I saw Miss Ruby at a bridal show, and booked my appointment there which allowed me to get the Signature Plus Experience (which comes with bubbly and a few snacks) without the fee! Even without that, the experience was great. My bridal consultant was so sweet and helpful and not pushy. I felt comfortable the entire experience. I had other bridal appointments later in the day, but I cancelled them because I found my dress at Miss Ruby. I felt that they had a good collection, understood my vision well, and had fair prices. Miss Ruby Boutique was the best bridal shopping experience that I have ever had! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Peyton at the front desk who was friendly and offered us beverages. It was a warm and welcoming environment. Hope helped me find my wedding dress and she was beyond amazing. Hope was knowledgeable, kind, personable, and she picked out the top two dresses that I tried on (she knew me well!). I appreciated how she included my family in the process while also being mindful of my preferences and opinions. Hope has the perfect personality for this and I will always appreciate that she found my wedding dress. Any bride will be lucky to work with Hope! Finding it was quite interesting with street parking, walking through an alleyway past about two buildings and had to keep looking at signs to find my way. Once we entered into a beautiful boutique atmosphere, we were greeted with a friendly smile and had our own consultant in our own spacious section. Review My bridal party and I went to Miss Rubys to find bridesmaids dresses. Initially my sister and I went ahead of time to discuss color palette and vision with our consultant. They knew going into our appointment that we had 6 girls coming. All of which were picking a different colors,fabric and style. Upon arriving our stylist showed us where the dresses were and pretty much said here they are go ahead and look, showed us the fitting room and periodically asked if we needed assistance. There was no structure to the appointment what so ever. Toward the ends of the appointment we still hadn't found a dress for my sister, I was told we were running out of time so she would start sizing girls. By the time she had sized the first 2 we decided on a gown for my sister and she told us she was running late for her next appointment so she had to continue sizing and to speed up the process was bringing in another stylist to help. 2 of my bridesmaids told her they were in weight loss medication and had been for about a year. The sample sizes they tried on fit them so they only wanted to size up about one size. The stylist insisted that they size up about three sizes bigger than what they were trying on when my one bridesmaid literally argued it she was told " honey. Don't worry trust me it will be fine". Upon those two dresses arriving, both dresses were huge. One bridesmaid was told she would be able to alter, but likely would cost more to alter the size down then to just buy a different dress. The other bridesmaids dress was so large you could quite literally fit two people in it. we were told it was because it was stretch velvet. (OK if the dress stretches, why would you order her three sizes larger than what she had even tried on?) another bridesmaid picked out a dress in a violet/red color. The designer that made the dress I was told offered a color that was almost identical, shown a swatch & when I said the swatch seemed red, I was told not to worry that it's hard to tell on a swatch but when it's a full gown, it looks different so I was assured that the color would not be red, but would be violet toned upon receiving the dress. The dress is definitely red..at best, burgundy . Upon picking up the dress, I told them I didn't like the color and it didn't seem like what she had tried on and I was told if I "absolutely couldn't live with the color" to let them know . when we contacted the Bridal store I was told essentially it's my fault because that's what I picked even though I was assured something different. we were told to send pictures of the original dress she tried on and pictures of the dress that she was given. The girl on the phone agreed that the color was not the same at all, then we were contacted by a separate stylist and told that's the color that I picked and I knew that would be the color... I again explained that the stylist at the time told me the color would in fact have a violet hue and be very close to what we originally picked, not to mention one of the bridesmaids with the oversized dress also had the same issue where her color was way lighter than what it was supposed to be.. luckily her color is usable but the size isnt. We were told that they don't accept returns, refunds or exchanges because all gowns are custom ordered... yet if you read other complaints their responses state that gowns are in fact NOT custom made. In fact one of the designers that we ordered from we contacted and they stated that the bridal store is able to return dresses within 30 days of receiving them. This experience has been awful. 3 of my 6 bridesmaids have had issues with their dresses regarding color and size.. and are having to purchase a second dress 4 months before my wedding. We went in to try and rectify the situation and I was told essentially I can get 20% off of a new dress, and that if it made me feel better the original consultant didn't work there any longer .. okay? I'm the one dealing with the repercussions of an employee that didn't do there job correctly. Then told they'll definitely take this into consideration for the future bridesmrk provide the best service.... Like OKAY but I'm glad I just apparently didn't deserve that same experience. It's unacceptable and quite frankly insulting. No matter if you take out one mess up there's still two more to deal with. if your stylists can't properly do their job then maybe they should be sent back to training. e would've been better off ordering from an online site and doing measurements ourselves.. this store came highly recommended to me and honestly I would've been better off at David's bridal or BirdyGrey. Don't waste your time or your money like my girls did! One bridesmaid is $550+ into 2 dresses, the other is about $500 into 2 dresses and the other at least $200 into alterations.. on top of her dress cost and all I got out of them was an "I'm sorry.." I live in Minnesota but have family near Chicago so I made the drive to Milwaukee for a weekend of exploring and trying on dresses. I was struggling to find a place that offered the designers I liked AND allowed more than one guest when trying on gowns until I discovered Miss Ruby. I expected the building to be difficult to find but didn't have any issues. There were plenty of signs to point you in the right direction, all while leading you through a really neat building. Additionally, we had no problem finding parking nearby. I worked with Glo who was just amazing. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses so I didn't know what to expect and to be honest, I wasn't looking forward to it. She made the process so simple and I felt so comfortable with her guidance. After about an hour of trying on various styles, I went back-and-forth with a few dresses and ultimately ended up saying "yes" to one of the dresses. She made the experience so special for all involved. I never felt pressured and she truly made me feel beautiful and well taken care of. A few months later, I returned with my fiancée and her family to find a dress for her. Once again, Glo was awesome and we were able to find another perfect dress. The staff were super accommodating in letting us try our dresses on together & take all the pictures and videos our hearts desired. They don't do alterations but offer suggestions on places that do. Additionally, they work with you to have your dress delivered should you not be able to pick it up in person. In all, it was such a great experience. I came here with a friend who is in the market for a dress. It's a little hard to find, but that's about the only negative. It's a nice space with a lot of dresses, but not so many that you're overwhelmed. As for dress styles, they did seem really similar with many variations on just a few silhouettes, but then again, it's wedding dresses and that's to be expected. Full disclosure, I was married in 1998 so all I can say is that prices and materials have greatly expanded in the past 20 years; however, I didn't think the prices were extreme or that painful. Plus they were running a sale so some dresses were really reasonable. My friend's consultant was Sara and she was an absolute dream. At no point did she hard sell or pressure my friend to make a choice. She offered up reasonable timelines and had the prices for common alterations on hand. Sara handled all our questions and concerns with good humor and didn't mind stripping every mannequin in the place! Jimmy also offered up some excellent information about the designer of the dress my friend chose, including offering to contact the designer with very specific questions. In the end my friend chose a beautiful dress and she's going to get some customization done to it. The process was very painless. They ask for half the money at the time of purchase and the rest when she picks up the dress in about 6 months. That's one piece of advice I can give--their dresses take about 6 months to come in so Miss Ruby's might not be the place to go for a last minute dress unless you're able to buy right off the rack. With the purchase of a dress the bridesmaid dresses qualify for a 10% discount. We didn't look at those, but they appeared to have a very extensive collection in a rainbow of colors. A little bit of an update to my original review. During my initial appointment I expressed a few elements of my chosen dress that I didn't love. The waist line they proposed a fix to with ordering some extra applique - awesome! However I paid a couple hundred $$ for that which ended up being about four times the amount of applique that I could have needed. A bit disappointing when they were so diligent about my budget during my dress selection. Secondly, I expressed a dislike of the zipper under the buttons on the sheer back. I found out after some research once my dress had been ordered that there was a style option with functional buttons and no zipper. I wish the stylist would have been diligent at exploring if that was an option. Miss Ruby was simply apologetic rather than providing any type of appeasement. I ended up paying for significant alterations to that back. Overall, I still had a great in-store shopping experience day-of! The follow-up was just much more work to get my dress in my hands and into my dream dress. read more

