I had the most amazing experience at Bucci's Bridal! I had the pleasure of working with Tabatha who made me feel very comfortable and listened to every detail I was looking for in a dress. After trying on several A line dresses, I ended up asking her to pick out any form-fitting dress to try on, which ended up being the dress I said YES to! After trying on dresses at a few other bridal boutiques where the women I worked with were very pushy to get a sale, I was so appreciative of Bucci's patience and care. I had a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress. I felt very taken care of by my stylist, Erin! She had pulled so many dresses for me prior to my visit and knew exactly what direction to take me in towards the dresses I was really liking until I eventually found one I knew was for me. They provided a complimentary champagne toast when I said yes and let me really enjoy the moment! They also provide a list of vendors they recommend for things such as a seamstress and other local spots they partner with for a discount if you are a Bucci Bride. Overall, I felt they had a great dress selection with designers I couldn't find elsewhere. The price range was also much more affordable than a bigger city store. Say Yes to your Dream Dress at Bucci's! I made a last minute decision to make my first bridal appointment at Bucci's and within 48 hours I said yes to the dress. Their online scheduling process is seamless. After booking an appointment you receive an email with a survey to help your bridal stylist best serve you during your visit. When you arrive you meet your stylist, and discuss your wedding vision etc. They have a room ready for you to go with several styles based on the survey you've taken. The boutique is cozy and intimate. They carry several designers and styles for any bride. As you're trying on dresses your stylist is asking you questions about what you do and don't like. This helps curate the selection. My stylist was incredibly nice and listened to what I was saying. They do spotlights on designers which is a great opportunity to snag a discount on your dream dress like I did! Their dresses range up to $3000 I believe. read more

Honestly my experience with Bucci's while picking out my dress was a good one, but getting my dress was the opposite. My dress was ordered too small. my dress does not zip up around my rib cage, and is clearly a size or two too small. ( I am the same size I was when I was when fitted, and this is not due to a weight gain). Something that was supposed to be a fun moment for me turned out to be an extremely stressful one. I had trusted my consultant to properly measure me and order me the correct size, which she failed to do. Now I am stressing over if my dress can be fixed, and will have to pay hundreds of dollars in alterations. The bridal consultant should have known to size me up since bridal dresses run small, and should not have ordered "the size that fit me perfectly". Even more frustrating is that Bucci's did not take responsibility for their mistake and basically told me there was nothing they could or would do on their end. I left the bridal shop sobbing which is the opposite of what picking up your wedding dress should be. I Have told my friends to not go here because of this, and honestly I wish I would've gone to Miss Ruby, or another bridal shop that would have at least cared about me, and done their job the right way. read more

I was very pleased with my experience at Bucci's! The pre-appointment service was awesome. Christy reached out to me personally over text and asked for style preferences. When I arrived at Bucci's with my mom and sisters, Christy had dresses waiting for me in the dressing room. I felt that right from the beginning, she was focused on me, helping me process what I was thinking, and giving great pointers along the way. I tried on the first and fell in love. I ended up picking it after trying on 4 others for confirmation. After I was visibly decided on the dress, it did seem that Bucci's moved quickly at that point to close the sale. I usually am a cautious and slow shopper, so it was unnatural for me, and I would have appreciated a couple days to think it over, especially with such an expensive purchase. However, I had my heart set on that dress, and I'm glad in the end that I bought it. The setting of the store is intimate and allows 3 guests which was perfect for me, as I didn't prefer to have my whole bridal party there with me. Super cute boutique!! Walking into the salon I instantly felt at ease. (I was super nervous) Christy is AMAZING! She reached out prior to the appointment asking for pictures, ideas, style numbers! First off, I'd like to compliment the owner on how sweet she was in her emails/phone calls, and when I met her. Had I worked one-on-one with her, I would probably have had a different experience. The shop was very cute. However, the consultant I worked with, Maggie, had began the appointment right off the bat with bad vibes. It was my first time trying on dresses, so I didn't really know what to expect (neither did my family). For most, you can expect this to be an exciting, fun, comfortable time though...right? I however, felt everything but. Maggie had acted like I was a chore from the second I walked in. She proceeded to huff throughout my entire appointment. I even heard her wispering to someone else which made me extreamly uncomfortable. At the end of the appointment when she found out I was shopping elsewhere the next day, she said "You're going to have a really overwhelming day tomorrow. Good luck..." None of the dresses I tried on at Bucci really felt good on me. I can honestly say it was because of the tone Maggie set. The following day at the other botique in Milwaukee was so so soooo positive. I got to the store, met my consultant, and began to tear up before even looking at the dresses. I had felt such relief!!! Thank you for this experience; it made finding my dress a story! I get people have bad days, and some people don't mesh well with others. We are all human. However working in customer service myself, I honestly could not ever think that attitude would be appropriate! read more

