Mason and Sons - Staying in #DTGVL I stopped in with my Alfa Giulia Ti Sport AWD for Oil Service, Alignment, etc... Shop is very close to downtown!

I had a busted tail light in my Nissan Pathfinder, and they were able to get my break light working…read moreand tail light assembly fixed within a day. 10/10 would recommend. I just moved to Greenville, so it means a lot to me to find a reputable car shop. Especially since I grew up in my grandparent's shop! This place feels like home. As I was leaving, every employee greeted me and thanked me for my business. I will be back!

I took my car in to have my cluster replaced. Well after a $350 level 3 diagnostic, 2 bad clusters,…read moreI returned to my car only to discover my gas tank on E with its gas light on having left it with 1/2 tank of gas, interior looked like there was an oil fight inside. Mind you my interior is beige cloth. Its obvious my car was used for shop or personal use. My cluster was never program to its proper mileage so now my car shows 50,000 less miles than it really is. Had to ask for documentation twice from Bailey. Was given a $50 gift car for gas reimbursement. I had several billing discrepancies. Bailey tried to charge me for programming until i called him on it. Just a all around horrible experience at Mason and Sons at 215 college st. downtown Greenville sc. Not so sure of anyone elses experience but mine was horrible and I will never recommend this shop to anyone. Bailey tried to seriously cheat me out of a quality job and money. I stand by this review and have pictures and documentation to back it up.

Began experiencing vibration from my tires over the last few weeks. Tried to get the issue fixed…read morebefore my weekend trip, but the local establishment that gets all my business had several people out the morning of my appointment, and couldn't get me in. Traveled almost 600 miles from Plant City, FL to Greenville, SC enduring the vibration. Here for the weekend, so I called W.N. Watson Tire & Automotive for help. They spent a coupe hours going the extra mile to resolve the issue, not just pass the problem off to, 'You need new tires.' Remounted and balanced everything. Problem solved! Customer service can be hard to find. W.N. Watson Tire & Automotive knows this and it's incredibly obvious. No wonder they've been in business since 1914. Beth, thanks for being YOU on the phone, and Tim, thanks for getting everything fixed and the great conversation.

My kids and I drove from Fort Lauderdale to Greenville for the first time last Thanksgiving. Just…read moreas we finished the 10 hour drive and pulled into our rental house, the brake pedal on my SUV went to the floor and my brakes instantly lost function. Early the next morning I started mass calling local tire / maintenance shops to see how we could get the problem fixed before our drive back to FL 2 days later. None of the shops could fit us in until the following week. When I called W.N. Watson, I spoke with Tim and he said bring it in straight away and we'll fit you in. Luckily their convenient downtown location was less than a mile away so I carefully drove to the shop and I was greeted by Tim and a lovely woman at the desk. They called a few hours later to let me know the brake line failed and they could get the parts we needed before they closed for the holiday weekend (it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving!) The car was ready at the end of the day. When we went in to pick it up they were so friendly and helpful, giving restaurant recommendations and sharing some favorites spots for us to visit during our short stay. Before leaving he also switched out our windshield wipers with new blades for our long drive home. Tim and his team saved our vacation by their kindness and helpfulness to fit us in so we could head back home on our planned day. My kids and I could not stop talking about the experience! If I lived locally I would never visit another shop.