Let it be known, that even if the people at Miss Ruby's don't give a crap about you, they make you feel like they care about you. Their customer service is seriously on point. This is the #1 reason for the stars. Everything else was just fine. The boutique is downtown, down a brick alley in an old building. They seem to be adding other businesses in this area. They have an elevator for the building, but it wasn't working when I went, so you have to walk up a flight of stairs; it's on the second floor. It's kind of confusing, but nothing to get your panties in a twist about. They greeted us when we got in and our stylist was really friendly. I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy any of their dresses. The stylist gave me a lot of positive feedback and was very nice. She had a lot of advice. This place would have gotten more stars if they had more size options to try on, as well as more budget friendly options. Their sale rack is very small. If you're not willing to spend at the very least, $1,100 your options will be very limited. I can't justify spending that much money on a dress I'll wear once. They also had dresses on sale if you walked out with the dress right then and there, dress as is. Some of the dresses were tattered; obviously worn. If you go to their site, they also state there that if you are a first time customer and book during a weekday, you can get $100 off your dress. I'd double check that though. And it might not be combined with anything else. They have dresses for plus size women, but again, it's very limited. I was able to try on about 4 dresses. The stylist said they had another plus size woman, so that she probably had other dresses. Overall I had a very good experience. A family friend got her dress from Miss Ruby's. I think this boutique is worth checking out. They follow up through email and a nice phone call. Again, their customer service is on point. read more

