We brought the vehicle in the next day, they gave us a 2-3 day estimate time of the vehicle being ready. Car was ready when they said, the work done was way more than we could have hoped for, they left it brand new they even buffed out and fixed some spots on the bumper that weren't part of the accident! Great quality work, with honest service, what more can you ask for! Bring your vehicle in, you won't regret it. I will be recommending to all my friends & family!

The first estimate was that we would get our car back in two weeks. Then after that, it became every 3-5 days, with some times where they would never respond back. We finally got our car back about 6 weeks later with more problems. The fuse box was falling off and the man told me, "There's documentation that shows it was like that when it came in." I was floored...I didn't sign off on any documentation. The suggestion from the staff was to tape the cover back up with double sided tape. The rear window wiper was installed upside down (the wiper was cleaning the license plate instead of the window), the gear shifter was very sticky, and there was a part missing from the gear box. All damages were cosmetic on the rear end, so we're not sure what they were doing in the gear box to begin with. We asked them to replace the plug and after multiple times of inquiring when it would come in, we ended up just giving up. The guys who work here are really nice. They had our car for a long time and fixed a dent for us for free, but in this case I would have preferred professional competence over "really nice". It seems like they're more geared towards auto detail instead of auto collision.

If there is one word to describe Top Aesthetics, it would be EXCEPTIONAL!…read more For context and background, I have had PPF installed on all of my vehicles for the last 20 years and I brought my brand new 2025 Genesis G70 for PPF installation on everything except my rear fenders, back half of my roof, and rear bumper. I moved here from PA 7 years ago and Top Aesthetics is the 3rd PPF shop I have done business with in MD. I had an exceptional shop in PA and had to go through the "trial and error" of finding a comparable shop here in MD that is comparable. I also have experience installing PPF myself and am quite familiar with what a bad, decent, and flawless (as close to possible) installation looks like. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive given Top Aesthetics were newer to the PPF installation scene compared to some of the other installers in the area and had fewer reviews, however I did my research and ultimately decided to have Sal and Johnny protect my new vehicle. Sal was extremely patient in answering my numerous questions leading up to the decision to use Top Aesthetics for my latest PPF install and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. He also facilitated a small repair for a chip I found on my rocker panel through a third party and installed film on that rocker panel after the curing period had completed. I almost did not recognize the car when they first showed it to me. The leather interior, the console, the seats were sanitized and conditioned. Every inch of the car's interior shines brightly.
