He provided good communication and transportation for that two-hour trip, and so when I needed a transporter to move my wife from Rancho Mirage to St. George, Utah - a long 7-hr drive and potentially troublesome trip - I went with Buddy again. His quoted price was the most affordable, but based on his previous work for my wife and me, I trusted his ability to deliver her to me safely. He was very patient and flexible while working with me on payment and my changing move date. Before transporting my wife, Buddy took the time to ask me questions related to my wife's favorite comfort zones for a long trip: what was her favorite music, videos, snacks, beverages? Did she prefer stops at a gas station or rest stop? What was her favorite fast food restaurant? Based on my experience with dementia, I felt Buddy also had experience with patients and what gives them comfort by his pertinent questions. I had to choose a very early start time and he arrived for pick-up promptly at 0600 after having to make a drive over an hour just to get there. Communication was great. His drive-time was very efficient and timely, and I could tell by my wife's state of mind upon exiting his very nice transport van that she not only enjoyed the long drive but had made friends with Buddy and his crew...incredible. They helped me move her belongings into the facility's lobby before returning home. Finding the right facility was incredibly stressful. Transporting my wife safely across two states was just as important. I am very grateful for Buddy Pacheco's work and experience. I would use his service again. [Note: I knew Buddy took care of my wife when I saw the take-out bags from In-N-Out in his van...just like I told him that was her favorite fast food joint!]

We have three kids, now all adults, and have been coming here for years since they were young…read more We've been here for everything from sports physicals and injuries to sick visits, and all of the doctors and PAs we've seen have been thorough, knowledgeable, and great with all of us. There have been times when the wait was long, even with an appointment, but other visits have been quick. Regardless, the wait has always been worth it because we've consistently received great care. It's hard to find a place you trust for your family over so many years, and we've always been very happy with the care we've received here. Highly recommend!

I had some scratches on my feet that the donation center would preclude me from donating without specifically receiving an explanation of the itching and a validation that I am safe to donate plasma. That literally required no more than a sentence or two on a provided form accompanied by an office stamp. I was informed by the office staff that the provider would not be willing to provide a diagnosis and treatment plan so that I could donate plasma. Now, I have to find another urgent care who is willing to stamp the form and write a couple sentences after seeing me in the office. Just inconvenient. They recommended that I see my primary. Well, I would but it's Saturday. Bummer.

I've been sick for 18 months and they just finally gave me a diagnosis. Luckily it's not cancer. It's just something it's just a bunch of ulcers that have stopped me from eating and making me sick to my stomach I appreciate all the great care I was given at this facility and I think the nurse who gives the IV her name is Juliana and she gets 10+ stars for me

My relative has been here for over four years, and Mary has spent a lot of time helping my relative (and me) getting SSI and other paperwork sorted out, along with assisting us with various other matters. She is overseeing (approximately) 125 residents, I think she is doing an awesome job. She takes the time to talk to my relative and make sure he is matched with the right roommate, and meal companion which is very important. Pilar, who used to work in the assisted living facility, was also great. She was very proactive in transferring his medications from another facility and pharmacies. Even though she moved to a different position within the facility, she always takes the time to chat with my family member. My relative enjoys living there, participates in the activities, and enjoys hanging out with the new friends he has made. I also want to say that the staff works hard to maintain a great place for all residents to live

The staff does a great job caring for the residents, with Pilar and Mary standing out in particular. Mary can be direct, but she knows her job thoroughly, runs a tight ship, and gets things done. Pilar has also provided dedicated, reliable care throughout his time here. Judging the character or competence of the staff based on appearance is completely unfair. Having tattoos or body art doesn't make anyone less capable of providing quality care. What matters is the work they do, and this team consistently shows up for the residents. The facility is consistently cleaned and well-kept. In nearly three years of regular visits, I have never seen bugs or pests in his room or any of the common areas. The staff works hard to maintain a good environment, and it shows.