When I found Miss Ruby's online I thought it would be the perfect place to find my wedding dress. They seemed to have a great selection and the dresses that they had fit nicely within my budget. When my mom and bridal party arrived, we had an impossible time getting in. The entrance is in the back of the building. We followed all of the signs and ended up at a door that required us to by buzzed in. We called up to the botique, and they said it would be just a minute and they would buzz us in. We waited a few minutes and nothing happened so we called again. This time no one answered. We waited another five minutes and luckily someone came along that was able to let us into the building. This did not seem like a good start. When we got to the salon, I had pictures of all of the dresses I liked, and I showed my stylist all of them. She asked my to point out my favorite, and I did. After talking for a few minutes about my weddings, style, etc., she sent my bridesmaids and I shopping in the racks. The dresses that I tried on were those that we picked off the rack - she didn't pull a single dress that I had picked in advance. The only dress she did recommend I try on was strapless - and my one requirement was that my dress must have straps. I tried on probably 10-12 dresses, none of which were "the dress". By that point I was done, and ready to come back another day. But instead of just closing out the appointment, they had me put on the dress that I had liked, and then my stylist and another one who was working started telling me and my group that some people don't have a moment where they know they found their dress, and maybe it's just about the fit and I shouldn't necessarily expect an "ah ha!" moment. They were strongly pushing me to buy a dress that wasn't quite right, just so they could make a sale. I lucked out and got another appointment at a salon nearby later that afternoon, where I found my dream dress - and had that moment where you just know. I'm glad I trusted my gut and walked away instead of falling for their sales pitch. If they hadn't been so pushy at the end of my appointment I probably would have come back and gotten a dress there, but I'm glad I didn't. read more

Update: A very nice woman named Grace has helped me the past few days, and she let me know they were attending a conference the last few days so it was hectic for them. She very kindly waived the fee for the extra fabric, and that was very much appreciated. __________________________________ My brother's fiance has ordered her wedding dress through this shop, so the bridesmaids are also ordering through Miss Ruby's. So far, I've had a frustrating experience attempting to order my bridesmaid dress. I live in Madison, so I went to a local shop here to get my measurements. I called Miss Ruby's a month ago to gives them my measurements and order the dress, but since I am planning on being 6 months pregnant at the time of the wedding, I asked for opinions on what size to order. The girl I spoke with said she would speak with their seamstress and get back to me. 2 weeks went by, so I called back and spoke with someone else. She informed me that I should get 3 sizes up from my normal measurements, and that I would be able to order a longer top (the dress is 2 pieces) and extra fabric to accommodate the fact that I will be pregnant. She told me that she would type it all up in an e-mail and send it for me to look over, and then I could place the order. 2 more weeks went by, and I still hadn't heard from anyone nor had I received an e-mail, so I called them again. The woman I spoke with the third time said that ordering extra fabric would be a moot point, and that she would need to check with the designer to find out if a longer top could be ordered. As of now, I am still waiting on a call back to find out if the longer top can be ordered, and it has been 2 days since I last spoke with Miss Ruby's. It's frustrating to have to chase after them to order this dress, and it seems like no one is on the same page over there. I am really hoping this situation improves, because I really want to get this dress ordered in a timely manner for my brother's wedding. read more