I fell in love with the perfect dress for me! My stylist Christy picked three different dresses for me that were in the room ready when I walked in. Out of three she picked out for me, she was able to find me the perfect dress I never expected to get. Which ended up being "the one". She was amazing to work with and had a great sense of humor. What they offer at Bucci's is great knowledge about the dresses and also friendliness. I didn't feel I was being forced to pick a dress I didn't love. I work in the bridal industry and understand how important this moment is for other brides. Everything worked out perfectly. I came in with my sister and best friend and found the dress but I knew I wanted my fiancé's mother and my future sister in law to see. They accommodated that request with no questions asked. I cannot wait to show off my dress when my wedding day comes. I would say to all women to make this apart of your bridal stops to look at dresses. They were quick and thorough in their emails and directed me to browse certain designers on their website that matched my style and were accomodating to my body type. Even though I had gone to two other bridal stores previously I felt confident that Bucci's would have "the one" and they did! This was an adorable shop and the dresses were okay, but our service was horrible. Maggie was so rude to the bride and her company. This was the first time wedding dress shopping for my best friend. Her mom, future mother in law and a few friends were there to help. As soon as we walked in the excitement from the mothers was rudely shut down. The entire appointment was accompanied by the consultants sighs of inconvenience and rude tone of voice. She made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Horrible experience here. I'll save the associate by not calling her out by name, but we arrived early for my appointment as we figured we could look around. The associate took us early right away, which was fine, and proceeded to ask questions about what I was looking for. She pulled three dresses for me to try. I tried the first two and didn't love them and then tried the third and thought it could be a contender. This is where the appointment went downhill, fast. I have never had to deal with such a pushy, forceful and just rude sales associate ever. While I liked the dress, I felt like something was missing and repeatedly asked her to pull more options (as this was only the third dress I tried). She told me multiple times if I didn't like that dress, there was nothing else there for me. While I'm standing there truthfully just feeling more uncomfortable, she proceeds to put a veil on and hand me some plastic flowers and tell me that this is it and she's ready to "ring it up." Finally I tell her I'm just not ready to commit (for lack of figuring out how else to get out of the situation) and she says tells me that she booked me another appointment for the next day to come back and try it again because clearly, I'm tired and not thinking clearly. Needless to say, I couldn't get the dress off fast enough. I will never go back to Bucci's. I will never recommend it to anyone. If you want an experience that feels like you're having your wedding dress forced upon you only so they can make a sale, this is your store. If you want an experience where you feel like they truly want you to find the dress of your dreams - stay far away. read more

This was the first wedding dress shop I visited and I found my dress thanks to the help of Stephanie at Bucci's Bridal! I have been in 8 weddings and am familiar with other bridal stores. I am so impressed with Bucci's! The store is beautiful, they have a great selection of designers and price points, and they really seem to want to help you find the right dress. They are not snobby or rude. We arrived a bit early for my appointment and the consultant, Stephanie, took me back right away to explain the store layout and dress designers and prices. She asked me what styles I am drawn to and picked dresses for me accordingly. She also let my mom select some dresses for me too. I was back and forth on two dresses I loved and she helped me change back into each of them twice so I could make my final decision. She offered me a veil, jewelry and belts so I can see how the look would all come together. They also allowed me to take pictures of the dress and sent me a link to the designers website. Stephanie and Melissa the owner both seemed genuinely happy for me when I found the dress! It was such a positive experience!! I cannot recommend them enough! read more

