My second time here, and it's continuing to impress!…read more My husband ordered the Cowboy Grilled Cheese, which he LOVED. When I tasted it, I found it quite straight-forward and satisfying. Warm pulled pork and melted cheddar inside a perfectly buttered and pan-toasted envelope of thick-cut white bread. The real star was the bread: impossibly light and airy. Yum :) I ordered the Chicken with Kale Pesto Sandwich and specially requested it on a croissant bun. Wow. The grilled chicken breast was absolutely moist and juicy! The bacon was thick, the pesto fresh, and the croissant bun the perfect combination of crispy, chewy, and buttery. Since I'm a saucy sandwich kind of girl, I ordered extra mayo and hot sauce on the side, which I mixed together to slather on each bite separately. And yes, it was GOOD. The Padre's Hot Sauce, apparently made by a local man (whose daughter happened to be our server today), was a revelation. Both the mild "Yellow Jacket" and hot "Bodacious" are made through a lacto-fermentation process that results in a luscious, complex chili flavor without the harsh vinegar edge that you get with most hot sauces. My hat's off to Mr. Padre for your delicious and painstakingly created hot sauce and to Paris West for featuring this superior, locally-produced artisanal product! I'm actually grateful that their espresso machine was on the fritz today, because I would not have otherwise tried their drip coffee, which was a special edition small batch dark roast, whose name escapes me. It was fantastic. And we culminated our meal with dessert: carrot cake for my hubby and Orange & Sugar crêpes for me. I found the carrot cake unpleasantly cold, dense, and barely carroty, topped with uninspiring cream cheese frosting and untoasted pecans - pass. The crêpes, on the other hand, were wonderful. Perfectly thin, uniform, and tender. With a thin brushing of orange marmalade inside and, be still my heart, a syrup-poached orange slice garnishing each folded pancake. I think a nice dollop of homemade whipped cream would've sent this dish over the top, but then I can be an over-the-top sort of person, so maybe don't listen to me :) Long story short, it was a fantastic mid-week brunch, and we will be back soon! I hope you'll join us :)

However, the place smells like mildew immediately when you walk in, we were sat at a table with a gross, matted, dirty mustard colored sofa, and the glass plates showed every fingerprint. I ordered breakfast and asked for hot chocolate. It was warm, brown water. Again, waiter was awesome, but the rest of the place just wasn't.

Paris West - Overly lit and chairs are too short. Our table had two bars in the way of our feet so they had to go on top of it. Kind of awkward.

We dined with our family at Hathaway's / Little America Cheyenne and left extremely disappointed…read more After a 40-minute wait, our Cowboy Burgers arrived cold, completely dry, and with no sauce whatsoever. For $20+ per plate this was worse than fast food quality. I was hungry so I forced it down, but it was unacceptable. The service made it even worse. Our server and the rest of the young staff seemed inexperienced and checked on us exactly zero times. No one asked how the food was, no refills, no follow-up -- nothing. Another couple seated near us was also complaining out loud that their steaks were terrible. This felt like textbook ripoff: charging resort prices for frozen/pre-made food poorly executed by staff who weren't properly trained or supervised. The grounds and hotel look nice on the surface, but the restaurant operation is failing hard.Because of this experience, we will never eat here again and will not be staying at Little America Cheyenne in the future. Strongly recommend travelers look elsewhere for food in Cheyenne. Management -- especially Food & Beverage Director Shawna Sutherland -- should address food quality, kitchen timing, and staff training immediately before more guests walk away angry.

This restaurant is so fun! It is like a game of iSpy with how many things cover every inch of this…read morespace. It has so much character. The menu is huge and a bit overwhelming. I settled on the Cajun chicken sand. My kids got the mac and cheese, and my husband got a steak. Everyone liked their food. All sandwiches and burgers come with unlimited fries. They already gave me enough fries on my plate though, so I did not need to ask for a refill of them. I really liked my sandwich! The chicken was perfectly cooked and nice and juicy, and it was very flavorful even with being chicken breast and not fried. I also got a vodka cranberry it was I believe $5 for the rail option which wasn't bad. This was not a happy hour price either. Overall, I am glad we stopped in! For dinner time there was a bit of a wait, but if you come during lunch time you should have no problem getting a table.

They have a very large menu so I recommend looking ahead of time to see what section you might have more interest in. I ended up getting the bang bang shrimp tacos with a side of hushpuppies and they didn't disappoint. If you're one for decor and seeing all sorts of things, this is a place for you! There is not a blank spot on any of the walls here, there is so much to look at. I think the hotdog statue might be my favorite wacky item.