When shopping with my bridesmaids for their dresses, Miss Ruby was our first stop. A friend of mine got her bridesmaids dresses there and I really liked them so I was excited to check it out. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see such a big selection of bridesmaids dresses! I told my girls to go nuts & pull whatever they wanted to try on, and they pulled A LOT! We all went in a big fitting room together which was really nice because they all got to try on every dress & see what each other looked like in them. After we left we went to another bridal store in Brookfield and were really disappointed in how small their selection was - which just totally sealed the deal on our original choice from Miss Ruby! Miss Ruby was really accommodating with getting the girls measurements (I have bridesmaids that live far away/out of state), and they were always friendly & helpful. I also ordered some extra material so my girls could have straps made and Miss Ruby made that process really easy too! I just picked up my girls dresses last weekend and they're GORGEOUS! I recently moved to WI from MA and found Miss Ruby online a few months ago when I was scoping out the area. To my surprise, I recently became engaged, and started planning a September wedding. With such a short timeframe, I assumed I would have to buy a sample, and went to Miss Ruby because of the sample sale. I loved this place online, loved it from the windows, and loved it even more upon entering! The shop is small, but the dress selection is amazing!! I love the classic yet retro feel. Bridal, bridesmaid, accessories...all amazing. I was looking for something very specific and didn't find it in the sample sale, but Erin was EXTREMELY helpful. No appointment is needed to shop the sample sale, but an appointment is needed for regular bridal gowns. I showed up with no appointment, and she helped me try non-sample dresses. She also offered to check with a designer to see if changes could be made to the dress to fit my needs and to see if the dress order could be rushed to fit my deadline. It was a yes to both! I emailed her many, many questions over the week since I tried my dress, and just placed my order today! She was knowledgeable, responsive, and so sweet, making a process I was dreading painless. (The only hard part was having to choose only one.) Prior to Miss Ruby, I had gone to David's Bridal because I thought I would have to buy a sample, and they have plenty. The consultant kept trying to put me in chiffon and satin - I told her I hate chiffon and I'm getting married on the beach. Who wants to wear heavy satin in the 90 degree heat? - She was aggressive, calling me twice in one week. This was a completely different experience. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! After reading reviews, I honestly have no clue how they have great ones. I went in for a bridesmaid fitting. I told the employee the bridal party name which she looked up, then directed me to 2 racks of dresses and said "you get to pick 4 from these selections and then we'll narrow down which one you want". Umm, there were at LEAST 20 different dresses on the 2 racks so I went back to her and said "no, I saw the 4 styles I get to pick from already and those aren't it". She looked at her computer again VERY annoyed and said "ok". Then went to pull the 4 dresses I actually DID get to pick from. Side note- what if i would've picked one, per her instructions, and ordered one that wasn't even picked from the bride?! So yes, with a few sighs she pulled the 4 dresses. The first one I tried on was at least 12 sizes too big which is totally fine- you clip it to get an idea. When I came out, the sales lady asked ME "do you want me to pull it back?" UMM- YES! She measured and came out with a size 10. I thought that was odd.. I'm usually a 2-4. She was completely satisfied with this until i said "I'm sorry, I think that came out funky". Again, she seemed offended and handed the measuring tape to another associate and asked her to try, meanwhile this girl just walked away. The other lady measured me and got near. Whatever. I was done. The size sounded a little big but the new lady promised it'd be "perfect". Fast forward 1.5 months: I get my dress. It's huge. But I wouldn't step foot in Miss Ruby again. I spend even more money getting it tailored and NOW it really is "perfect". I'm heading to find Express Alterations, as they did an AMAZING job fixing what Miss Ruby couldn't. Disclaimer: I am so easy to please. Yet when a place is more expensive, you expect to get better service and a better product. For a wedding I was in last month, I had 3 times a better experience at David's Bridal. :/ read more

When planning our wedding, I was not particularly excited about dress shopping. Plus-size shopping is always kind of a crapshoot, and it felt like a pretty public way to showcase my insecurities. My mom talked me in to going shopping with her while I was home to do wedding prep - "just one store!" - and I agreed, and I am SO GLAD that we wound up at Miss Ruby. Thanks to the wonderful staff, I tried on just a handful of dresses before finding the one for me. They were able to work with me on pricing and made it easy to handle ordering and pickup as a long-distance bride. Stephanie is no longer with them - she moved! - but hot dang, if every bridal fitting consultant could be like her I would wish it to be so. See, I'm not into this whole wedding dress thing, so I stopped by during a sample sale to acclimate to the idea of this whole process. Stephanie was uber-professional and super nice, and once she sensed my vibe/attitude, she adjusted and let her "guard" down and we were able to just be fun and friendly. It was great. I have a whole year before the big day, so no doubt I'll be heading to different boutiques here and in CHI as well as combing the internet for "the one." (Also, there is no "the one" there's only "the one I like the most at any given time that isn't a bazillion dollars." I just can't justify spending like crazy on a dress you'll wear only once... ) That said, I'd have no problem returning to Miss Ruby and giving them another shot; I'll probably do just that over the winter months for sure. :) read more

