Mary is such a professional! She is very communicative and really understands the Cupertino and San Jose real estate market.

When it came time to sell our home in San Jose, we knew immediately that we wanted to work with Mary Clark, as she'd done an amazing job in helping us sell a previous property, as well help us find our current place. She and her team were super responsive and highly communicative from the very start, helping us with the logistics of a fast moving timeline and our simultaneous move out of state. Mary had thoughtful suggestions on updates that would improve the sale of our home, and presented a strategy that ultimately landed an offer well over our asking price. The entire process was exceptionally smooth and we would recommend Mary and her team without hesitation. read more

We hired Mary Clark to sell our town home in Cupertino. She gave us great advice on getting the home ready for the market and how to price it. She is extremely professional and walked us through every step of the process. We had already moved out of the house and the area, and she went above and beyond. We got an offer over asking price right away and are extremely happy with our results. We have worked with several agents over the past 20 years, and Mary was by far the best one. I would highly recommend her. read more

Mary helped us find a house! She is the most professional, responsive, resourceful agent that we have worked with! She is genuine and gives honest opinion on house pricing, also very strategic when it comes to competing offers for houses. She can recommend load banker who got us lowest rate at this time. She also gave great tips about house remodeling and have contacts on almost anything house related! She would always go out of her way to help research any concerns about house inspection report. 100% delightful experience working with Mary! read more

Mary sold our house for us - we selected her after we saw what a great job she did selling one of our neighbors' houses recently. She expertly guided us through a complex and exciting/stressful process from beginning to end, giving clear timelines where possible, listened to our concerns, and always used what is in our best interest in terms as the metric for decisions making. She and her team went far above and beyond what selling agents typically offer. She and her team recommended and coordinated with all the vendors needed to get the house ready for market and managed the property after we vacated it. A highlight in the process, and classically the "Mary Clark" way, was staging open house events that showcased not only the house, but also the warmth, friendliness and all that was attractive about our neighborhood. In the end, despite market headwinds, we got an excellent price that was over-asking, and a very easy experience. Very Strongly recommended. read more

Over the years as a real estate appraiser, I've worked with Mary Clark on several purchase appraisals and private trust administration transactions. Mary consistently demonstrates a strong understanding of the Santa Clara market and has always been reliable and professional in our interactions. I've seen firsthand how her expertise benefits clients, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and dependable realtor. Ok that's my two cents. Stephen L. There are not enough words to describe how lucky we feel to have partnered with Mary in our home search. She is by far the best buyer's agent I have ever worked with, and we have worked with quite a few. We couldn't be happier with the process, experience, and results! We needed to find a home in a very short window of time, in a very specific school district, on a tight budget. With a kid, and a dog :) When we met Mary, we had already viewed homes with a few other agents. However, it was immediately clear that Mary's knowledge of the area and homes (zoning, construction, HOAs) far surpassed that of the others. She always went the extra mile to get us the complete information we needed to make the decision to bid on a home, whether it was figuring out how much a home edit would cost or whether a particular HOA would permit a fence. There are a hundred different details to follow up on and clarify when buying a home. Mary has that rare skill of seeing the big picture but never losing a detail. She was truly a step ahead in the process and kept track of everything for us, both following up on questions and prompting us when we needed to take steps on our part. Bids in this area are incredibly competitive, and we were starting to get disheartened about the prospect of finding something that would fit within our budget. But for the property we ended up getting, Mary moved quickly--I am talking within a day--and worked late into the night to close the process super fast. Most importantly, she is an amazing human being. We could tell that she genuinely cares about seeing our family happily settled in our new home. We closed on our home last week, and Mary is still helping us get connected to the right people to make sure we can get all the home fixes made and make the home our own. Her advice on which home upgrade is worth it/wise has been invaluable. We know when we sell this home, Mary will be our agent. A heartfelt thank you to Mary and her team read more

