Every detail of the car was perfect down to the spokes on the wheels. Pricing is extremely reasonable and fair. He will be cleaning all of my family's cars from hereon out. I feel like my car will stay new-looking longer and endure the harsh winter conditions better now. He even removed the spare tire from the wheel well, made it spotless and conditioned the spare tire. Not many people are left like Jeff. He's very efficient, he values his work and his customers. He takes pride in his work, he doesn't over charge like all the mechanics do now a days. If you want a reliable and honest repair shop, this is the place to go. Example, Jeff worked on my truck, couple weeks later something happened to my truck while I was on vacation. He packed up tools and drove to where I was so we could get back on the road. "People don't do this anymore" but Jeff does! I recommend this guy 100000%.

I told…read morehim I also needed some windshield wipers and he actually ordered them as soon as we got off the phone and the parts delivery driver arrived shortly after I pulled my car into his shop. Make sure you talk to him if you get lost; his shop is a short driveway off the street behind some buildings there. So the parts being delivered so promptly immediately told me he took my business seriously and wished to handle things with the utmost care. Even though the work I had him do today was quick with just an oil change and change of wipers, he told me about my brake pads and rotors and recommended a time to have them taken care of with a quick cursory inspection. He even went an extra two miles to email me a quote on that cost so I would have something to plan with. Sean certainly knows his stuff with his vehicles and he did his work diligently. I am without a doubt going to be taking my car to him from now on. Not just his technical skill was on display, but he was very easy going and nice to get along with; I always appreciate a mechanic who is willing to explain anything I may have a question on. Nobori Auto is highly recommended by me. I also never miss an opportunity to work with not only a family run business, but also a fellow veteran.

We scheduled an appointment to diagnose a check engine light. First time we came here, they were…read moregreat. This time, I knew it would be covered by our extended warranty so I brought it in with me, told them we had this warranty and left it with them. They kept the car an extra day to diagnose it. The next morning, they contacted the warranty company. The company was not prompt in getting back to them (not MSN's fault). The problem came once the warranty company approved the repair, they fixed it, and called to tell me it was ready. Their charges were higher than the warranty would cover. I told them I would pay the difference. But when I went to pay, they told me they wouldn't release the car without payment in full! What? They tried to hold the car hostage until the warranty company sent them a check. Who knows how long that would take, but they knew this before they ever diagnosed the car. They said NOTHING about this until we were ready to leave with the car. And then, Mike Newbold didn't have an explanation as to why they didn't tell us this in the first place. He just said "I've been burned by warranty companies in the past". I asked why he didn't mention that they wouldn't accept payment from the warranty company when we first came in (and I handed it to him). Complete silence. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS! His wife chimed in that warranties aren't really good and people shouldn't buy them. We are never going back. If you have an extended warranty of any kind, you should not either. I had to pay the entire amount out of pocket and now I'm working with the warranty company to be reimbursed. This is not how they are supposed to work. Angry, you bet. Frustrated? More than you can imagine. All Mike had to do was tell us that they wouldn't accept the warranty! We would have gone elsewhere and saved this hassle
