This guy wanted $45 ? Said because it was laser cut ?? Well, all the key machine are laser cut machines today ? This perhaps should cost at the very most about $15 or $20 tops for parts and service. I personally think this kind of "screw people out of money when can get away with it", is not worthy of doing business with them. As far as I knew the company only had 1 type blank. I've been using their locks for years. I told him I didn't understand what his question meant. Instead of telling me they had 2 types of blanks, his response was "what does your question mean?" (with attitude). After all that, he tells me they don't carry that company's blanks.
