I found Buckley on Yelp and saw the raving reviews from his clients so my wife and I decided to call and inquiry about selling our Charlotte (University City area) home since we had heard the market was very hot. Buckley showed up later that evening to discuss our plans. We appreciated his realistic no nonsense approach and decided to list with him. He laid out a detailed plan for us on what needed to be done and what expectations we should have. A little over a week later our house was on the market. We received 4 offers the first day and appreciated Buckley's guidance in choosing the correct offer to go with.
