They have ruined our bathroom countertops and faucets by using abrasive bristle brushes. The fixtures are just a couple of months old and now, they're full of scratches. 2. I had explicitly asked for oven cleaning while scheduling the cleaning. But the cleaners didn't get oven cleaning spray on the day of cleaning. 3. Cleaning is below average as well. Shower door has soap scum/spots all over. When asked, the cleaning lady told that she needs a special cleaning solution/spray for that. But when I tried using scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaner, I was able to clean it. 4. Stove has greasy spots. Overall, very poor cleaning. Hire them at your own risk.

At one point I watched as a team member cleaned in the gap between where the hardwood floor and the baseboard should connect, but since it's and older house these had become warped and dirt had gotten between there. I didn't think I needed to let a professional cleaning company know to use a soft sponge on stainless steel. The owner did reach out to try and fix it or give me a small concession.
