The underground parking was secure and easily accessible, I toured a 2-story, top floor apartment and fell in love, the view from the balcony was amazing, and the privacy provided was wonderful. The Leasing agent was very friendly and answered every question. It was a very professional experience and this is a property I would recommend to anyone, considering moving to the Gilroy area.

At least those were my thoughts exactly . In April this year just a month before my wedding my husband and I found out that the house we were planning on making our home fell through. Honestly with all the wedding planning and juggling work, school, and our five year old daughter it was devastating news. We had no idea what we were going to do since my parents were selling my childhood home where we resided at the time. Thankfully Rachelle took us under her wing and immediately showed us the unit we were very interested in. The whole process was smooth and she even made sure that once we were approved she would have the unit ready for us asap a week before we were to get married. You don't know how much stress that took off of us! Since then we have made 7680 our home sweet home for the time being. Not only is it VERY clean and well taken care of. The security is the best part with it being inside with multiple cameras in the building, I have no worries. The building is pet friendly yet is very quiet and peaceful. All units are installed with top notch appliances and the design from the walls to floor are beautiful. Not to mention it's pretty fun living downtown in the heart of Gilroy. Vince and Rachelle are the property managers and they are so understanding, professional, and are truly the reason why things are so put together here. The rules are there to keep things orderly and make our stay a little bit more pleasant. On one occasion, I saw a tenant's dog running around and I see Beth take that huge dog, almost half her size, to her office and waited for the owners to claim it. Speaking of dogs, you guys seriously need to pick up after your fur babies or is that Beth's job too? On a separate occasion, I saw her kick out a bunch of teenagers who were drinking alcohol and being too loud by the pool area. What happens outside of the establishment is out of our control and definitely not Beth's problem. I don't expect her to walk over and stop a drug deal in the making. If you see it, help everyone out and call the PD. Though this place may be not be ideal for everyone, I found it pleasant and would definitely stay here again. If I could give zero stars I would. Let me start off by saying the only thing nice about these…read moreapartments was the interior of the actual apartment and the amount of rent we paid, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS HORRIBLE. We moved in February 2020 right before Covid hit and the complex went downhill so fast! Poop and pee in the hallways, staircases and elevators probably human and animal. Trash and broken glass bottles all through the hallways, the actual trash room was always so full that people would throw their trash just in the doorway and it smelled so bad. Elevators constantly broken and constantly covered in pee on the floor or trash inside and wreaking of feces. Key fob entry was constantly broken so anyone could get into the building. No security, homeless people wandering around the area and in and out of the buildings. Assigned parking issues, they had assigned multiple people the same parking spot and then had to reassign everyone eventually because it was such an issue. Fire alarm going off at least twice a week for no reason, if there is ever a real emergency everyone is fucked cause not one person evacuates when the alarms go off cause it happens so often. We never allowed our kids to play in the open area where the playground and grass was cause dogs peed and pooped all over the turf and no one ever sanitized any of the play structures, even during Covid! I have lived in other apartments and not once have we ever had as big of an ant issue than what we had at this place, no matter how clean we kept our place or how much we sprayed they were literally inside the walls and would find anywhere to come out of! Light sockets, water faucets, our bathtub faucet and even in our washing machine! Our neighbors above us from the day we moved in continuously dropped trash, glass bottles, random stuff, dirty water and so much more onto our balcony to the point where we stopped cleaning it and decided to complain. We went into the office, we emailed and we spoke to the manager and were told that they would get back to us, a few weeks later still never heard anything and then they changed managers. This issue was brought up again to the new manager during an inspection and we were told to put a complaint in the complaint box in the office and they would get to it when they could, I'm sorry????? I am sure there were other issues going on that were more pressing but for her to see what our balcony looked like in person and for me to tell her we were trying to figure this out with the old manager and had been dealing with it for so long and to then get told that was such BS! You were never able to get ahold of the front office and when you did nothing was ever done about anything. We moved about a month ago and still nothing had been done about our balcony! Honestly this place is not worth the stress and headache! I would rather pay more in rent at a clean place that takes care of there complex and tenants than a place that only cares about the money you give them monthly and could care less about the cleanliness and health of its tenants because breathing in pee and poop daily is not sanitary whatsoever! BEWARE OF THESE APARTMENTS! The rent is not worth it!

We had our appointment set for Sunday at 9 AM, we even confirmed the previous day that the apartment we were wanting to look at was still available. Our tour was set with someone named Stefan, we show up at 9 AM on Sunday, 20 minutes goes by and nobody is in the leasing office, doors are locked and nobody was answering the phone. Kind of annoying, considering we do have a newborn and we made the drive down to Morgan hill. Eventually some man (assuming it was Stefan) unlocks the door. We walk into the leasing office and he was immediately not friendly, not welcoming, very rude and seemed annoyed we had an appointment. He said there was no appointment set and that the apartment we were there to look at was "rented yesterday" We understand things happen and there can be mix ups, etc. but what really upset me was that he looked at our stroller and said "well you're more than welcome to go look at one on the 3rd floor but there's no elevators, but go ahead and look. That's all we have available" It wasn't necessarily the statement he made, but more so his tone was super super rude. Never once did he apologize for the misunderstandings, or the fact that he was almost 30 minutes late to opening up the leasing office doors.

I came to this location very broken from a relationship gone wrong. Catherine assured me this would be a safe place and she was right. I felt very safe, safe enough to begin doing foster care, my life over the last few years has been truly blessed. The super of the complex, Bartolo, fixed any problems we had, large or small, immediately. The manager of the complex, Catherine, is absolutely amazing. She is warm, friendly, and professional. She keeps the buildings secure, and she always has a smile and a kind word for her tenants. She knows them by name, despite the fact that there are so many people living there. She even implemented a system of recycling! Every time I have gone out of town, she makes sure my apartment is safe, and on more than one occasion, she has held packages for me rather than leaving them on my doorstep. Apartments seem to be a dime a dozen, but having a person like Catherine at the helm certainly sets this complex apart! The only reason I left the complex is because I left the state. If I return to Gilroy, I shall definitely seek residency at Bellagio Villas.
