My stance shifted immediately upon arrival. Randy was extremely warm/receptive, from the moment he walked out to greet us at the car- to every detail noted on Anya's "report card" - each and every interaction on the phone- he made both my pup and I feel so comfortable right off the bat. The grooming was wonderful as well (we wanted her hair around her eyes and mouth slightly shorter and they were so sweet to do a touch up the next day!) Facility met my standards and I trusted in the young female that I left my elderly dog in the care of. Credit cards anccepted written on the table in the office. All of this changed when I returned. My dog spotted me when I pulled up and ran to the fence and was drooling and hysterical and losing his hair. He was a complete wreck. I went inside. It was greeted by an older woman, with a terrible demeanor, not the person I left my dog with. The desk says they take credit card, but this woman said she didn't know how to take a credit payment because she said her daughter was out of town. She told me I had to pay cash, which I did not have. She said I would have to go to an ATM and get cash. I had to leave my dog was obviously in bad shape in order to get cash because this person was incapable of doing her job and refused to put my dog back in my care in exchange for my drivers license as collateral for payment. If you've never heard the desperate cries of your pet that was not being taken care of watch you leave again just after you arrived, it is heart wrenching, and absolutely unnecessary. When I returned, I handed her the money and she took the longest time possible, with attitude, before retrieving my lab. My dog was a absolute wreck. I do not know what happened in that building, but it was nothing that any loving pet owner would want. My dogs was falling out. He smelled horrible of stress and was a shadow by my side for days afterwards. Best part of this whole experience is when I explained to this woman, who claims she is the owner now, how incredibly unsatisfied I was but their care of my loved family member, I was called an asshole as she walked off. I told her I would be sharing my experience on Google and yelp, to which her attitude did a complete 180 and started apologizing profusely and begged for me not to write about my experience. This place doesn't care about your pet, they only care about reputation when they're called on it. It's so very hard to find someone that's legitimately cares about another persons pet and not just a dollar. Avoid this place at all costs. This lady is evil.

We had never boarded our dogs before, so I was very apprehensive, but after reading several positive reviews, decided to make a reservation with Three Dog Ranch. We have two large great Pyrenees mixes so I requested that they be boarded in their own double bunkhouse. The staff were very kind and attentive and took the time to get to know our dogs and their unique personalities. I was able to enjoy the concert with my husband and when we picked our dogs up the following morning, they seemed happy and healthy. They did not appear distressed, and I am assuming they had a wonderful sleepover full of excitement because they slept hard the next day. Thank you Three Dog Ranch for taking such good care of my fur babies and allowing my husband and I to have a good time at the concert.

There's no AC and it could get very hot in that building including bunkhouse also some decisions they did also disgusted me like this one dog who had a poop Accediant in there kennel they told me to send him to an outdoor kennel still wet from his Accediant without anything to eat until his parents came back, two the staff seemed sweet and nice and they were a lot of nice people there including Steph but like I said.. Amber and Shay felt like they had some kind of grudge against me because whenever they interacted with me it was always.. Bitchy.. Three, this really irked me in some way because whenever someone there made a mistake there all fine.. But if I made a mistake I would get two lectures as if I was some disobedient child.. Being called in to come in on one of my days off...for remedial training.. Or have to redo the work even though I did it there way.. And finally number four.. The reason they fired me.. Was so stupid lack of attention to detail..and forgetting to lock the kennel doors.. Now locking the kennel doors I get but if you're wondering if there regular locks.. There not there actually those little charm thumb locks you hang with key chains or something.. Not actual locks and not only that Amber took one from daycare without being in any trouble.. Yet somehow I get in trouble for being a rookie.. Which I was and get fired!.. Meghan literally told me I could go at my own pace and learn as I go..im guessing the others thought differently.. Because I had only two days of training with someone then left on my own.. Of course I'd be making rookie mistakes like that.. I was a rookie.. But what's done is done.. Here's my final words to any of you who wants to be hired there.. Good luck.. If you don't fit in there so called family dynamic.. They'll probably make up some stupid excuse to get rid of you like they did with me.. Especially Amber who I caught trying to take a picture of a dirty floor when I told her I didn't clean it yet because I was in the process of cleaning one kennel because those dogs were in the void.. Prior to going to the Bark'N Lot I used the services of "Happy Pouch professionals in Kalispell for a year. They did an excellent job, just like Meagan does, but, it wasn't the $7.00 they charge for nail trims that sent me looking elsewhere, it was listening to Rain screaming at the top of her lungs repeatedly!!! I also took my daughter's Dachshund *Rocco with us, the sweetest most trustworthy mini dapple you can imagine, he rolled his lips, snared while having his nails terms. Happy Pooch groomers told both of our dogs to STOP BEING DRAMATIC!