I ended up finding a dress I liked and then went back later in the day to purchase. The next time I came in for a fitting when the dress came in (about 5.5 months later- had to call a few times to ask about the status) it was a little more rushed since there was another large group in. I was surprised that the dress wasn't held though until closer to the wedding for me and that they had no on staff alterations person, as I remember hearing that the first time. I did get a recommendation for a fantastic alterations person, Pamela Healy, from them though. She was worth every penny and was so nice to work with. Her work is incredible and you could barely even see the bustle buttons on the intricate lace pattern I had on my dress. Would definitely recommend her to anyone. As a whole, Miss Ruby has pretty dresses and good service. I would make sure to double confirm the logistics before purchasing though so as you are not surprised later on by timing, alterations, or storage. read more

I had an excellent experience at Miss Ruby's. It is a cute little boutique with a good selection of dresses. I worked with both Jackie and Jimmy over 2 appointments. Both made me feel so welcome and relaxed for my dress shopping experience. I really liked that I didn't feel pressured to buy a dress right away but was also met with a great amount of enthusiasm and excitement. I went to Miss Ruby because I wanted a small boutique experience. I went with several family members and it was beautiful to be all together. I went to Bliss Bridal to buy my gown because of the price and over experience I had there. I felt a little uncomfy at Miss Ruby and the price was higher than other bridal boutiques. read more

Do not purchase a dress here if you need it shipped. I purchased two dresses for my bridesmaids, who live in different states. The dresses were shipped to the boutique, which, as I understand it, does a quality check before shipping them off to the recipient. Miss Ruby confirmed the shipping addresses with me on a Wednesday. The dresses had not arrived by the following Thursday. So, I contacted the store to request tracking information. In response, Miss Ruby informed me that the dresses were "missed" by USPS, and were sitting in the store. I requested that they be over-nighted (my wedding is in 7 weeks, which they known), and have yet to receive a response. Absolutely unacceptable. That's not my only complaint. I made a bridesmaid consultation appointment to peruse dresses on my own. I really wanted to see colors in person. They did not carry in store one designed they represent to carry on their website. So, it was somewhat of a failed trip. I ordered the dresses there anyway because I could not order them through the bridal boutique I bought my dress from, which is fabulous. (If you ship in Boston, check out Flair Bridal on Newbury Street). I then checked out one of their styling nights. The invite said styling night went from 4 to 8 (or something like that), and you could respond by email. I did. When I arrived, they told me I needed an appointment. After I pointed out that I had RSVP'd as directed, a very nice consultant helped me out. Their selection was very limited. All silver and rhinestones. No gold. read more