Mary was referred by a friend of ours, and we had an exclusive home-purchasing experience with Mary for about four months, before we secured our dream house. After the home purchase, we proceeded to sell the old property with all the helps from Mary. Mary was very resourceful, patient and polite, and Mary's team was also very responsive to all our inquiries. Highly recommended Mary and looking forward to working with her in the future! read more

Mary Clark has been a wonderful lifesaver for me. I live in Salt Lake City Utah and I inherited my sister's house in San Jose, California. The house was in need of substantial repairs. I had no idea how, from Utah, I was going to handle all the inspections, evaluate what repairs were needed, hire contractors, oversee the work, navigate all California's unfamiliar rules, and finally, what I thought was actually the realtor's job, get it to market and sold. Mary got all of that done while I sat at home answering her requests for approval of each step of the process. The repair work was done quickly and well. The upgraded home was beautiful and unrecognizable from the mess we started with. She had several bids after two weeks on the market and we sold it the next week for a very good price. I could not be more pleased or consider myself more fortunate than to have had Mary as my realtor. I highly recommend her services to anyone lucky enough to find her. read more

Every people say buying a house is not an easy job. Especially, for a person like me who has worked after having long study period of time, every single penny I saved matters a lot, making a decision to buy a house is one of the biggest events in the life time. Searching for a good house with a lot of constraints is very stressful, and all the processes needed from submitting an offer to closing the house are quite burdensome. I met Mary when I just looked around open house years ago, and that's how we started this long journey. We got a lot of helps to visit houses, get opinions and comps from Mary and Azita. Especially, to people like us do not know a lot of things about housing market and paper works. We had searched houses for more than a year, and it looked like we were not going to buy any house at the end. Even though we were hesitant to buy a house Mary and Azita were very patient and explained a lot of details through multiple zoom calls and phone calls. We sometimes discontinued searching houses and got back to them as they were just there to help us. This finally helped us to get a house we want. Of course, it was not easy as everyone has different constraints and bars to evaluate the houses. And, I would say the team Mary and Azita offers very good synergy through the process of buying houses. Mary is very good at explaining details in a calm way and answers clearly what we were asking. And Azita is very good at acting fast and diligently to make something happen. We were quite picky on choosing houses and we asked them for checking houses in various areas, and the combination of these people provides quite good experience. Another thing I really liked them about is they care about the "relationship". They try to earn trust through long time and they truly have good relationships with other people offering various things needed to buy/manage houses. If you want to buy a house, but you have no idea what is going on then Mary and Azita are the right people to talk to. I highly recommend them to walk through all stressful processes together and finally got what you want to buy. read more

Mary and Leah helped us sell our Sunnyvale home. They have been an absolute delight to work with. They guided us on how to prep the house to get the best price, and helped us through every little step of picking good quality and tasteful fixtures (light, bathroom, flooring, landscaping, etc, etc). And her assessment of the estimate spending and value we will get, was on the dot. Would highly recommend Mary to all. read more

Mary & Sya were our buyer agents for our first home purchase. Pre-purchase: Home selection and purchase comes with many options, decisions and operating within constraints. Mary & Sya helped us to understand and know the options that we have in our home purchase. Expertise: We did our first offer written through Mary & Sya, and that was right away selected by sellers, which stands for their reputation and expertise in their business. They both have a thorough understanding of market and current trends. Professionalism: Their quality of work and communication was quite impressive, and they both are hard working round the clock. As a first time buyer, we had many questions and they were overall patient and professional in explaining to us. In an extremely competitive market like bay area, working with top agents like Mary & Sya made a difference for us. read more

