I took her in hoping that it wouldn't be to hard on her. She came out feeling beautiful and so proud. Her feet were trimmed nails and hair with no swelling from her arthritis, her anus glands were making her feel sick they were emptied and trimmed so she can now clean herself. I just moved into town and I realized one night I needed to find a place for my dog to go during the day as I was staying at a hotel and couldn't leave her in the room by herself! So I searched up dog daycares in the area and found this one! They were the only one open around 6pm. Called them up and they said to bring her by the next day and to register her online before coming so I did. The next morning it was super easy, got her all set up in their system and they met her and she did super well. A little about my dog; she is 15 months old, covid puppy who hasn't gotten much socializing in the past year. She is weird around new people but almost immediately loved it and the other pets here. They were able to have me leave her there that day since the meeting went well and even gave me a card with info on how I could check in and see how she's doing by their video cameras inside! After picking her up she was so tired from playing and went right to sleep! (Which is AWESOME due to her breeds high energy) Will definitely be bringing her back!! Thank you again Unleashed!!

Amazing People, Amazing Care!…read more I highly recommend The Dog Club. Every employee there is dedicated and passionate about our furry babies and their responsibility to care for them. We were passing through town and needed doggie day care for one day. Susanne, the owner, and her staff were incredibly attentive, accommodating, professional, and most importantly made our furry baby, Karma (an 85 pound 3-year old Airedale) their priority. Karma's meet-and-greet was done with utmost care and concern for not only Karma but all the other canine's being cared for that day. Our plans changed and they were very flexible, even offered to pick up Karma in the morning for a small fee that was very reasonable. Even though the meet/greet went well I was a bit nervous leaving her. When I called in later that morning, the staff gave me a thorough update on her status. I appreciated the straightforward honesty of which karma was doing OK it just took her a while to settle in. The staff said they were working with her to find the most appropriate dogs for her to play with and did some puzzles with her to get her to relax. When we picked Karma up in the afternoon she was very happy.

**Extremely Disappointed and Concerned About Safety Practices**…read more I had taken my 9-month-old Rottweiler to The Dog Club for several months, trusting that he was in a safe and professionally managed environment. Unfortunately, I later learned that the owner had knowingly allowed a highly reactive--borderline aggressive--Sheltie to interact with the general dog population for over two years. I first became aware of this dog's unstable behavior during a Saturday class led by one of the trainers, and I had hoped the situation was being responsibly managed. It was not. Eventually, I received a call notifying me that my pup had been involved in an "altercation." What actually happened was far more serious. The aggressive Sheltie had lunged at another dog, rebounded into my Rottie, and when my dog tried to set a boundary, the Sheltie escalated. My dog was left traumatized and had visible scabs on his neck after the encounter. As is often the case, the larger dog was unfairly blamed. The fact that this Sheltie had a long history of reactivity--and was still being allowed to roam freely among other dogs--is completely unacceptable. Using the general dog population as a "buffer" for this Sheltie's behavior was reckless and dangerous. Most reputable daycares would never allow this dog to remain in group settings, let alone for two years. To make matters worse, when I met with the owner to express my concerns, she took absolutely no accountability. Her proposed "solution" was to isolate my Rottie behind a gated area where he could watch other dogs play, while staff would spend one hour a day with him--an arrangement she admitted was also being used for the Sheltie. In other words, my well-adjusted, social dog was being punished for defending himself against an unstable dog who should never have been in group play in the first place. The Dog Club failed my dog, and I would strongly caution other dog owners--especially those with large breeds--to think twice before trusting this facility with their pets' well-being. The owner herself even stated that her staff cannot handle my Rottie as he is "too Strong". That should probably be put in her advertisement then!

Monica to the rescue! - We could not have been more fortunate to have the most loving, wonderful and beautiful boarding service just up the road from where we stayed in Lakeside Montana. - It's clear that Monica has our many years of love, hard work and care into her business and facilities. She went above and beyond to make sure our dog cared for as if he was one of her own. During Chip's 4-week stay, Monica gave us regular updates and paid special attention to our senior dogs needs. On top of that, she gave him easily the best grooming he's ever had. Chip didn't want to leave he was having such a nice time with Monica and the other dogs! The process to set him up was super easy as it was all online, uploaded his vaccination records & boom done! This place has both boarding as well as half & full day, daycare. The employees were super nice, knowledgeable and reported back how he did. They took care to introduce him slowly to other small dogs and our puppy was returned to us clean & very tired from all the fun he had! If & when we're back in the area, we'll for sure let him play here again!