I purchased my wedding dress at Miss Ruby and was impressed with their service throughout the experience. Staff: All of their staff members were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable whenever I would call or email them with questions. When I went for my first appointment, my consultant was awesome. She listened to what I wanted and made recommendations, and after I tried on each dress she would be sure to ask me my opinion without my family around to verify what I was thinking. When I tried on dresses for the second time in the appointment, she would summarize mine and my family's opinions so I could remember what everyone thought - I was so amazed at her organization! Dresses: Although Miss Ruby had a smaller selection than other stores I went to, the quality and beauty of their dresses was much better than other stores. I was looking for a lace dress and had tons of options. Although the dresses were more expensive than other stores, they were much more comfortable (which was really important to me!). Other Perks: When you buy your dress on your first appointment they give you a discount. They also pop champagne for you and your guests when you say yes to the dress which was really fun! The garment bag they provide for your dress when you purchase it is also great quality and durable. Alterations: Miss Ruby doesn't have anyone in-store who does alterations, but they provide a list of recommendations. I utilized Pam with Castle Clique Designs and she was AMAZING- very talented and worth every dollar! I absolutely loved my wedding dress and was thrilled with my Miss Ruby experience. Not enough stars could be given! Bought my wedding dress here and had the most amazing experience. The staff could not be better. Meg was my bridal consultant and words could describe how awesome she was. She was so intuitive and able to help me understand what I did or didn't like then was able to find another option. I never felt pressured to say yes to a dress (which you will find is common in a bridal salon). The other staff members were so sweet and happy when I said yes! Overall, I had a great experience trying on dresses and even purchased my dress here. It went downhill after I said "yes." They have a small collection of dresses, but all of the dresses were amazing. They were all on trend and nothing was basic. This made selecting my dress difficult, because all of the dresses I tried on were beautiful and fairly inexpensive. My bridal consultant was friendly, helpful, and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. I was down to two, and she still let me put both back on a few times. I had to deduct two stars for four reasons: 1) They did not measure me correctly. They added inches to my hips - they told me to stand with my feet shoulder width apart instead of together. I knew the number she wrote down was incorrect, but when I told her and asked to size down, she dismissed my concerns. I trusted her since it is bridal sizing and I am not the expert on it. She said it'd be much bigger up top but it'd fit my hips. When my dress came in...it was 2 sizes too big on my hips and 3-4 at my waist and bust. It is going to cost a TON in alterations since my dress is all lace. I think it is rather unacceptable to not know how to properly measure. Even more unacceptable for me to pay so much in alterations for a mistake they made. 2) The selection of veils is small and almost all look very cheap. They need to find a better collection for veils. 3) The bridesmaid gowns are great, but nothing is under $150. They need cheaper options. I will be looking elsewhere for my maids. 4) The new location has terrible lighting - not sure if it is the sun or the lights they use. My pictures from trying on dresses in the old location had wonderful lighting. It looked ethereal. The new location made everything look yellow and overexposed in photos when I went to pick up my dress. read more

Terrible! My daughter bought a wedding dress from here and ordered some lace to make her veil. When COVID hit, no one ever contacted us about the lace. It is now over 1- year ago and she is still without the lace. They have not contacted her a single time and I have tried repeatedly to get some answers. I would not recommend this Bridal shop to anyone. read more

Dress shopping during a pandemic is not what I expected to be dealing with but Miss Ruby made the experience feel fun and safe. Everyone had masks on in the store and hand sanitizer was provided! I knew going into the store that I wanted to buy a dress that day. My stylist Hannah Claire listened to my style ideas and kept me within my budget with a designer I liked. Everything was gorgeous and they had many different silhouettes and styles to choose from. I was very torn between two dresses and Hannah Claire brought me some water to drink and a little popcorn snack to calm my nerves. The blood sugar boost did the trick! I was able to choose my dress and really liked that she let me try on the same dress about a million times to help me choose. I never felt pressured or rushed in any way. I appreciated that she was very upfront about the fact that the dress was being made specifically for me and that there are no returns. I also liked the suggestions for tailors and information about when I could pick up the dress. This is important info and I'm glad that I had it before signing on the dotted line. If you like the collections and the dresses are within your budget Miss Ruby is a great and COVID precaution friendly place to shop. read more

I live currently live in Texas, but am having a Nov 2013 wedding in Milwaukee. After many disappointing appointments at other bridal salon chains, I decided to wait until I went home to look at any more dresses. A friend of mine recommended Miss Ruby bridal salon, so on a recent trip home we decided to check it out. We first stopped at a couple other salons in town and felt rushed, pressured, the dresses didn't fit what I described and felt cheap. My bridesmaids, mothers and myself made an appointment at Miss Ruby for Sunday afternoon and were lucky enough to get Jackie as our consultant. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The selection was amazing and they had dresses that flattered all the different body types of my bridal party. They were very respectful of our price point and within 45 minutes the girls got an amazing dress that they all loved. We then headed over to the bridal salon where Jackie helped facilitate gown selection and helped direct the appointment to perfection. She was so amazing to work with! After listening to a barrage of opinions, Jackie hand picked the most amazing dress that brought everyone in the room to tears. She then added the most gorgeous accessories from the Jaxie line that the store carries. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a selection and the entire appointment was fantastic from beginning to end. The gowns they offer are from a variety of designers and the selection was spectacular. I would recommend this bridal salon to anyone who is looking for a couture boutique bridal experience rather than being part of the cattle call of the chain stores. read more