Based on all of the reviews, my best friend was so excited to come here to find her dream dress. Unfortunately, this was not the case whatsoever. From the moment we walked in the door the our bridal consultant (Annabelle) was extremely pushy. She rushed my friend in and out of dresses so quickly that she could barely even get a chance to think. As my friend was in each dress she had certain concerns and would voice them, immediately Annabelle would jump and defend the dress and kept contradicting her. She did not pull dresses based on my friends opinions and just kept pulling dresses based on what she "thought". She was exceptionally snippy, and was totally just trying to "sell" a dress and quickly get out of there as it seemed like she only wanted to make a sale and get on with her Saturday. We had asked for some time for us to discuss with my friend and she literally gave us 3 minutes and came back looking for an answer. I understand this is a business, but buying a wedding dress should be an experience as well. She completely took the experience away and was totally just trying to be in control of the whole situation- as she would but in when other bridesmaids and I would try to voice our thoughts to our friend. Bucci's was the first boutique i visited in the US, i had tried a few dresses on in Mexico and hadn't had much luck. After searching online for the style I was looking for I came across Stella York and I immediately fell in love with her designs, i saw only three boutiques in WI carried them and That's how I ended up making an appointment at Bucci's. As soon as I made my appointment Maggie contacted me to find out what I was looking for. When I arrived to my first appointment they were so welcoming and made me and my friends feel very comfortable and Maggie had the dressing room filled with beautiful dresses ready to be tried on. She was so helpful, and not pushy at all, the more dresses we tried on the more she knew exactly what to give me to try on next and there was not one single dress I disliked. By the time I left the appointment I was undecided between two of their dresses. I visited three other places and then decided to go back to Bucci's for a second appointment. Before returning Maggie again had touched base with me and I told her I had tried on some styles I wasn't expecting to like and i ended up loving. For the new appointment she had the two favorites from my first appointment and few new ones in a completely different style to try on. Once I tried on the second new dress that she picked out I was in LOVE!! She did encourage me to try on one of my first favorites (one had been ruled out) but even after trying it on I knew that second dress was "the one". Bucci's provided me with an excellent experience. I absolutely loved my consultant Maggie, she was just so patient, great at listening and at finding just what I was looking for without having me go through the store (which can be very overwhelming) as the other places did. So pleased with my bridal gown shopping experience here! I made my appointment online after finding their link on theknot's website. Immediately I was contacted over the phone to discuss my appointment, as well as to inform me of a designers trunk show happening that same weekend (I had no idea what this was prior). When I got to my appointment, we were a little early and had to wait for two groups, but they let myself, my mom, sister and grandma browse through dresses after Stephanie explained the lay out of the boutique regarding designer and price. We had a few selected when she introduced us to Sara, who helped me throughout the appointment. We finally found one we loved, and I can't express how helpful both Sara and Stephanie were! They both helped me visualize the potential alterations of my dress and all sorts of accessories and veils to complete my dream dress. I was so happy that no one pushed anything at me too! Their customer service was fantastic. I ended up coming back that afternoon and purchasing my dress. I couldn't be happier! I write this review almost a week later, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a hand written Thank You card from Bucci's for my purchase. I would recommend this boutique to anyone! I stopped by with no appointment and was warmly welcomed by whom I later found out was the owner. I explained I was eloping in 3wks and wanted to see if they had any dresses they could sell off the rack. The owner was very nice and kind, and explained to me how her inventory was arranged. She said anything on the right and left side would be my safest bet and anything in the back would be impossible to get on time. The boutique is very cute, well decorated and maintained. It's also fairly small, maybe 30ft long so I was able to look through everything in 5mns because I'm a fast shopper and don't like to waste time. There was a dress that caught my eye, however because it was newer, she could not sell it to me off the rack. She had an appointment come in but asked for my number and told me she would call me later in the day to let me know if it could be ordered at all. After I left, I did some research and found out the dress was part of a Fall 2017 collection. Other shops are now receiving Spring 2018 collections so I was surprised they were only now receiving Fall collections. They are a smaller boutique so maybe that's the reason why, or this could simply have been a new line they recently added to their inventory, who knows. What I know is that when I left Bucci's Bridal, I had doubt the owner would call me back and that's never a good feeling. As I suspected, she never called even after going through the trouble of asking for my information. Why waste my time or yours? If she knew she could not meet my needs or could not be bothered to, she could have told me and I would have moved on to the next store, simple as that. The truth is we all work in customer service, whether we realize it or not because we all deal with people on a daily basis. The key to keeping customers happy is to be honest and let them know if you can meet their needs and if not, what can you suggest, or how can you help make the situation better. This is a small business I really wanted to support and while in the end, it did not work out for me, I would still encourage other brides to visit and see for themselves. read more
