I let her know that I left several messages for her to call me back about my experience and I wanted to cancel my appointment going back . She got on the phone said she was busy with a customer but what....I explained to her that I made the appointment with her and for her over the phone. I also had one of her customers on the phone. That's why I asked for her. Upon my arrival there was one beautiful, professional and knowledgeable lady whom was there. She said that Kima was on her way. There was two other customers waiting as well for different services. She asked us to fill out paperwork and pay. After waiting she asked to go ahead and get us started due to others coming in. She got them in there room and me in mine. She had to leave out 4 times to take care of customers and others coming in asking questions. One time she was gone for 10 minutes. She was alone and had no choice but handled it extremely well. Unfortunately I didn't get what I paid for. That's why I had to call Kima. She said Bj told her already and then offered to give me a free service. I told her I reached out to my bank already and wanted to cancel other appointment. I also felt it was important for me to let her know about my experience. Clearly she didn't care. She then asked why was I on the phone with her if I already called my bank and that it was shady and hung up on me. I never meant to be shady. I just felt she needed to know. I love supporting small businesses. I expected her to make it right and her response wasn't professional at all. I could say more but I believe in professionalism. Customer service is very important! You fill out an intake form that gives the therapist an idea of any medical conditions and an idea of what you need from your service and they work off that to give you a great experience. The place is extremely clean, neat, accommodating and the staff are all very professional. The locker rooms have everything you need. The robes and slides are soft and made of good quality. Cell phones/camera are prohibited in areas where services are being provided. The lounge area has a waterfall, comfortable seating and plays soft music while a relaxing scent fills the air. You can pay for a one-time service or sign up for a $80/month membership that includes services to sauna, the pool, the massage service of your choice and complimentary beverages/snacks. In my opinion, they're much better than the Ballantyne Resort. You can have an individual service or book a couples massage for two. I get called into my appointment and bared my derrière, and in this same guy walks (no knocking, no excuse me, no would you cover my bare booty) into my appointment room to get his iPhone and charger. The guy doing my appointment looks (rightfully) embarrassed for me and apologizes for his coworker. The guy walks in (AGAIN!) to ask a question. Seriously?! You may be in the habit of looking at women's body parts all day but that does not mean I am in the habit of sharing. The guy doing my appointment again apologizes and I explain how livid I am that that guy told me I couldn't have my initial appointment and then sat in the waiting room with me. All after I sat in traffic for over an hour to get there. My guy offers to do my double. Which calms me down. Temporarily. The "manager" lady then knocks and without waiting for a reply opens the door. (Really? Is there a sign on the door that says "come look! Bare booty") and tells my guy he needs to watch his time. He says I'm a double and she goes into this long speech about how they are overbooking 3 rooms when they only have 2 techs on duty. Oh, you mean that first guy who just left couldn't have done my first appointment while I sat in the waiting room with him staring at him reading a magazine for a half hour? I know he's a tech, cause he's done me before. She explained that time in built into each appointment for cleaning the machines and dressing, the treatments are really only 15 minutes long. This puzzles me because for a double they only have to clean the machine once and account for dressing once, in 2 time slots. She's not explaining anything, she's making my point for me. So I need to make this two hour round trip drive because your guy wanted to go home? Way to provide customer service! I still have 4 treatments, but I won't be back. On a side note, it is ridiculously difficult to schedule an appointment. At one point, the number was disconnected, and at another point I was told to call the owners cell phone. Once they finally got an office line in the new location, I was told by my favorite employee to call back another time because the receptionist had already gone home for the day.