Mary helped make our first-home buying process smooth, easy and fun. We had a great partnership with her and her team as we visited the houses, made offers, and closed our home. Highly recommend working with Mary. To begin with, Mary met (virtually) with us to get to know us and to understand our preferences. We ourselves didn't know what exactly we needed and what we wanted. In the early days, Mary encouraged us to get a feel of the things and gradually guided us to get crisp around our requirements. That helped make the process very easy while allowing us enough time, without any rush, in the beginning. Mary is responsive, resourceful and respectful. She was able to make time for house visits per our schedule - in the evenings, on the weekends, etc. We had to visit a few houses multiple times to make up our mind, and Mary patiently did that with us. She was also able to connect with sellers' agents at times to get intel on houses. Most importantly, she never forced us to make a decision, but encouraged us to move at our own timelines in the most comfortable way. At the same time, she kept a reality check for us so we didn't get carried away. During the closing process, she maintained a regular communication with all parties involved and nudged everyone to close on time. Her team and she were always available to get on a call or answer any questions we had. read more

We recently sold one of our rental properties in a townhouse complex in Santa Clara and Mary was our realtor. Mary has over 20 years of experience in the Bay Area real estate market and her expertise was essential in guiding us through our first sale. She is also very knowledgeable in working with HOAs and what's involved during the sales process. After our initial meeting with her, she came up with an action plan to get our property sold to fetch the highest price in a short timeframe. She knows what upgrades will pay off, and ones that won't, so she recommended a list of upgrades that included painting, some light landscaping, replacement of some faucets and fixtures as the primary changes to engage in. She also has access to contractors to make the process as smooth as possible for us. She demonstrated knowledge, professionalism and always an upbeat attitude to guide us through this process and address our many questions. She also guided us through all the paperwork, inspections and closing. To top it off, Mary, with her network of contacts, ended up bringing us our buyer! We felt so appreciative of Mary's knowledge and hard work that resulted in a sale that we were very happy about. We will definitely use Mary in the future for our real estate needs! read more

We are first time home buyers, and we couldn't be happier with our experience with Mary! We would recommend Mary to anyone looking to buy in the Bay Area. She displayed constant professionalism, empathy, and grit when it came to finding out which home was the right fit for us. She will work non-stop until your goals and needs are met and then some. Mary is someone you can count on to answer all your questions, whether through email, zoom, in person, or via text. She even recommended places for us to buy furniture, appliances, and a great moving company that offered great rates! We loved that she was flexible with our schedule for in person appointments and available to chat after our work hours to explain paperwork or give updates. She has made buying our first home in San Jose a great experience, finding us the exact floor plan we were looking for and going above and beyond. Where do we even begin at how amazing Mary has been for our first time home buying experience! My wife and I were introduced to Mary by a friend of ours. Our long journey into buying a home began and Mary was nothing but kind, professional, and helpful with every step of the process. She was honest with us from the start and thoroughly explained the in's and out's of this overly complicated and crazy thing called the Bay Area housing market. Although Mary was busy, she made sure she answered all of our 100 questions a day, and always sent us information on any and all homes we asked about. Every home we visited together, Mary was very knowledgeable and gave us her insight on the property, neighborhood, and the city. Our first home buying experience wouldn't have been the same without Mary. She made the process smooth, seamless, and least stressful for us as possible. We really can't thank Mary enough for helping us land our first home. We would highly recommend Mary and her team to anyone who is looking to buy a home! read more

We trusted Mary to sell our house in Cupertino back in 2007, and I knew she was the right choice to sell my house in 2021. We started the process a year before we finally sold my house a few months ago, and Mary was always available for questions and concerns that I had. She was always on top of things and made the selling experience easy. She knows the market well and a consummate professional. She is overall an amazing human, very caring, and always had my best interest. I highly recommend Mary and her team. And team Mary, along with Bree, always added little personal touches way before the process began. At least 5-6 times a year for the last 13 years, I'd hear from Mary either in the form of a phone call, text, email, a gift during the holiday season, a coffee met up or a BBQ+local baseball game invite. That little personal and caring touch is how Mary stood out to me the most all these years. When we were under wildfire evacuation warning last summer, Mary was the first to text asking how we were and offered her home if we needed a place to stay. I mean, who does that? Mary does! read more

