Many thanks to Carol, Abigail, and Lucia for saving me hours on a job I would have done poorly I needed a deep clean of a long-neglected unit at the back of the property that was being used for storage, sort of like a glorified tool shed to which the outside had started to invade. Getting a quote via text was easy, and they were able to schedule me a few days out. I texted occasionally with questions that came up and they always got back to me within 30 minutes. For the day of the job: they had a cancellation and offered to bump up my appointment, which was great. Carol, Abigail, and Lucia showed up on time and were very friendly. Honestly I was embarrassed to show them the condition of the unit, but they got right to work and are obviously extremely skilled, as this was a very tough job. I was really pleased not only with how thoroughly they cleaned it, but also how efficiently. I also opted for a deep clean of an area rug, which looks very good now. After this experience, I'm planning to hire BerryClean to clean the rest of the rugs, as well as a deep clean of my home when the time comes. I didn't do too much price comparison, but this is really hard work, and the quote seemed fair to me. It's not the type of work you want to cut corners on. Great customer service was the icing on the cake.

There were a couple areas left untouched (entryway table and above the fridge) and a broken candlestick. I understand mistakes happen, but it was not reported, just propped up to hide that it was broken. I reported the issue and a service rep got back to me and ending up giving me a small refund of $40. Despite these issues, I was still planning to give them another try. Fast forwards several weeks, I received a text message about a promo and decided to move forward with booking, with a willingness to commit to several cleanings with this company. I was told that I had been scheduled and confirmed, only for 10 min later to receive another message stating "After reviewing availability and internal guidelines, we're not able to move forward with this promotion." I asked if this was because of my feedback from my initial appointment and received no response. I then decided to try calling and it was at the time I realized that I was blocked. I find this very weird and unprofessional, and thusly would not recommend their services.

For a few years, I had a regular house cleaning service come every 3-4 weeks. But then I moved, and…read moremy old cleaner wasn't traveling to the new area. I used Yelp to look at 8-9 different house cleaning providers in the area, read all of the reviews, asked about prices, etc. I found that Ana's Detailed House Cleaning presented as the best option for me: prices were reasonable, ratings and reviews indicated they did good work and had been doing it for quite a few years, and above all else they were very responsive over Yelp's messaging service. While I did see a few 1 and 2-star ratings, after reading those reviews I found most of them to be weird complaints from years and years ago. They're not indicative of current service. The promptness and attentiveness, combined with being intentional about explaining their services and answering questions in a reasonable amount of time, showed to me they were taking their work seriously. I started with a Deep Cleaning, which was just finished today. They did a great job. They caught little issues other house cleaners have ignored (dust under the fridge, for example) and went above and beyond to make the beds in a nice and well-presented manner. They were also friendly to my cats. I'm looking forward to having them come regularly.

However, towards the end…read morewhen the owner didn't accompany her husband and the other employees they weren't as thorough with cleanings (spilled cat food and didn't clean it up, didn't vacuum cat hair on the stairs). We overlooked it as the owner would still come with them about every other time and things went well when she was there and the rate was good. However, the last time they were there they left the house and completely left our back door completely wide open and our cat got out. This was a huge oversight, and when I reached out to the owner about it she responded by saying that her husband said we would just leave our back door like that, so it was on us. Unfortunately, we couldn't move forward with using them regardless of how thorough she had been because when her husband was here he wasn't thorough and lost our cat (luckily we found her later that night), and he also didn't even respect us enough to own up to something he did or apologize, so we didn't feel comfortable having him in our home again.

From the very beginning of our interaction, Armando was professional and communicative. His hourly quote and estimate of the time it would take were spot on. He also called a couple of days before the service to follow up on my request to have very high second story outdoor window cleaning as part of it. He set an accurate expectation, which I truly appreciated! Once they were underway with the cleaning, Armando checked in now and then, asked my preferences on several mini projects within the cleaning, and delivered excellent results. I had a gnarly monstrosity of a stove top I'd breathed in scary amounts of toxic fumes trying to get clean and eventually gave up on. I'm embarrassed to post the pic but I want to just to demonstrate how great a job they did! (The black areas in the pic are where the paint was already scraped off.) I will absolutely be calling on Cleen Earth for ongoing maintenance cleaning. Armando described himself as a perfectionist, which was clear to me with the way he cleaned, and which is exactly what you want in home cleaners!! I would give 6 stars if I could!

I appreciate that Lesvia came out a day early to assess the project and provide an accurate price. I found that to be very professional. Since I helped a family member get her home ready to fully move back into after remodeling work, meeting Lesvia made my family member more comfortable. Confidence soared when Lesvia, the same person who gave us the price, returned the next morning to do the cleaning. I cannot say enough positive praise about Lesvia. She is professional, prompt, detailed, and asked several times how we wanted an area to be cleaned. Lesvia works very hard and it showed beautifully in her work. I value her caring about her work and client satisfaction. Not only was the home so shiny when she finished, we did not have any traces of drywall dust anywhere. Her attention to detail was incredible. Without doubt, we will hire her again for a more regular cleaning service once my family member is fully moved-in and settled.
