When I got in the shop, there was little to no greeting. Again I get it. We all have our days. She had the nerve to tell me I would be charged a 10.00 late fee. Confused very much so because she was the one who stated she would be late. How funny right? Originally I was going to suck up the late fee. I usually tip 10.00 anyway so that would have been the tip. The kicker for me was, just trying to have this so called business owner understand it from the consumers perspective. There was a miscommunication with the text messages. Instead of letting me explain, she got very defensive and went into the little petty nice nasty tone talking about her late policy. Tyenisha was informed I'm not disputing her policy at all. From one business owner to the next I get it. I'm only talking about the accuracy and principle of her logic. Nonetheless she still offered to do my facial but told me my time would be cut short. Again she was running late (lol). At that point I didn't even feel comfortable or feel the need to give this trashy ass girl my business. I told her to keep the deposit and I let. As I'm walking to my car, she had the nerve to charge me an additional fee of 22.50. As I started previously, from one business owner to the next I respect everyone's hustle. I also try to support black owned businesses. This was low down and dirty! It means nothing to the public if you have a great product. You have to have the attitude to back it up. She sucks! she seems to be money hungry! Ladies find someone better. Someone who is realistic and rational. I wouldn't never recommend her for nothing.

My then 92 year old uncle only wanted every other month appointments so I paid $620 for 2024. Unfortunately, my uncle died before using his 2024 appointments. Although Melissa asked me to give her two months for a refund, which I did, and she sent me a photo of the refund precessing a month ago - still no refund and only long, dramatic diatribes instead from her. This was my experience and I would not recommend this company and would not want other customers to fight for refunds and deal with all of this nonsense. I believe she just got back from a month long vacation which makes it worse. I hope this helps others who may be thinking of using her services.