Mary Clark is a detail-oriented person. The sales brochure she created with details about our home was very professional and attractive. The video tour online, set to music, was also impressive. She is a busy agent, but responded quickly to most emails or texts. She knows the real estate market and how to show off a home in its best light to attract viewers and potential buyers. Mary has been a wonderful agent throughout our home buying process. Mary Clark was our buying agent when we purchased our home 5 years ago. Mary was extremely helpful, open, transparent, prompt and reliable throughout the whole process. So, when we decided to sell our home, we chose to work with Mary again. She deeply cares for our needs and works diligently towards finding the best offer. She is always up to date on market trends, presents relevant data to support her recommendations and helps make the right decision all along. She is detail oriented and educates us not only on the upside but also the risks associated with any property or offer, including minor but important ones. Mary Clark is an outstanding real estate agent! My husband and I have worked with her over many years and multiple transactions, and she has never failed us yet. Mary makes an effort to stay on top of all the latest real estate trends and statistics, making her extremely competent and knowledgeable. She has also developed strong relationships with many vendors and other agents in the area, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Two of her biggest strengths are her attention to detail and her level-headedness, things you definitely want in the high stakes Bay Area real estate market. You can rest assured that Mary will be 100% on your side and is always willing to talk through any questions or challenges you may face along the path to finding your dream home. For example, when recently home shopping, we decided to pull out of a contract due to unforeseen circumstances that made a property a risky investment. Mary not only handled all the technicalities with ease (and a sense of humor) but managed the rancor of the seller's agent with aplomb. At the end of the day, she's a wonderful human being who is genuine and caring, and what more can you really ask for in an agent? With the amount of time, energy and stress encountered in buying and/or selling a home, you want to have an agent who you enjoy being around. (She's also great with children!) My advice: do yourself a favor and pick the delightful Mary Clark. read more

My wife and I recently sold a second property in San Jose using Mary Clark as our realtor. Mary has sold homes in our area, and we have seen how great the are presented and sold. So we chose Mary to sell our property. Mary's many years of experience and knowledge in the San Francisco Bay Area real estate market really made for a smooth and timely sale. Mary evaluated the current market to correctly price our property as well as consistently staying current on trends if a change was needed. We prepared the property with Mary's recommendations, and when it went on the market there was enough interest from buyers that it moved the sale along quickly. From the start to the end of the sale, Mary provided an organized approach, knowledgeable recommendations for preparing our property and good direction from her and her team dealing with the flow of paperwork. We were happy with how the process moved along. Mary is very personable, calm, and a good communicator. We highly recommend Mary and her team for anyone wanting to sell or buy a home in the Bay Area. read more

This was my second home purchase so I have one prior experience to compare Mary Clark. My husband and I were happy with our first home purchase agent but Mary exceeded that experience with her professionalism and 1:1 time invested in you personally. She arranged a consultation at our convenience to walk us through every page and question I could have related to the very lengthy closing paperwork (something my first agent completely skipped & I had to navigate solo). I realize many ppl don't read what they are signing but I do, and Mary tailored that experience to me and my husband. My husband enjoys talking and can sometimes get off track and Mary was fully engaged and available for every conversation no matter how long they dragged on. Mary never gave us the impression that she had other important things to do, which I'm sure she did! During our housing search we found that all her advice came to fruition and she seemed genuinely invested in the right outcome for us and our finances, rather than rushing into a close. After we closed on our third offer (a miracle it felt) she met us at the house and took photos of our family (my first agent texted to let us know we could find our new keys in the garage). We also noticed that local agents were familiar with her and would describe her as professional and having sound advice. I would choose to work with Mary again on our next home purchase because she made the extra effort that other agents didn't. I'm busy and she went above and beyond to get us the house we wanted on the timeline we wanted. She knew the area, the market, and was a great listener. She got the job done & in the housing climate in Silicon Valley, that's saying a lot! Thanks Mary! read more
