and Kellie were very mindful of that and never wanted us to go over our comfort level. We met Cristina and Kellie Kemp at an open house and knew right then and there we wanted them as our realtors. They were both very knowledgeable about the home's foundation, electrical, etc. They have a high level professionalism which is important to us. Once we started working with Cristina and Kellie they wanted to be sure that they understood 100% of our needs and wanted everyone that was going to be living in the house to be happy in the house. Cristina and Kellie were always accommodating with our schedules to answer our questions and take us to visit homes. They never tried to "sell us" on a home but rather pointed out any potential concerns and how did we feel about them. They focused on our priorities when looking for homes for us. They really went above and beyond our expectations and they were wonderful to work with from beginning to end! read more

Cristina was highly recommended to us from another friend of ours - and she was amazing! We had a slightly complicated situation. First - we had a renter in the unit and needed to coordinate the renter's move-out while simultaneously preparing the condo to be listed. Second - our condo complex was in the middle of mediation with the original builders to get certain items repaired - which reduces the # of interested buyers. Third - the buyer's agent turned out to be very, very difficult. And finally, fourth - my wife and I were in Austin, TX - so Cristina had to do all this on our behalf without us physically there. Cristina ended up doing a spectacular job. She turned around our condo after the renter left within a few days - including carpet cleaning, painting, staging, etc. To help drum up interest, she held 3 open houses, gathered intelligence by scoping out all the competition, and chased down every lead she had immediately. She dealt with a very frustrating buyer's agent, spoke with my complex's HOA managers and even lawyers to dig up every detail regarding the mediation, and called the buyer's loan officer directly to push things through when a snag came up. On top of all this, she covered part of the cost of staging in order to encourage us to stage the unit, and though I won't go into it here she even chipped in without asking to ensure the transaction finally closed when we ran into an inappropriate last-minute request from the buyer's agent. So overall - you can trust Cristina to take ownership of the end-to-end process, keep you informed throughout the process, and do whatever it takes to ensure you as a seller have the best experience possible. read more

My bad for this taking so long to get to. I worked with Christina in April of 2018 to sell my house in Sunnyvale and manage a 1031 exchange. My tenants were moving out while I was out of the country. Cristina may be the best realtor I have ever worked with.  She has a great attitude, coupled with impressive local real estate knowledge, and a strong sense of what it will take to make the sale.  From the day we first met until the house closed escrow was about 4 1/2 weeks.  In that time, the house was cleaned up, repairs were made, landscaping was done and the house was staged.  It took a week on the market and several offers came in.  She identified the most qualified buyers and successfully closed the deal with them.  I was very impressed with the speed at which she worked to accomplish the goal.  I highly recommend her! read more

My wife and I are extremely fortunate and grateful to have have worked with Cristina for our home buying process. As first time buyers, it was a daunting task and the process was a long one for us. We worked with Cristina for over a year to find our final place and cannot speak enough of Cristina's support, patience and perseverance towards getting us our first ever home :). Specific things that we really appreciated are: 1. She was extremely patient and always focused on getting the best suited house for us. She was never focused on finishing the job quickly and we trusted her immensely with anything and everything related to our home buying process. 2. She always empowered us to make the decision. As first time buyer, we were often confused if we should bid on a property and for how much. Even in the most urgent bidding scenarios, Cristina calmed us down, posed the facts, and asked the right questions which helped us think through the situation. She never biased us with her own opinion, one way or the other and, as I like to put it, she always trained us to fish ourselves rather than making decisions for us. We really really appreciated this. 3. She paced things really well. In the beginning, she understood that there would be a learning curve for us and she handheld us for several weeks/months. Once we had decent idea of the trade, she let us move fast w.r.t checking out properties and was always a call away when we needed her. 4. She has gone above and beyond in helping us even after we closed the house. We bought the home few weeks ago and, even after that, she has been available to answer our questions and help us with some upgrades we are getting in the house. What an amazing partner to work with. In summary, working with Cristina was an amazing decision and we highly recommend her. read more
