I had a great experience at this shop. I only spent $100 to fix the gap in my front bumper, while…read moreother places--including a Toyota dealership--quoted me $300-$400 for the same issue. It turns out the problem was just a bracket, and they accurately diagnosed it right away. The team here is very professional and honest. They didn't try to upsell me or suggest unnecessary repairs. Instead, they quickly identified the exact problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for trustworthy and skilled service!

Great dealing with Johnathan and the crew over there. The service was 5 The quality i will give 4.5…read more due to a couple things I found after we were done. The good! 1. The silver metallic paint on my 2016 Mustang is not easily matched. They did a superb job painting all panels (both fenders, new bumper and hood) The shine and sheen are correct. 2. The wheel was refreshed by a guy they had come in, and he got it wrong both times. Johnathan was so good in getting a brand new wheel quickly. 3. I was dealing with a third part who was paying out of pocket to repair my car and the Valet team did an amazing job on dealing with the paperwork! 4. They did a super job detailing the vehicle before I got it back. The not so good. 1.The headlights were both replaced and they failed to adjust them. When I drove home they were pointing in completely different directions and not even close to correctly. 2. The bumper assembly was replaced and they didn't detail before painting. There are literally tabs and rough mold markings on the ends that should have been ground before painting. Small detail to some people but noticed by me. 3. Overspray on the windshield and gasket...should have been caught while detailing Overall as I said a 4.5. If heaven forbid I ever need another body shop, Valet will be my choice!

Heads up this is kind of a long one, but very worth reading and looking at for any prospective…read moreclients. I also want to preface this with the information that I don't typically leave reviews other than brief recommendation praising good work, so I apologize if this is a bit long winded or oddly written as I am not accustomed to having to type out a review like this -Prospective Customers Beware- I received very substandard quality work on a front ppf and tint of my car, I also dealt with poor customer service. When I gave them my car I was assured that they tucked edges for ppf and whatnot, I had done some research before this and has seen that many of their jobs were quality work so I trusted them. However the issues began shortly after they had possession of my car, what started out as a 5-day job was extended into to into a 6-day job, which they then pushed back to a 10 day job (they would only let me know this the day before I was supposed to pick it up) this obviously is a huge issue for something like this where I didn't have a rental car or anything. I'm a pretty understanding guy though and I get it that things happen so I rolled with it on the constant delays. Similar to this once they had possession of vehicle they began to nickel and dime the specifics (things like an extra $600 to ceramic coat the rims, an additional $500 to ceramic coat the glass, $500 to ceramic coat the trim this was all after when being quoted I was told $1000 was the price for "full" ceramic coating, before I handed my vehicle over to them... Now as for the pushing back of the timeline and the nickle and diming, while unsavory, I figured I would roll with them as I was promised top notch work. However, where things really became apparent once I had the car back in my possession for a few days. I had a trip planned that I would be out of town for two weeks, I had to rearrange all of this because of the multiple timeline extensions, so it worked out that the second I picked up the car (the second they opened the shop that day), I went home and loaded my stuff and hit the road, it was the next day once I had a chance to fully look over the car I noticed just how sloppy the work was. The edges were not "fully tucked" and contained many lopsided and uneven gaps (see pics), and worse yet, in addition to this they seem to have skipped all prep work and there is dirt, smudging, and debris under the ppf. I let them know my thoughts on this immediately and they seem to acknowledge it, and we're willing to address it, he wanted to call while I was on my (now shortened and condescend) trip and avoid text/email (this now makes sense as a method to avoid paper trail, just as with the delays they would not type them out over text but rather did so over calls (and left vague voicemail regarding the delays). This was all odd as 95% of our communication was written (as is my preference because I prefer a paper trail to fall back on for situations like this). However, once I had been back in town and caught up on work and life (in a position where I could go without my car for a week or so) I contacted them about looking to remedy the situation, and they ghosted me... It got to the point where I have had to issue a chargeback claim with my bank, something I did not at all want to resort to and would have much rather gotten it worked out with them, and I told them as much right away when I realized just how sloppy the work was. All in all it looks like they took on too many jobs at once, and due to me being extremely understanding about the initial delay, they took full advantage and did a sloppy rush job on my car and tried to pass it off, and when called on it tried to give vague placation and then went on to fully ghost rather than to have the decency to own up to things and make them right, for me this is the worst part. I have gone back and forth on whether or not to post a review like this for a while now as I typically don't do things like this, but this whole experience has been so distasteful that I feel an obligation to prevent anyone else from dealing with this shop without knowing and seeing how they little pride they take in their work, and how dishonest their business practices are. All photos were taken the day of pickup after, they show lack of prep work before ppf and ceramic coating (see stain under ceramic coating) as well as smudging and dirt under ppf, as well as how sloppy and haphazard the install was with its "tucked edges" there are more that show this further but this is the max upload limit In addition to this the tint is already bubbling on the front and rear windshield and peeling on the top of the front windshield. It seems like while they can and have done lots of quality work, they will happily pass this off to their customer, especially after the constant time setbacks and use of nickle tactics. I do not see how anyone can stay in business operating like this, nor should they

Where do I begin?! I started with Graveyard way back at their first shop, before they had a lift…read moreand were using a floor jack. I was really excited to help them succeed. Both of my sons were also fans and took their cars to Graveyard. We told everyone we knew about how awesome they were! We steered a lot of business in their direction. Then, the problems started with each of our cars... one son spent 6-7k at Graveyard and his car was never right, so he sold it. My other son initially took his Mazda Speed3 to Graveyard for his mods, but had problems along the way that they weren't able to fix it. He ended up taking it to a different shop and guess what?! They fixed it! Then on to my car (Ford Focus ST) one of the first items that I had them install was a new exhaust system. On my way home from their shop, it separated in the middle causing a horrendous noise. Nick was cool and admitted that he had forgotten to go back and tighten a couple bolts. I appreciated his honesty so I stayed with them. I decided to go big turbo, and per Nick's recommendation, he installed the BNR2867, which also would require a new innercooler. A couple of years go by and many parts later(All 3 motor mounts, performance clutch, valve cleaning, Stoptech breaks, etc.). A little later I decided to support them by having their brand new "Graveyard" brand GR coilovers installed, along with a stronger strut mount support. Huge mistake! The coilovers/shocks are super stiff, they clunk from side-to-side when I go over a bump at an angle; and when I would also go over a bump there would be a slamming noise in the front end. I took it back to Graveyard for the slamming and they found nothing. I kept having the same issue and told Nick, but his reply was for me to stop off-roading it! I decided to take it elsewhere since Nick wouldn't take me seriously! It took a couple of tries, but the other shop realized that the innercooler Graveyard installed was never bolted down causing it to lift up and slam down when going over certain bumps. I also tolerated my inner fenders not being put back together properly in which I burned through them with my tires. I tolerated my front bumper being loose and bouncing up and down because it wasn't put back together right. My BNR turbo started smoking just shy of 2 years, which in all honesty, wasn't Graveyards fault, but the other shop knew that this was a common issue with the BNR. There is a flaw when the BNR turbo paired with the Focus ST in which it fills up with oil and starts smoking(you can find a "Fix" for it on BNR's website if you have an issue). My car was on jackstands for almost 2 years until I got enough money to by a Garrett turbo replacement, and install it. Once I got it running again I drove it for 3 months when all of a sudden the drivers side rear bolt holding the shock into the knuckle broke off. I mention this, because I only drove it for a total of a whopping 10 months on the new GR struts, but barely any miles during that time as it is not my daily driver. It is a little bit scary when going 75mph. Yep, Graveyard cross-threaded the bolt making a week spot and we couldn't use the knuckle again. This just occurred in Sept of 2024. I was pretty pissed off about having to pay more money for yet another stupid mistake. I got it all fixed up and was driving on the freeway a couple of days ago (about 8 weeks from the first one!) when the same freaking thing happened, but on the other side now. Son of a.........! I'm thankful that I found a shop that fixes things right the first time! Too bad I have to pay twice as much because they are fixing what Graveyard messed up on from the begining. Apparently, my son still trusted Nick and bought a Speed3, because he sold his first one, from Nicks' bestie. Of course, he started having problems and Nick said it's fine, but it wasn't, so he took it to the best shop in town, and they fixed it. It's been fine since. I am a very patient person when there are issues as nobody is perfect, but the bigger Graveyard got, the bigger their pride grew and not willing to listen and work with us. "When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom".

I finally had to ask them for a refund, so I could order from a more reliable business. They are terrible communicators about delays. I DO NOT recommend!
